I ordered an Intel CPU processor $360. I received it fine, but by the time it came, I had bent the pins on the Motherboard. So I can no longer use the Processor. It was still in the packaging and never opened.
I requested and received an RMA number and sent the CPU back using exactly address with the RMA number on the label. It was exact because I copied and pasted it to print.the label.
I never received the refund. They claim that the item was never checked in. What does that mean? Is it just sitting there in a pile with many other RMA returns? I'm sure they got it, or it would have come back to me.
So I am out $360 + $23 shipping.
I recommend you find a more trust worthy company to do business with.

This was a joke of an operation. Ordered 4 devices from them that their web site claimed to have in stock. Turned out they only had one in stock, and the one they did have was used and missing parts. I ordered 4 brand new units and only received 1 used and no communications before they canceled the order for the other 3. I would never use them again for anything. A complete waste of a month of time

I must admit that I had doubts about the company by reason of problems that occurred in the past; however, the company had recently been, in my opinion, assiduous and prompt; as a result, I received my order within less than 3 business days. The unit, however, was new; thus, the product was a great purchase. It was sold at a reasonable price. I, therefore, give Compsoure five stars. I will indubitably shop for other products on its site in the near future. Tentatively, either I purchased the product at a propitious time or it invariably ensures good services; either way, I will continue to purchase products from the company by reason of its cheaper prices.

Worst place to order from that I have ever experienced. I have no idea how Rich Burson is a "Client Relations Manager" he has no people skills whats so ever..I guess they hire anyone these days. Let's get to my story.
I was looking around for the Kendall Howard Work station. And I noticed they had there shipping prices about $150 cheaper than any where else, so that's why I decided to order with CompSource, and also because it said it was IN STOCK. No where on the site did it say, I had to wait for Kendall Howard to build the desk!! So 3-4 days go by, and I get no email of tracking or anything? So I email them asking when is my desk getting shipped for Rich to tell me it's got to be built can take 3-8 business days, Well that was news to me.. I expressed how angry I was as I needed this desk asap, Again I had no idea I had to wait for it to be built. 9 days go by, and yet still... no tracking. I'm emailing Rich several times, no replies back. I threaten to charge back this order, still no reply. So I call Rich around 2:30PM, and ask where is my desk?? It's been 14 days total i've been waiting and im getting impatient. He says "Let me call Kendall Howard and see what's going on" He never calls me back..2 days later, he emails me the fedex tracking link only. No sorry for the inconvenience, sorry i didnt get back to you yesterday ect. I will never order from this company again, And sucks for them cause we needed 15 of these desks. I'll be taking my business elsewhere! 100% fact!

I ordered a new CPU from Compsource with standard shipping, and received it the next day, talk about fast! It was the retail boxed version at a great price, and they even offer to pay with Affirm. I'm sure I will order from them again.

I was seeking to buy a surface laptop 2 - i came across the company, I placed an order for what i believed to be a surface laptop 2 - when i received the package and checked the unit. It was a surface 1 - the model that is 83% slower (as claimed by Microsoft). I emailed the returns department & they said i could send the unit back. Over a week later I finally got a return label, I express mailed the unit back to the nominated address - another week later & another phone call I ask what is happening. I am told micro soft then change their mind & they wont take it back, due to plastic being taken off. So I am stuck with a computer that is 83% slower - terrible battery and 0 customer service - what a joke it has been switching to Microsoft.

Ordered a Microsoft Surface Laptop (first gen) at a great price. Took 9 days to deliver from OH to WA (Sat to the following Mon), but the item arrived in perfect shape and as expected. If I had ordered on a weekday, it would have taken 7 days, but overall I am very happy with my purchase. I admit, I was a little skeptical at the very low price at first, but it's exactly what I ordered. Saved hundreds of dollars for just waiting a few more days.
Customer service was also great! My Visa card triggered a fraud detection, but their Sales manager emailed me and it was resolved within an hour. They just had to retry the transaction after acknowledged it.

