Monies paid, transaction advise of monies paid has been received, no details on how to contact, no reply to messages left, no goods (paid for) yet received, zero cumunication and running out of ideas on how to make contact!!
If you are a genuine compoany then reply tp messages left.
Luckily I paid by card that way I'm guaranteed of NOT losing my money!!

I bought a camera from then last yeasr because of the posted price. Then I fugured out they don't include battery with the camera or charger. When i notice I request to cancel the order and they said they will charge a restock fee, I ask do you have the shipment ready to ship and he said no, but they want to charge about $50 for restock. When I order the charger it said it will include 2 batterys I just got one. Call them they said that it will ship separete, ask for tracking didn't have it, wait for a couple of week nothing on the mail, call back same response, never recieve the extra battery. Will not recomend peolple to buy from this place.

Attempted to purchase a Canon Mark 3 from these guys back in May. Providing all information online and confirming a phone call they began trying to sell me a different model "Bait & Switch method" after discussing with the guy on the phone which one would be better the camera he tried to sell me was over a 1k more than the one I was looking at. I decided that I would think about the purchase and contact them if i wanted to order the Canon. He was very nice said that was the best idea. We have all your information here and when you call back we will mkae the order. Fraud part starts... When they billed me for the camera that was discussed a week later. I called and told them I never purchased this, and they told me we see where you are in the system, but we haven't billed you. FOUR months later they never removed that charge and was finally able to report this company for fraudulent charges to Chase. Chase even tried to contact them and they weren't even a working number.

This company is FAKE. I just recently tried to purchase the 5D Mark III and then got an odd email saying that I had to call and confirm my purchase. I called and after the man asked my approval for the camera purchase, he asked me if I knew how to speak Japanese. I said no, and he continued on to say that I had bought the overseas version that could not be reformatted to English and would have to spend another $700-$800 to buy the American version. I had told them that online it said NO WHERE that the one I was purchasing was in Japanese and was entirely made of plastic. I told them to cancel the order about 12 hours after I made my mistakable purchase on their website. The man, who I believe is named Scott, proceeded to tell me that there was a 10% cancelation fee, and demanded that he was trying to help me out and have me buy something else. I told him that I just wanted the money refunded and he again told me that he didn't want me to have to pay the cancellation fee. He then tried to sell me the Canon 6D saying that the Canon 5D Mark III was the exact same thing. I told him that I did not want the 6D numerous times and wanted the 5D Mark III but didn't have enough money to buy the American version therefore I just wanted the money back in my account. He continued to argue with me that I must have had enough money in my account to buy the "Overseas 5D Mark III" so why didn't I want to buy the 6D? This really started to irk me, since I'm a photographer and clearly know what I want, don't argue with me about what I want to buy. I continued to tell him that I did not want the 6D in any type of way and he presumably said well why don't you think about it and call me back tonight. I told him that I would call him back to either purchase something else or cancel my purchase because I needed to consult with someone else but I would not be able to call him back that night since they close at 6pm. Scott then started to half and puff and reply "fine". That night I went online to do some research on reviews of DigitalOutlets.net to see if it was a serious company. On the websites review section, every review seemed to be five stars with short descriptions, which I found odd. So I went on other websites specifically meant for reviews and found out the same thing had been happening to everyone else that had used DigitalOutlets.net. I had searched the terms and conditions to see if the cancelation fee was real, and found that it said that the cancellation fee would only be applied if they needed to restock the item, which they didn't need to since I told them to put the order on hold therefore it couldn't have been shipped out. I had called back digital outlets.net the next morning to tell them I wanted to cancel my order along with a full refund. Once the man on the other end of the call started to argue with me I knew right away that it was the same man I had talked to the previous night, Scott. He then put me on hold and told me he was going to speak to his manager, he came back on the line and said if I gave them a great review on their website that they would give me a full refund with no cancellation fee. With that much money on the line for a college student,of course I gave them a spectacular review in order to receive my full refund. He told me that I would receive my refund in my account within 5 to 7 days. It has now been seven days and nothing has been transferred into my account. I had told my mom about what had happened and she proceeded to call them, and Scott had told her that I received an email about my refund a week ago. I check my email about 3-4 times a day and never had gotten one. At this point I had had it. I called them obviously in a rage and told Scott that I have yet to receive my money back. He had said that my mother was just on the phone with him and didn't know why I was calling. As I proceeded to tell him why I was calling he started to argue with me that my mom had called and said the same things. I said yes but I never got an email. He told me to check my email while I was on the line with him and he had just sent me one while on the phone with me about my refund. on the email it said it would take about another week to get my refund back, after it had already been a week since I was supposedly getting my refund. So of course I started to argue with him and he started to get an attitude with me so I said "I'm not sure why you are getting an attitude with me the customer is always right." Scott said, "Is there something wrong with you like seriously, is there something internally wrong with your head? Where the hell did the phrase 'The customer is always right', come from that is not right." At this point he was yelling at me through the phone and then hung up. Obviously, I called back to ream him out and he said that I had hung up on him and said that me and my mother were "serious idiots". I then began to tell him that he was scamming anyone and everyone who visited DitgitalOutlets.net, so he started screaming at me saying he wasn't scamming anyone. I replied "Really, because I went on many other websites to read reviews about DigitalOutlets.net and they all say that everyone was having the exact same problem specifically with you and your supposed company. You're selling stuff off the black market, what the hell is wrong with you?" Scott: "Hahaha, you're a $#*!ing idiot it's called the graymarket." I didn't realize that it mattered what color I had said and that either way it was scamming and illegal. So then I started to tell him that he had no idea how to run a business and that I was done being scammed, and hung up. I have now had to file a claim with my bank about fraudulent purchases made on my debit card. Fingers crossed that I get anything back, don't ever trust or use DigitalOutlets.net. I will continue to do my best to spread the word about how awful my experience was. Stick with B&H or Adorama you'll save time and your money.

