So disapointed! $80 Converse shoes didn't even last 7 months. They have a sizable hole in the heal and Converse has denied both claims. Customer service hasn't responded after emailing them twice. My daughter has 12 other pairs of Converse, but they don't have this issue. I was hoping Converse would simply replace the shoes, but no response! For the tiger price point, they should make their shoes more durable OR stand by their product. They have lost a loyal customer. :(

Big Converse fan, just need better attention to detail re: online info
I love converse and I have for 20+ years, but they really need to work on the details. I SCOURED the internet for any traces of customer service emails/ Phone #'s and really found nothing except for the live chat with customer service reps that seem to only be able to offer any real assistance with online orders. They don't have any actual stock or product information. I absolutely understand the company is global and enormous, but you have nothing more?
My two big issues are the lack of info on their website & their misleading marketing materials.
For starters, with the advent of all of their platform shoes, how are you not going to list heel/platform heights? This seems like a pretty obvious thing to list in the product description but I have yet to see it there. It's been over a year and I am still trying to figure out if some of the platform styles are taller than others without having to buy one of each. I've gone as far as overlaying these images on each other to attempt to make a comparison.
My bigger issue is the marketing emails I receive from them. Back in September I got an e-mail showing the new items that would be released in the upcoming months, including a multicolor puffer jacket in their "thermo" pattern that they'd already put on some T-shirts that were available on the US website....fast forward a few months and I can only find this jacket for sale in Europe (AND I found out too late)....but they sent images of this jacket to me though I signed up through the US version of the website....
I fell in love with this puffer and waited patiently for weeks for a European website that would ship to the USA to bring this jacket back in stock in my size, and by some crazy luck, ONE came back in stock and I was able to snag it....and pay almost $30 for shipping.
SO....as you can see, I am a very loyal and dedicated Converse fan, I just wish they would improve these two business practices. Please don't send me marketing emails for clothing I won't even have access to! :( I love y'all too much

Don't buy directly from Converse.
Wouldn't buy Converse directly from them again, 4-5 working day delivery. Ordered on Sunday, not despatched until Thursday (already 4 working days) then Easter weekend come Tuesday (5th working day) Evri stating they still haven't even received them.
Bank holiday weekend wouldn't have been a problem had they been despatched in a timely manner to match promised delivery times. Will stick to purchasing from other retailers instead of going direct.
Other reviews speak for themselves I think, clearly don't give a damn as people continue to purchase irregardless so why make an effort to improve.

Told i cant order because my house hasn’t got a number
So disappointed. Order was cancelled due to them ‘not able to confirm address’ after calling customer service i was told it’s because my house doesn’t have a number. When expressing my confusion to how this is possible that i can’t order from converse because my house has a name. i was told my house must have a number else how’s it different to others. Which is laughable. Most useless customer service i’ve spoken to.

Love every pair of converse I have bought. I ordered a few pairs in my last order and returned a pair, after 3 weeks I still hadn’t received a refund but costumer services were great. They responded very quickly to my emails and sorted the situation. They confirmed it had returned but had not yet been booked, so they processed the refund for me. Thank you.

I will always love my chucks
I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. Since I was in middle school, I've worn converse daily. I've had the same pairs for years and years that have never ripped/gotten holes/etc until the last 3rd or 4th year. I've always loved my converse. The stores never have sizes you need in the style you want, but once you figure out your size (go to the store to try them on and then order the style in the color you want), then they're golden.

Stressing reading the reviews.
Made a purchase on November 27th for hi top converse for my partner. A few days later I received an email saying there is going to be a delay( fair enough this close to Christmas) The first time I contacted them via phone they managed to give me a tracking number which didn't change status for 4 days. The second time I contacted they said just to hang on for another 5 days to see if it changes, but ensured me it will be with me. After reading the reviews I started to feel very nervous that I had been scammed. I had no issues with the customer service and they were really polite with me so I must have got really lucky. Parcel finally arrived yesterday and very happy with the Hi-tops. So no complaints other than the 14 days total to arrive.

Order late and item has horrible finishing,
Ordered a product on 3rd October and received it today. Slowest in this day and age when parcel gets delivered next day.
Ordered kids shoes Pro Blaze Strap £50. Supposed to be designed in Italy but horrible finishing on the shoes.I have photos but don't know if I can share them here. Stitching incomplete in a place, finishing issues as internal shoe padding can be seen outside on edges.

You should see my brand new, 2-week-old modified Chuck Taylor All-Star Lugged Winter 2.0. It already looks like it's been through hell and back!
It's modified because my size M 8,5 has been sold out for months. I was forced to paint black the white rubber but the results came out terrible.
Also, the sole's wear and tear is surprisingly severe considering its young age. Bottom line: I've wasted my hard-earned $$ and I'm very dissatisfied. Thanks
