These folks aren't a vendor, so I don't know how someone could rate them as an unreliable vendor. It's purely informational.

This is a web site from the Parks Recreation and Tourism board of South Carolina. I checked the site against, McAfee Site Advisor and Norton Safeweb. I would disregard claims of Spam from government sites unless the submitter provides full header details. It is very trivial to fake reply-to and 'from' headers in Phishing attempts to make an email appear to come from a benign site. Personally, I find this site very informative and useful when considering where to go for a day trip in South Carolina.
