I ordered a gift from the store before Christmas. Days later my shopping cart still had that gift there so I ordered it again. (I still have 1 item in my shopping cart now). With this problem I requested one to be cancelled and received an email 3 weeks before Christmas that it was canceled. With all the problems I also requested the other order to be cancelled and received an email for that also. Two weeks later I received both gifts that were cancelled. I was not charged for either item but if I kept one or both I would feel like I was shoplifting from the store. I mailed them both back to the Discovery Store in one postal box and received an email that one was returned. Thinking in the returns dept. at the store someone stole one item, I contacted customer support. Zachary emailed me to keep one item, my email said I mailed both back. Tried again, this time asking for my postage be refunded and Christina emailed that both items were returned. As you see customer support does not read email complaints. Tried again asking for a refund and with all my troubles with this company I do not want credit for my next order. Finally, customer support emailed me that they will not refund my postage but I could get a 20% credit on my next order. Do not use the Discovery Store, if you have a problem you will not get help from customer support

They are the worst. Go to their site and click on FAQ. Type in shipping and tracking. The complaints will all come up. Also, google complaints for this site and more should come up...including mine. The shortened version is this - ordered something by calling them on Oct. 25, 2009 a.m. The item was in stock. It was promised to get to me within 7 days for $7.95. It was intended to be a birthday gift. It took days to ship it and then after three days of receiving a tracking number, I called UPS and they had no record of this. Called the online store back and they said it could take 7 days before UPS even receives my order and then another 7 days before I might receive it. Oh, and UPS ships it to my post office and they bring it to me. All for $7.95. The customer service person was like same story different day. She put in a request to reimburse me half the shipping fee. STAY AWAY.
