Overal some good bits once you get your head around it but overal i would not recommend it.
Support is shocking, as others have said.
I gave a list of issues (around 30) of which some have been arrnage since our go live day and still not addresed and at first it they reached out to help resolve offering free support. I agreed but then all of a sudden they made no contact and closed my support ticket. Re-opening and now they are saying that they had other jobs to do and now if i want support it will have to be High Level Assistance and chargable. Simply unacceptable.
ALso lied to about what th product could do - syncronise with Xero for example, it doesnt. Connectwise uses a third party tool which you have to pay for, that syncronises connetwise with xero - lied.
Cloudconsole was a joke and often missed licenses of agreements - now gone back to do it manually.
Cant wait to find a better product

product is a scam. Product constantly crashes and support is nonexistent. Monthly contracts arent monthly. Company just exists to bill.

Just got asked for a review for a recent purchase, and haven't purchased or used the software in years. It was great software 5+ years ago with a great pricing structure. I want to say it used to be $200 for a self hosted 1 tech site license, which was the bee's knees for my small shop. Then they were bought by another company and the price jumped over night to over $2k. I left them and never looked back. At 2k might as well use logmein. The best part about the software was being self-hosted at a reasonable price.

Changing price but remove products
While you had a product and licensing for your needs, license you pay high the first year, after 3 years they totally removed support for some of their products. So, you just paid for 10 years, and had only 2 and a half.
Never trust them.

Stuck for 3 years in Connectwise Hell....
Current customer who wishes they never wasted their time. The implementation has been a nightmare. It constantly crashes, the agents go offline and have to be reinstalled manually, the policies don’t work, the “automation” triggers security monitoring and causes extra paperwork while at the same time not actually doing the automated task, etc. etc. the list goes on…

I love this product. It's very easy to configure and use. We use it primarily to connect to our servers and provide access to vendors to their systems internally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ConnectWise to anyone needing this type of functionality.

Without a doubt the best, cleanest, easiest solution I've tried over the past 20 years in IT support. I purchased the onsite product for 2 technicians 5 years ago and it has served me very well, some great features like quick connections, preview of remote screen, notes, software version on remote screen, chat and time line. I really couldn't do my job properly without it. I've tried many others including Teamviewer, Splashtop, Anydesk, Logmein etc

ConnectWise Control is a really great multi-platform remote support solution. Unlike a lot of competitors who are limited to Windows and MacOS, ConnectWise supports Linux, ChromeOS, Android and iOS. You also have the option to install the solution in your own infrastructure, or subscribe to a hosted version in the cloud.

I find it great that I can see who I'm connecting to and if the time to connect is appropriate, any time. No need to keep track of just numbers, and no need to call in if the client computer is currently available.
Easy to connect by sending a download link and a code number.
