This is clearly a company you need to avoid. I had ordered two products with each having its own shipping fee. They sent out a wrong product out which was defective and also of lesser value than the product I had ordered. I contacted them for return and they said that I will have to return the item while forgoing the shipping fee. So I needed to pay for their mistake. When I tried to return a single product, their system did not allow and I dialed them again, they asked me return only one product when the delivery pick up guy would come. The Delivery guy refused to pick up an items and insisted that I needed to return both items. I dialed then again and they said that I needed to return both items if I wanted to return while forging a shipping fee of Rs 200 for their fault. I was stuck with faulty product. This is insane. Their customer care executive are rude and have no idea as to how to talk to a customer. Clearly the company cares a percentage of zilch for its customers. It would be best to avoid the purchases from it.

Friends do not accept fake parcels, if someone pings you saying they are from craftsvilla, giving u discount and asking u to accept parcels which does not contains craftvilla logo on it. Please accept only the parcels which has the logo on it, else u will b cheated. Be careful. Many people face this due to which they have bad experiences with Craftsvilla. The real products are actually worth buying.

I have been purchasing my ethnic essentials be it suits to accessories to home decor from www.Craftsvilla.com and every time had been very satisfied with the product quality and fit. The packing of the product is also taken care of.

Canceled an order on 3rd (when it wasn't dispatched) > It still got delivered under new shipment ID on 6th November >> Cancelled it with the delivery person >>> Haven't received my refund yet.
Craftsvilla's customer care number is never reachable and all their mails are just copy-pasted. I think they are just inflating revenues to show their investors.

I have never seen such a fraud site ever. I have ordered watch which was very different as shown in the picture and when I tried to return the product they even picked up the product and dint give the refund. Even reaching out to customer care they were forwarding same mail again n again and no refund was initiated. SHAME ON THIS SITE

Craftsvilla is very irresponsible group it is neither sending my products nor sending refund. Customer care only asking to wait. They are not sending even updates

I was trying to buy a saree for the first time. They gave me 100 Rs discount. When I was trying to pay... Payment declined... N amount was deducted from my account. They never replied my query, never gave response on my email and customer service request..

I had order suit which came of poor quality and they had costed a lot after that didn't pick my call and didn't revert request u all never take anything from here they are troubling people all craftsvilla persons are chip

I am very upset with the way they treated me. First they harassed by giving a product not matching the description. Then on return, they fought on making the repayment - adding clauses for repayment (eg. If order is below 1000rs then money wont be repaid on bank - you will have to buy something else on craftsvilla). I would strongly ask people to stay away from this company - a fraud, non customer friendly and poor product quality

Purchased an anglet, not a quality one. Within a day it's damaged. Broken into two pieces... Refund also not yet received

Delivered, wrong item for a COD order by collecting money. Return sales also have been picked up.. Money has not been refunded though proper Bank details provided by me. They have to give me the details for refunded amount. Instead ,asking me to give my bank statements to check the refunded amount. Now after seeing many reviews only i came to know this is utter fraud , cheat online shop. Don't buy any items from this online shop. This is the latest update of this shop as past 20 days as I am struggling on this matter.

day after i initiated return , a pickup guy called and said he will come to pickup the product,
but no one came , got a message on next day saying we were not available(Uttter False reason, we were waiting).
i initiated the pickup process again form the link i got in message,, still no thing happened..
called them again and again, sent multiple mails , will get only same automated replies..
Worse service.. Lost trust on these guys.. stay away form this fraud site.

My sister spend some 18000for clothes in which two of them very cheap quality and as send wrong order ,when trying to call. They will not reply n switch off ...one day u have u to pay for how ur cheating people. ...

I ordered a saree from this site 7 8 days back and today i received it... The product was totally different n too cheap which would be hardly of 400 bt for that cheap product i have paid 1800 including cod... Now they are totally ignoring me... I am providing the real pic wat I got n wat was on the site.. just help me in a solution... Everybody knows importance of such big amount...

My mom had purchase 2 dresses from craftsvilla via online and had already paid the concerned amount.
Had to return them as was not satisfied. She was told then that money would be refunded in 2 days.
It has been over 2 months now and have called them hundreds of times but my money is not yet refunded to my account.
Very unsatisfactory experience with this group, I would strongly recommend everyone please don't waste your money shopping from and I am still waiting for my money if still not refunded m gonna take this to consumer court
