Had a great stay overall! I was very happy with the 3 months lease option and the fast, simple and modern move in procedure (online payment & signing)
Only issue is that there is quite car break-ins at Melrose happening so just be sure not to keep any valuables in the car, it's almost safer to just keep your car on the street, although they did add an extra camera in the parking lot.
Would still highly recommend it to everyone that wants to move in quickly somewhere for still a reasonable price for everything you get!

Had a great experience at Commons. I was fortunate enough to stay in two of their buildings and they were both great. The best part of it is the convenience of fully furnished living room/bedroom and cleaning services!

Common is one of the best apartment complexes in the bay area! They really take care of you. Good location, great services, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this place!

I've been living at Common Terry in Seattle for a couple of months now. Within one month of living there, I knew that I would end up staying for many more. I just renewed my contract with Tom Ahern for an additional 9 months. Tom has been nothing short of awesome and so so helpful throughout the entire process. I love living here!

Common is one of the best programs you could ever experience within the co-living community. From the day I started searching all the way to the day I moved in, I was assisted throughout. If you’re coming from a small town to a big city and doing it on your own; Common definitely takes all the stressors away for sure! A luxury apartment that’s move in ready that provides great services and a awesome population of people to meet. Common Belmont is literally the best location I could ask for moving to Los Angeles for the first time. The location is great, amenities beyond expectations and love showing it off to my friends. I’ve had multiple occasions where I found myself calling Tom and he always come to my aid and never lets me down! I would definitely recommend and have recommended Common to so many of my friends and family!

Great place to live for temporary accommodations. Management and communication is very poor. It is easy to move in, however, it is a nightmare moving out.

I have lived at Common Terry in Seattle for over a year and it’s been great. Clean, quiet building, the very few maintenance request are handled quickly, and the management team is world class.

It is a good property to live, people are very friendly, I love it’s laundry room on each floor, they plan a lot of events for us like residents.
I got this opportunity to live in this building when I move from Puerto Rico. They gave me this chance when other landlords says not because I never live before at the mainland and I have not rent score before.

I have to spend half of my year in NYC and the other half in South America. Common is making this experience truly enjoyable. Allowing me to rent for a shorter period without breaking the bank, not having to care about utilities, furniture or landlords. You also get to meet some wonderful people in their community, and it’s hard to get bored with so many cool events! Their customer support is great, I had to contact them off work hours and they always responded ASAP. Would 100% recommend for young people living a “nomad” life :)

I’ve lived at one of the Common Chicago property for almost two years and I am very happy here. Its the the perfect spot for the busy single professional with work travel. Since they stock basics, I never land from a late flight to realize I ran out of toilet paper or dish soap, a common occurrence in my last place. Plus I love my roommates, they have become like family.

Living in Common Sterling was the best decision I made after i decided to move to NY. All I was bringing from Puerto Rico were my clothes and drive to be succesful at my new job. Common made it easy to move in and have everything that i needed set. Not only was the house- modern, clean, close to express train (4/5) but it had everything you needed and more. A movie room, laundry room, patio, state of the art kitchen and rooftop. Coming to NY by myself seemed overwhelming but Common also introduce me to wonderful professionals like myself that became long lasting friends.

I enjoyed staying at Common Terry. The location was great. I appreciated the ability to lease for six months and to rent a furnished unit. I also liked the common areas and gym equipment.
Most of the apartment support I experienced was online. I was a little wary of that set up but once I committed to a unit everyone I reached out to was helpful and responded within a few hours.

I moved into Common - Briar Chicago almost a year ago, and moving into a community of new Chicagoans made my transition easier into the city. I’ve enjoyed being a resident of common so far, the community members are really nice, and we also get really cool perks (i.e tickets to plays or boat rides if you have time). I recently requested an additional 6 months in the Briar home, and the Common admin team was extremely quick in responding and allowing me to do that. I’m looking forward to an additional 6 months at Briar! Highly recommend common to anyone looking for a community to be a part of, especially if you’re looking to grow your network in a new city!

Its been a great experience living at Common McArthur in Oakland! I originally need a place for short term relocation while my apartment was being renovated and i ended up staying long term it was better cost and location wise....the application and interview process was quick and efficient and i was able to move in within a few weeks....the building is safe and secure and the neighborhood is a great area also a community grocery store just opened up...I would definitely recommend Common!

Great community, super fast management team response, great service, nothing more you can ask for. The price is a little up there, but its worthwhile considering you spend most of your time here. $50 per month furniture option is also great for short term rent.

I had the pleasure of housing with Common for 1 year. During that time I was thoroughly impressed by the staff, cleanliness, and quality of the homes. The ease of the application process and responsiveness of the staff to any and all questions were unparalleled. Common provides a unique and seamless experience throughout the whole process and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I stayed 6 months. It's safe and secure. Near Bart and major freeways. Near Everyville, SF, Berkeley and Downtown Oakland. I would stay here longer but i need to get my own place.
