I have been using Credit Karma for many years, just to keep track of my credit scores. They have been consistently accurate and consistent with ratings issued by credit services, which figures since Credit Karma does not "create" your credit scores, they simply report scores from two of the credit services.
I would also say a big thank you to Haxedge Hacking solutions for helping me attain an excellent credit score in a short time frame with all collections completely removed. Go to www . haxedge . co for more information.

They are ( Just ok ) because half the time my actual score is lower or a bit higher than they report however they are on top of it when I do a hard pull with a credit application. I will not be doing my taxes with them ever I have a tax professional already keep note folks about the credit notifications they are spot on hard credit pulls.

I wanted to use Credit Karma to access my Credit Report, linked to a mortgage application. The initial submission of information was fine and I had no issue with the fact that I had to wait an initial 7 days for my full Credit Report (although if you go to checkmyfile.com you'll get the full report instantly). After 7 days, however, I couldn't access the report, so I looked for some way to get in touch with Credit Karma. There was no way of calling and speaking to someone. Contact appears to be by email only, so I submitted an email asking for help.
The response to emails is unbelievably slow. I got the first couple answered about 2 to 3 days later, but only after I'd sent follow-up emails asking for some kind of response. Thereafter, I've received nothing. My emails have been wholly polite and are simply asking how I may access my report, but after days of no response I've finally given up. Definitely go with checkmyfile.com. An instant report and it's free provided you cancel your subscription straight away. I wouldn't bother with Credit Karma, despite their marketing, they definitely DO NOT take all the hassle out of dealing with your credit scoring.

I have to say I check this site a few times a week, it's helped me tremendously to achieve better numbers and it's very easy to navigate. My continuous use of this credit monitoring site has been one of the single biggest reasons that my score has improved. I would give it 10 stars of I could.

In reply to my feedback Credit Karma told me to send in a response to their link in order to get a ticket number.
Well I stupidly did and surprise surprise it only deal with either US or Canadian customers.
Went in on website again and sent yet another query request, and this time it was actually acknowledged, it is now over a week and still no resolution.
I check the junk mail daily just in case.

I had a fraudulent person steal my identity and log into my account and completely change the password, email and phone number somehow. They have access to my account and all of my info. I cannot get a hold of credit karma and I've emailed them MULTIPLE times, they have no customer service and this is a SERIOUS issue with no resolution.

When this was Noddle it worked well. The day it changed I was locked out of my account and cannot reactivate it. They refuse to telephone and are being obstructive in reopening my account.
They send me repeated emails asking questions which are totally impossible to answer.
I have had to resort to legal action to make any progress.
AVOID - they are dreadful

I wanted to use Credit Karma (UK). Unfortunately, their website is so broken that despite trying four or five separate times, it cannot verify my identity, despite me answering all the security questions correctly.
It point blank refuses to let me use the service (as noted by some others). I used Noddle, the service they acquired, without any problems. I got in touch and they told me this sometimes happens if I've moved address recently (I haven't) or aren't on the electoral roll (I am).
All of the other major free report providers opened an account with me no problem. I even offered to provide my passport, etc, so they could confirm my identity manually, but apparently they "aren't trained to do that". They then told me that there was nothing they could do and I just couldn't use the service. Computer says no. A company that refuses to let customers use its service. Mad.
(And they'll probably reply to this telling me to get in touch. I already have, and when they (finally) responded, they were unfriendly and unhelpful and freely admitted that they had no idea why I was being declined.)

How can Credit Karma be relevant with its informational services, when they are 2 months behind on a simple credit card verification ?
I’m amazed how they arbitrarily uses old and irrelevant info.
Review by Thialy Valipsciari2 months ago
Is it ideal financial information? No.
Is it a great snapshot of your credit and a way to keep yourself on track and aware of potential credit headaches? Absolutely.
As long as you understand CreditKarma's entire purpose is to sell you financial products and make fees from it - and you use that understanding to make smart decisions, it's a great free option.

Terrible experience. No support for UK customers. I wanted to delete my account having had a noodle account before they were taken over. I emailed the US email address and got an automated response asking me to fill in a form that only allowed US customers to contact them.

Easy to sign into for me.
Updates are good.
The security is tight, so you may have to be patient to get log in errors fixed. They require a multiple level of facts to make your account secure.
Notified me when my passwords were exposed on other sites so I could then change those and stay safe.
Works well for me.

I signed up to the UK site but have never received the activation email, so I can't log in.
There is no contact email, only FAQs that are of no use.
This site was recommended by ActionFraud, the official UK police site for reporting fraud, and I was expecting a more professional service.

Since I reached adulthood my credit has been poor due to having a serious medical condition and being raised in a struggling family without proper medical insurance. Even though I've worked hard my whole life I could never get a handle on my credit situation and never had the opportunity to prove my credit worthiness. Desperate to have good credit I've been taken by scams promising to clean my credit up and after thousands of dollars I never see change.Reluctantly I made a reach to youdoneedgreatcredit (at) g.m.a.i.l (dot) com to help me as i had no other option with their promise to clean my credit up and they did just that! In just a couple of days they proved they stand by their word! I wish i found them earlier. They are professionals and are relentless to get things straightened out. I highly recommend them to anyone who does not have the time or wherewithal to stay with a very tedious process.

Like your other reviewers I too can't get signed on.
I have emailed them on three occasions with no acknowledgement or response.
After nearly a week I thought I would register again, still nothing.
When it was Noddle my brother-in-law said it was a very good service.
I think it may be time i gave up as they obviously aren't interested in new business.
Further to their response to contact them with my issue, they only deal with the US and Canada on their "Help Desk" link they sent me.
What was the point in sending a link to a potential UK customer for queries only US and Canada.
Kredit Karma get your international act together!!!
Not much point in advertising in the U.K. if you can't get customers to link up to sign on in the UK.

Please don’t bothered 😕 it’s not a proper credit scoring agency like Experian or Equifax they don’t do any research about you. In my case it’s says 1-One, or more, of your accounts is close to its credit limit & 2 Length of time at your current address so this isn’t right cuz I am living in my current address more than 3 years & both my card balance I paid them in full every month. So please don’t bother I tried to contact them but no luck what so ever.
3 my two credit accounts are missing from the report I swear I contact in 8 months more than 8 times but I got reply these credit accounts aren’t important why not these credit accounts are on my other files one is for my mobile phone contract since 2014 and other one is for my utilities with BT both did hard search when I signed up with and both of them up to date. I will strongly recommend please go with CLEAR SCORE. If you free service for life time. Credit karma totally rubbish.

Terrible company, I have applied 4 times and have never been able to set up an account. They say they will email me with a verification link but never do. I have tried to contact them but never get a reply. If this is what they are like just trying to set up an account, I wouldn't trust the information they provide!!

Thank you credit Karma you are amazing...Let me share this real quick. I was finacially down few months ago due to my bad credit, my score was below 600 and I had a lot of bad items on my credit. But I thank God for his grace after I contacted Peter Lewis on globaltechnologies46 @ g mail. com. Global Technologies is a genius, he helped me remove all negative items only credit, cleared all debts and also take up my score to 800s. I'm so grateful to God and them because I was able to get myself back financially and most especially I bought my first house. You can contact Lewis on the email above, tell him I referred you.