Offers a ridiculous price, and when i ordered, they took $ right the way, but then after 1 week received an email saying I have to call them back to confirm the order (gotta kidding me right?), i did anyway , the guy told me i will receive my order 2 within 2 weeks and will get the tracking just 2 days prior to the delivery day (curious??). Then the day came but never receive the item. Call them again, same promise, just this time he claimed due to the earthquake in japan so it caused delay in shipping. Well, that reason was ok to me. Then after 2 more weeks, delivery never happened. I called again, the guy just made the same delivery promise again. They just tell you the samething and the exact 2 weeks delivery promise. That's like reading the line from a book. That's enough so I cancelled the ordered, and now after 3 weeks, have not seen my $ credit back to my account yet. I ended have to claim a dispute charger with my bank. So digitaloutlets is exactly what others have said...it's a totally SCAM. if you think the price is too good to pass, and just try for luck, just please forget it and don't even try!

Ordered a camera and never received it. Got the same email wanting me to confirm purchase which I did. After a month of no camera ,called and they said a tracking number had been generated and I said I never received that email and it was not in a spam folder. He said he would resend email. Still never received. Since then I had read all the terrible reviews and read how they make a fortune off cancellation fees. Decided I would dispute it through my credit card company, after 2 mos they initially came back in favor of Digital as they had supposedly provided UPS tracking info showing it was delivered to me. When I looked at what they had sent it was tracking info to a totally different city signed for by someone who was not me. Called UPS and their cust serv confirmed that the only thing that was the same in the address this tracking info was for were the first 2 digits of the zipcode. Fortunately I had faxed my credit card company the original purchase confirmation from Digital and the confirmation request email which showed they had my correct address when I ordered. The info they sent to my credit card co they had doctored the original purchase conf and changed the city to match the tracking info they provided my credit card company and on top of that they spelled the city wrong that they changed it to! When I called my card co and they went back in and looked at my documents and actually compared them to what Digital Outlets provided they could see what this company tried to do and reversed their decision in my favor. I told my card company they could call UPS and UPS would confirm the tracking info was to a totally different person and different address! I still have to wait another 45 days for it to be final but now they have already been proven to be liars and cheats and they will have a lot harder time trying to come up with new "proof" of delivery! I'm not sure how this company hasn't been investigated and prosecuted by the government yet!

I order a canon xf 200. I research prices online stores and all, absolutly all were abou 4K new even ebay was 2500 to a 3500 used, anyway I went ahead and put the order, minutes later a received a welcome email and order confirmation, waited like 2 weeks and I call the number on their web site, one extremely rude dude said that they did not have on stick tha particular model, and I should received it in a 2 weeks cause they will ship it directly from the manufacture...waited 2 more weeks. And 2 more and 2 more and it was 2 months and nothing call again and the dude said that it has been a delay ond the shipment. I was pissed and a cussed out the guy and he cussed me back...I call my bank and file a dispute for that transacction and 2 weeks later I call to see if they issued the refund That dude was super pissed and he sah that they had to recall the package cause it was already being delevery and once they have the package they will issue the refund and hang up on me... ALL I AM TRYING TO SAY IS DONT BUY THERE AND SAVE AN hEart attack!!

They sent me an email that the camera is shipped. I called them for the tracking number. They told me that I will receive a tracking number in 72 hours before my camera delivery. I received nothing.. They put me on hold when I called them. TERRiBLE - Please tell me what will I do? This is my saving money for months. Do I have to contact FBI to report ?

I ordered a lens from this crew for which they went ahead and charged my credit card. When it didn't turn up after a few days I gave them a call. They said that they had been trying to email me and needed "confirmation" of the order. Since there was no email anywhere on the server, including the spam, the only way emails could have been blocked would be if they were trying to spoof their address. In any case, I was told the lens should be there two days later. Of course it never turned up. So a week later I phoned again and was given the exact same story, except an email (to an alternate address) would be sent with the tracking info. Neither the lens nor the email turned up. Once again I call back. The guy on the phone, who is very rude by the way, says it will be here next week. So again I asked for the tracking number and he says it will be provided 48 hours before delivery. So obviously it had still not been shipped at that point. Without any good arguments to fall back on, just lame excuses, the guy finally says, "OK I'm canceling your order and recalling it from UPS." Obviously complete BS. Bottom line is that they had my money for 4 weeks and the evidence points to them never having shipped anything. I filed a dispute with the CC company and will mark it up to experience. Take my advice and avoid these scammers like the plague.

