I wrote re a broken kettle I’d bought from Connox, a beautiful one! Amalie wrote back immediately and arranged for my faulty one to be collected and replaced immediately . I was so impressed by her communication and efficiency . Thank you so much . I cannot recommend Connox highly enough!

Wonderful choice of products and design ideas. I had a minor problem initially setting up my address details for delivery. This was resolved straight away by contact with customer service, extremely quick, efficient and friendly. I will be returning to shop again and again..

They made a huge mistake when calculating the shipping. I paid them, then demanded a further outrageous sum. Did not take responsibility. Gave me a refund of less that I had paid.
I would steer clear!

Very impressed. Ordered on Saturday evening and delivered midweek in the UK. Product was packaged carefully and is exactly as described. Price wise, Connox was also considerably cheaper than other retailers. Faultless service - will certainly use again. Highly recommend.

Item was sent with DHL. I was given a delivery slot, but the parcel failed to show up, and it wasn't possible to contact DHL other than via email, which of course did not get answered. Later, I noticed that the tracking website had been updated to say that delivery had been changed at recipient's request!! I also received two emails from Connox saying payment had not been received, even though a Paypal payment was made upon ordering. Way too much trouble for an item costing £20.

I received a damaged item (initially ordered on Aug. 13, 2018) which I had to return. I don't understand how this item, in this state, was even sent out in the first place. The return process itself was cumbersome as the item was bulky and had to be returned to the post office by me. Though they did reimburse me for the costs of the taxi I had to take.
I am currently still waiting for a replacement which was due to be shipped on the Sep. 17 and then Sep. 24. Unfortunately the handling of this delay and the communication of their customer service is not the best. I am still waiting for a response as to when I will receive this item; e-mails sent on Sep. 21 and Sep. 24 remain unanswered. Trying to contact customer service via the phone was also to no avail: After waiting for more than 20 minutes (on three occasions) the systems merely asked me for my name and telephone number and hung up. It is not unusual to be put on hold when calling customer service during peak hours. However, I have yet to meet a service hotline that simply hangs up on you after you spent 20 minutes on the phone.

I returned a item to this company three weeks ago using the return postage they provided.The tracking to this return shows it to be still in the UK..i contacted the delivery company who told me Connox use a very basic service which doesn't track the whole return journey so i'm unable to prove they have received it.
I have been informed twice now by Connox that as i have returned the item i will get a refund..but no refund has been issued to me.

Good company and products (5 stars), using appalling delivery service (DHL - 0 stars). DHL is second only to Yodel in terms of bad service, and brings an otherwise great shopping experience down to a frothing-at-the-mouth experience. Google "DHL reviews", and see what customers are saying. You can do better, Connox, you and your customers deserve better! At the very least give your customers a choice of alternative couriers (e.g. DPD). Free delivery isn't an excuse to allow your customers to be treated like throw-away junk. I'd rather pay a delivery fee and be treated like a valued customer. Yes, I know it's DHL's "fault", but they are part of the totality of the "Connox shopping experience", and in that respect they represent YOU and the value you place on your customers. Hence the 1 star. Here endeth the rant!
Update: 14 hours after posting the first negative review, Connox contacted me to say how sorry they are about my experience and asking how they can remedy things, and I do regret posting the negative review. I was tired and frustrated. Not an excuse, I'm only human! I am a long standing customer of Connox and have always had only the best in customer care and product quality. So ... I'm back on board with Connox. BUT ... it would be good to sort out the problems with DHL. They really are a bad courier service.
And for the sceptics out there - no, Connox didn't offer me a free holiday in the Caribbean for a positive review. (However, I'm open to offers ...)

I ordered a metal plant box and it arrived scratched on two sides. After asking for a replacement I was sent a shipping label to return the item to the post office. The box is too big and heavy for me to take to the post office, I asked Connox to arrange collection with another courier so they can collect from my address but no answer.
Poor customer service.

I am new to Connox but I like them very much - the choice of designer products for the home is fantastic, and I also like the free shipping and money off your bill if you spend over certain amounts... My kind of shop! Also, everything I order is dispatched very quickly indeed and arrives nice and safe in England.

DHL made no contact about delivery. They came when we were out and apparently have left the package with a neighbour - NOT a neighbour but a house some 10 doors down the road we do not know - still trying to retrieve the parcel. You need to reconsider the service you get from DHL.

In process of returning what I consider to be (and anyone looking at it) a seconds grade Lyngby Porcelæn - Glass Vase.
Connox are supplying a label to return and communication has been prompt and curtious.
All in all an uneccessary hassle and experience of repackaging and returning item that should never have past quality control.
Apparently the fault is as handblown/ made. This has been said prior to recieving returned item and checking. When Connox see returned item they will see this is not the case and glass had scratch was defective. Have not asked for replacement as in my view the warehouse (Germany based) does not check items carefully prior to dispatch.
Will not personally be using again and hope refund will be swift. Connox, please do not feel need to respond to this review. It is honest and factual.

Fantastic product, exactly what I needed, should have ordered a couple instead of just one. Now I can use my kitchen light again and it looks complete.
Can’t fault the service either, speedy delivery despite of the horrid weather conditions.
