My comments are directed to Marco. I had the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had while working with her yesterday. Me and I worked together for about one hour. He instructed me as I disassembled my Quick machine, using an electrical tester to verify whether or not each component was working properly. Several times it became necessary for me to photograph a component, email Marco the picture all the while speaking with her by cell phone. We eventually determined which part was defective and Caffè Italia shipped me the component under warranty. It was a five star experience.

Honestly I was a bit sceptic first, but it turned out so well. Ordered the items on Monday, received by Friday, straight from Italy with DHL. Ordered it for my company in Holland, with Coffeeitalia you can do an intracommunautair transaction, worked great, I'm very happy with it.

DO NOT BUY - CON ARTISTS
In september 17' I bought a Quick Mill Anita Evo from them for 1.15k. The first troubles arrived a week after I started using the Anita. A hissing sound was coming from somewhere like there was a leak. The support was useless, they would just tell me to look for leaks and eventually they made me order a part FROM SOMEBODY ELSE, WITH MY OWN MONEY, for a machine that was 1 week old.
Fast forward 17 months, the machine is still in warranty and the pump loses pressure overnight. I message the seller about fixing under warranty and he tells me to descale the machine?? I didn't just pay 1.15k on an espresso machine to skimp on 10GBP water softeners, descaling was pointless and highly unrecommended in the manual.
In the end they told me IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.... but, WE DIDN'T EVEN FIND OUT WHAT'S WRONG. The pump simply has no pressure and nothing more.
They sent me a link to someone in London to repair it and that's it... currently in the process of pursuing further legal action against them.
EDIT: Coffeeitalia's response is absolute crap, they never offered any 'expert' inspection and upon trying to contact some third party repair agency they recommended, there was no answer on the phone and no replies to emails, their whole website is crap with the contact forms not even working. Their 'EXPERT' just told me to descale it and when that didn't work they went and said it's too much scale, that's why it didnt work. They are a bunch of box pushers with no real capability of maintaining anything that they sell.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - THIS IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
I purchased a sage oracle touch from Coffee Italia for £1750 on 5 May. I opted for "prime delivery". Marco has been telling me Sage is the problem and has been putting me off day after day. He told me twice it was shipped. I caught him lying the first time when it didn't arrive. He wouldn't give me a tracking number.
Last Thursday he advised me that it was shipped by Sage directly to me. I have been chasing a tracking number since then and I finally got one today supposedly for the machine. Guess what? The tracking number doesn't exist.
So I emailed him straight away and he responded saying that "This tracking number will not show until we invoice later tonight". Fortunately, I got home and the machine was delivered by DPD..... the wrong machine - after 15 days and constant follow up, my "prime delivery" is the wrong machine.
There has been no customer care. If sage is the one stuffing me around, then they need to be in contact. But I purchased it from coffee italia, who said it was in stock. It clearly wasn't.
I haven't heard from Marco today, and to be honest, when you spend £1750 on a coffee machine, this is all too much trouble. I should have just purchased it at John Lewis for £100 more and saved the hassle.
This company provides no customer care at all. Service is slow. They don't explain anything. You can't track your order. Just avoid them.
P.S - coffee italia did not send me the machine as described below by them. It was sent by Sage directly because they couldn't believe how bad the service was from Coffee Italia. The response below is exactly how they deal with their customers. It is all someone else's fault. They have nothing to do with it. I have been dealing with Sage directly who have been delightful. They sent out the same machine in a different colour as an interim measure and have agrred, in writing to replace it with the correct colour machine when it arrives next week. Coffee Italia did no service recovery and the just the fact that they think I should thank them for their disgusting service (or lack of) speaks volumes. You don't pay prime delivery and expect to get this kind of service. I have a mind to report them to Amazon for illegally using the prime logo. Avoid at all costs.
Incidentally, I'm happy to provide my invoice for the MATTE BLACK (truffle) machine, and the shipping note for the SHINY Black machine that was sent as well as a picture of the EU plug rather than the UK plug I purchased. So let's not play that game. I have all of the evidence. I would never purchase from them again especially given the complete lack of apology and explanation. Sage technical support in the UK (not california) have been amazing.

Short story: Ordered a La Pavoni espresso machine, and received a different version than on their web picture. Actually not the version I wanted. It also had a faulty part, and is not optimal to interact with. Contacted Coffeeitalia on several emails, with no luck. Tried to call them on the phone to explain the situation gently, but the employee I talked to was really rude. Kept interrupting me and just hung up on me, before I could even explain the problem! After this, they ignored my calls completely.
PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY. If you need help, customer service is really bad and basically non existent. I would gladly have bought the machine somewhere else, and payed more as well to avoid this experience.

