After hearing all of the hype about Crest Gum Detoxify and Whiting, I decided to try it. At first, it seemed like my teeth were whiter, but after about a week, my gums started to shrink and hurt. Not thinking that the toothpaste was the problem, I thought that maybe I had gingivitis or some other gum problems, so I went to my dentist, who did a deep cleaning for me. I am on Social Security, so that was out of pocket money for me, which I cannot afford. I continued using the toothpaste and my gums got so painful, I started thinking that maybe I had a serious problem. I finally checked the reviews on Crest Detoxify and found that many other were experiencing the same issues. I stopped using it, went back to my original toothpaste, and after a couple of day, the pain that I was experiencing, starting going away, and after a week, my gums were fine.

They say their toothpaste is safe, but then they add microbeads (http://www.dentalbuzz.com/2014/03/04/crest-imbeds-plastic-in-our-gums/). You really need to quit using this toothpaste. They can no longer be trusted.