I purchased a Nikon Camera with a remarkably cheaper price compared to the market. Received an email noticed that I have to call Customer Service center to process the order. The guy told me a same song that my purchase was the import model and it's not available now. Then offering me "US model" with a stupidly higher price! Idiots!!! I guess they try to obtain credit card information. Stay away this website immediately!!!!!

Ordered two camera at what I thought was a great price. They emailed me asking me to call them. I did and they asked me why I was ordering European model cameras that only work in Europe when I live in the U.S. They figured I'd made a mistake and the actual price for the U.S. version cameras was higher. I never remember seeing a "European" tag on the cameras I was looking at and have never heard of such a thing. Ended up paying $460 more than I originally thought I was paying.

Their customer service is rude and horrible, and sales representations are totally false. Yes - I know I was ordering a grey market import camera, Canon 5D mk iii. However, I was given delivery dates three times, and the last time i was "100% guaranteed to arrive on April 8th because I have a tracking number" per Josh (I think there all named Josh, just a fake name they probably give) their sales person. This was the second time I had been guaranteed a delivery. Now, on April 7th I called to verify delivery and find out that the order had been cancelled on April 1st and they never notified me, cancelled because it had been back ordered again, so much for that "guarantee...because I have a tracking number." Then they tried to upsell me to the American model - just like every complaint here states, except i KNEW what I was ordering to start with. When I asked about that they said "Excuse you!?" and then hung up. They are incredible rude. All the negative reviews here say the same thing in varying forms. This IS the way they do business. Look at the positive reviews - they are obviously fake and repetitive. If this company didn't post these fake positive reviews they would have a one star rating.

Bought a camera back at the end of January 2016. A camera that was in stock and would ship within 10 business days. I called and completed the follow up call they ask you to make. I've called 6 times and have wrote 2 emails to their customer service (that they never responded to). The guy on the phone is rude! He makes up excuses and never seems to have the information! I was told twice that it was being shipped out the following day, then that it was back ordered and would ship April 1st. Guess that April fools joke was on me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

I ordered online by their website www.digitaloutlets.net for a nikon D810 camera. It said that it will be filigreed in 10-14 business days. 14 days later, I called them, they said they do not have this model in stock. I told them to refund me. They promised that they will refund in 7 business days. After 7 business days I called them they said a few days later they will refund me. "Ordered a 24 - 105 F4 Canon L lens and after they withdrawn the money from my account they call me to tell me that its a plastic model ... not the standard metal one. So... I wanted a refund. Also i rechecked the website and it says nothing about it being a plastic lens... you figured they would have had to write that on the page nope. All it says is, imported model. No $#*! its importedthey are made in Japan! Also... half the time they never pick up the phone and when they do i cant get anywhere. Worst part is... I have to wait 30 days to get the money back for an item they never even shipped out in the first place... WTF IS THAT. I will not order from this company again and recommend no one does either
Update: May 4th 2016: After I posted the message above he called me, yelled at me and threaten to not give my money back for another 20 days. He told me that If i didnt take it down he would keep it for longer. Said that I was bull$#*! for writing the bad review. so I took it down, changed it just to be able to get my money back. Supposed to be back on the 8th. And ill post this back up after I get my full refund.
Update: Its now the 9th and I havent gotten the money back..even after their email conformation said it would be in on the 8th. I just called them and they said it was transferred back and that I should have it in my account within 24 to 72 hours WTF IS THAT $#*!!
Update: Friday May 13, finally got my money back. that was the biggest hassle Ive ever had to deal with
I hope for the safety of your bank accounts and sanity, you do not ever even consider ordering from this company. I cant even call it a company, Its more of a bull$#*! scam excuse for a poor staffed business.. Check their Yelp if you dont believe me, EVERYONE said that this company is a scam. I wish I did my research first.

Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on other websites. This website is a complete scam that steals your information and sells to hackers. Also they will take your money and make every excuse they can to cancel your order and not refund you.

I ordered a camera for my daughter's birthday on 18 January. They say on their website they have a large in stock supply and normally ship the same or next day. A few days later I still hadn't been notified of the shipment. When I called to check on it, the recording told me they were closed from 20 to 29 January for a "holiday". Then on 2 February, I get an email telling me I have to call for security reasons for them to complete the order. When I called I complained that they had given me no warning on their holiday closure. I was going to ask for a discount for the delay, but never got to that. The guy got mad and told me he was going to cancel my order. I told him I didn't want him to do that, why was he doing that? He told me he was because he wants to and he can.

Bait-and-switch strategy. Advertized Canon 70D at lower price. Got email week later to confirm order, but was told that specific model is a Japanese model (and the language on screen is in Japanese). Agent then convinced me to buy American version, and he will ship it immediately via UPS.
Three days later I called to complain that no delivery nor tracking number was received, and I wish to cancel. Person started yelling and cursing, using explicit language. Threatened me that I will pay the full restocking fee!
But the Camera hasn't even shipped.
Very bad service, very bad communication experience.
