Took money but never received my goods as Thomas Cook flight was replaced with Atlas Air flight. Same flight number, same date, same time but no Duty Free. Someone must have it as I actually had a Thomas Cook boarding pass issued at check-in. No help from Customer Services on getting a refund.

Well 3 weeks have passed and no refund all I can do is keep warning people and I am sure another excuse will follow. Trust me I will keep going on every satisfaction web site until I get my refund you thief.

Appalling. We had to change our flight due to a family emergency and wrote four days beforehand to ask Airshoppen what would happen to our order. They asked reasonably quickly for our new flight reference number and then no contact at all. If you call you never get through. They ask you to leave your phone details on a wholly unreliable system which just doesn’t collect the numbers you enter correctly. If you do succeed in leaving a proper umber ((12 attempts per success) you wait for them to call and they immediately hang up (happened three times). I will never use this “service” again

Prior to my daughter flight from America my daughter paid via the internet for 500g of golden Virginia at a cost of £75. When she received the tobacco on her flight she was given a credit note for £13 as the price of the tobacco was only £62. I chased this refund up on the29th of May to be told by the customer service operator that he had issued the refund and should be with me in a couple of days. It is now the 8th of June and the refund has not been put into my account. It seems to me that you want your money immediately but refunds take for ever. My daughter is Emma Bullivant and the flight was MT 2611 returning to the UK on the 5th of May, the order number was 202265. I am afraid that customer satisfaction with your company is abbsolutly at an all time low. Peter Green

I am now having to take Airshoppen and Thomas cook to court to get my refund. Be careful everyone who purchase from them as if you change your mind you will have one hell of a fight on your hands to get your money back

AWFUL THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY, I would give them 0 stars if I could, if you use this company you will probably regret it. They cost me over £200 in extra costs because they failed to deliver my cigarette order & did did not inform me until I was on my homebound flight when it was too late to buy them cheaply in the country where I was holidaying. Now when I try to telephone them their offices close early at varying times to avoid customers they have failed. Their telephone number on this page does not work either. The Airshoppen offices were open into the late evening when they wanted to take my money! A very dodgy part of the Thomas Cook organisation which puts me off of ever using Thomas Cook again because their customer services are permanently engaged too so I cannot speak to them about this issue either. Please read the other reviews below, they do NOT reflect the 65% five stars Trustpilot rating of this company or the 3 star average rating, most UK customers have given them 1 star and awful reviews. All of the 4 & 5 star reviews look suspiciously like they may be fakes placed by Danish Airshoppen staff on certain specific dates during May, June & July 2017.

The prices in the airshop did not match those at the airport. The perfume I bought for my daughter for 299 DKK in the airshop costed only close to 20 EUR at the airport.

Ordered duty free on outbound and return journey- received on outbound about 30 minutes before landing. Return journey 30 minutes before landing I asked about duty free to be told there was none on board no reason why and just given a card to contact them, if I hadn’t asked would they have told me? Of course they wouldn’t, if I had known I could have bought duty free in the airport. Will not use this service ever again as 1 item was a present.

Terrible don’t ever use airshoppen they don’t deliver yr goods I used them in may to order 4 bottles of JD for the price of 3 after they take £72 out of yr bank they then tell you they can’t deliver even after they take yr money they still have not reimbursed my money this is after 3 months shocking and rip off merchants I also ordered 400 cigarettes for my return flight from turkey on 22 nd of August for them not to deliver again and yet they take the 55£ out of my account again this company needs investigating by the authority’s as they are taking people’s money out of there bank and not delivering the goods

Daughter had ordered some drink for outbound flight & cigarettes on inbound flight.
On outbound trip other people had received their goods and duty free trolley coming round still she had not received her goods when she asked staff about her items they reported that some goods had been damaged unfortunately hers was one information given without checking. They give her a card to contact customer services to claim her money back, at what time were they going to tell her if she hadn't asked.
On inbound flight again other people had received their goods so she asked about her goods twice only to be told some goods had not been delivered and was told she could buy cigarettes from trolley but when trolley came round they had sold out. She called the number on card and after being on hold around 25 minutes was told Airshoppen was a sperate department with another number & only opened Mon to Fri between 08.00 & 15.00.
This company has had her money without delivering goods and now she has the hassle to get it back.
Will not be using this service again.

My Airshoppen order was not put on the plane, I was told by the stewardess, who was not particularly sympathetic, and simply said it was a separate company, and she could not refund any money, drop on-board prices to the Airshoppen price, indeed made no gesture at all to try to make amends for the problem. So I had to order the goods again, and pay the inflated price, with no refund at this stage.
I have been back 4 weeks tomorrow, and my complaint was registered the following day, but has still not been fully resolved yet.
I have spend a lot of time and energy on a problem that Thomas Cook created, a very disappointing service and response.

Our already paid goods were not delivered and it did not appear to bother them. Not trustworthy on zero concern about customer satisfaction.
I can understand that mistakes can happen, but an ignorant attitude is bad news!

I would stay away from these.
Hoped against all hope the negative reviews were just almost one offs.
Nope, let down without any explanation and I actually felt sorry for the air stewardess who was getting grief off a few customers as well as us.

Not worth the hassle. Same prices on Flight and its wasted time when they dont deliver on both outbound and in bound flights as in my case, 19th July 2018 outbound 3rd August inbound from orlando, and you chase them to death for a refund. They just dont answer emails. Smells of a Rogue trader, though meant to be Thomas Cook.
Wont be going here again for sure.

The prices and service are fantastic, but they never pointed out that if I bought 8 litres of vodka and 1200 cigarettes and 1kg of tobacco, that it would ALL be taken from me as I walked through customs carrying the clear see through bags that they seal it up in? I have never brought anything back home before and I never knew that there were limits to what you can bring in.. Apparently, I could have been arrested for smuggling too? Everyone would say I should have known, but I never knew. I just wish they had told me about the limits before they sold it all to me? £350 down the drain :-( in reply to the reply, I did order by telephone and it was not mentioned. :(

Avoid unless you want money taken out of your account & kept for more than 1 month without getting anything for it. I ordered weeks in advance of our flight & then started to receive emails almost daily trying to coax me to make more purchases. I also put in an order for our homeward bound flight. On our outbound flight, goods were not delivered & crew informed me that they didn’t know or guarantee that the homeward bound goods would be available either. So on holiday, I’m emailing company & get a response that complaints take about 2 or 3 weeks. So far they have my money in their account for 3 weeks, add complaint procedure to that & it will be 2 months at least, meanwhile I have to purchase my goods somewhere else making my account balance less than I expected especially when you need it on holiday.