So I know people.go out of there way to write a bad review . My first purchase experience with CompSource was great.
For the items I purchased I cross refernced pricing between 3 other sites I normally shop. The pricing was close and in all fairness CompSource wasn't the cheapest but the few dollars difference wasn't that bad when I use Affirm financing option which isn't offered at the other sites I use and that made the difference for me !! The one question I would like answered is whether CompSource pricematches because the next item I am looking to purchase was about $100.differnce from Newegg.... CompSource will be one of my go-to site because I personally like the option to finance for expensive purchases and I don't have the greatest credit and a wife who watches my spending like. hawk

Shipment arrived by Fed-Ex and 2 items were missing. Box were retaped but still opened 1/2 side. I contacted Rich Burson via email and left a voicemail, didn't get a return call from him or any apology. Very very bad customer service! I will never buy anything from comp source from now on.

I bought Xerox prints from compsource.
After payment, I received an email requesting an additional shipping charge of $ 89, which was never mentioned in the contract. I immediately sent a protest mail.
The next day, a refund mail came from PayPal.
I did not receive any clarification mail to the seller.
This seller does not keep an appointment with the buyer.
Never buy anything here.

I purchased an item from them using amazon pay option. The money was immediately deducted from my account, however 13 days later when I went to inquire about my purchase I could not find any shipping information according to my order number. I made contact with customer support and was told that an order showed up in their screen but they couldn't even see what item was purchased and tech support couldn't research until the next day. I advised I needed the item but if it would take more than a day, that I would need my money back. All they did was refund the next morning without even trying. Sad. And then I have to wait for the money to show up in my account for another couple of days, when they took my money immediately. Sad sad. I buy quite a bit of stuff online but, do not recommended buying from this company. No reconciliation for was even offered.

I ordered a Tripp lite PDU, order processed well and I get an email on order process immediately. Payment system does not tell there is a problem right away, I get an email after some days from Jordan Olivares saying it did not work. I take care of credit card security issue and I place a new order, after a day again I get a email from Jordan saying billing address is incorrect. Address is correct in my billing information. I called Jordan many times on direct line, never called me back. If there is payment issue, it should tell me right way, rather than sending an email after two days. I asked Jordan to cancel all my orders explaining him the problem with website and his customer support. he is least bothered about my complaint and he just cancelled my order . If you buy a product from CompSource please make sure it is small enough to cover shipping fees. If it is large they will say it is a manufacturer issue and even if it doesn't work apon arrival they will say it is and you will lose your money. It doesn't make since that I spent $357 to receive a defective product. To return it they expect me to pay shipping costs back. I packed it up to ship it back only to find out it was going to cost me $230. I could spend $250 for a new one from a respectable company (Wal-Mart) and of it doesn't work apon arrival it would be refunded. Don't make the same mistake I made. $358 is a lot of money to pay for a product that doesn't work and be expected to have no refund. If CompSource was a respectable company they would honor a refund for a defective product apon arrival. I believe it was due to shipping conditions and cold weather. They are trying to blame it on the manufacturer. Sham on them. RCA should not do business with them and should be ashamed. I paid extra to do business with them so I wouldn't have to pack my laundry. A month later I am still packing my laundry with a defective machine in my kitchen and have lost $357. That's a lot of money to lose. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

This was my first experience with Compsource even though they've been in business for over 20 years. I ordered a recertified all in one PC from them on a Sunday evening and received the item the following Thursday! That was even with free shipping the week before Christmas. The product was flawless and fired up like a new computer. I would highly recommend them and their customer service. I will be ordering from them again.

I found the Samsung HW-K950/ZA extremely discounted through this site. I had never heard of the site so I read all of the reviews and check the better business bureau. The bad reviews I read were mostly about products that were not working properly (which I realized was a manufacturer issue not a seller issue). So after doing my research I ordered the sound bar. I check everything it said on the site. This was an item they kept in stock so they would be shipping it. I ordered on 1/1/17 which of course was a Sunday and a holiday so I anticipated it would take a while. I was given a delivery date between 1/4/17 and 1/9/17. I received it and installed it 1/5/17. They sent me notices for every step. I will definitely reorder from them again.

I bought a $1200 computer. The screen came cracked, looks like they sent it cracked because they are just a drop ship sales company. They won't take it back. Horrible company!! Beware!! Your reply that this is FedEx's fault doesn't work. This computer shipped on the 10th of October. I ordered it on the 1st of October and it has been sitting in the box for 15 days waiting to be returned. Bottom line it has been 30 days and I don't have a computer I paid for. I already ordered from another company and have my computer up and working. I don't take back that this is horrible customer service. Don't shop here. How long will I get my money refunded? I haven't even started that fight.