I just ordered a Rancilio Silvia coffee machine from Caffè Italia.
Their website is very informative, they have a good range of machines for all uses at good prices.
The machine was delivered promptly in secure packaging, unfortunately the coffee beans I had ordered had not been included but this was quickly remedied following an email. I have no hesitations in recommending Caffè Italia, I will be ordering from them again.

Bought a pavoni which was listed as in stock on their site. Unfortunately despite many emails to chase them up, it didnt arrive aftee 1 month. Only after getting credit card company to deal with them did the machine finally arrive. Price may be cheap, but I would avoid all these issues jus to save 100 quid

Rancillio grinder ordered 10.30pm Friday of a bank holiday weekend. FedEx tracking. Shipped directly from Italy and delivered in bomb proof packaging four and a half days later at lunch time on the Wednesday! Excellent communication all the way.

Caffè Italia provided the exact service any customer would want. Simple, efficient and reliable. I ordered my Rancilio Silvia with very little difficulty and received my machine sooner than I expected. I can’t expect anymore than that!

Fantastic customer service and care from day one; extremely happy with the product as well; also, reasonably priced. Can't thank you enough and hope to do business with you again.

Oh what joy to have real coffee again. Our last Rancillio lasted 10 years with heavy regular use. After it packed up we were forced to go to filter coffee! Whilst better than instant it just wasn't the same morning hit. So having a brand new Rancillio back in the kitchen is fantastic.

I recieved my Nuova Simonelli Oscar 2 on time and in good working order. Tracking the delivery from Italy to the UK was good to have.
I have been using it everyday and it is a great machine producing excellent espresso and cappuccinos plus it looks good as well.
I had originally ordered a Lelit but didn't have it in stock so Marco suggested/recommended the Oscar 2 instead and I'm glad he did. Being able to pull a shot and steam milk at the same time is much more convenient.
So thanks very much!

I received my Gaggia Brera machine exactly 7 days after ordering. Double packed with the original box inside a bigger box. Glad to say packaging was completely intact with no sign of rough handling in transit.
I unpacked the machine and photographed each stage because I had read many negative reviews on Trustpilot about Coffeeitalia. Had I read them before I ordered, I doubt I would have placed my order with them, and that would have been a mistake.
I really didn’t need to bother worrying about the packaging, everything was perfect. It did indeed come with a 2 pin euro plug and an adaptor for the UK/Ireland sockets. Best adaptor I’ve ever come across and it’s as solid as if it was just one plug, thanks to the excellent fit of the 2 pin euro plug. I would consider it a complete non event in terms of it being considered negative. It’s not.
My only gripe (hence 4* and not 5*) with cafe Italia (Coffeeitalia) was the complete absence of any communication after their initial email confirmation of my purchase. Original email stated a further email would be sent on dispatch along with a tracking facility. I received nothing and I checked my regular inbox and junk filter thoroughly ever day.
It came as a very pleasant surprise when the courier arrived yesterday. One thing I’d gleaned from the reviews was the fact that it ships from Italy. It did indeed state that in my initial confirmation of purchase email so I was content to allow 7-10 days before I would have contacted them. It shows the importance of good communication. However, sometimes, something has to give when a product is so much better value than with other sellers and I suspect with Coffeeitalia, that is keeping staff to a minimum. Perhaps one more person to focus entirely on communicating with customers might alleviate some of the issues I’ve seen on trustpilot.
To the machine itself, it looks gorgeous and of excellent build quality. I found it very easy to assemble and having followed instructions carefully, I was brewing myself a lovely cup of coffee later in the day. It’s important to follow the correct procedures to flush the system 3 times before using it to brew.
Today I made an extremely acceptable cappuccino for my first effort and I’m entirely happy. I did buy new beans (Colombian) and I imagine it’s a case of experimenting with strength settings and indeed one’s taste in coffee beans. I’ve set mine up to maximum strength. I was limited in the choice of beans, hence Colombian. The frother is excellent and I’ve learned to ensure the milk jug is bigger than the one I used as the milk does expand under pressure and heat. Just like on a stove really! I now look forward to getting some Italian coffee beans.
Overall, early impressions are top class, and coupled with the excellent price of cafe Italia compared to Amazon, for the exact same product, I’m one very happy customer,
So, to Coffeeitalia, or Cafè Italia which was who I ordered through. I’m a very happy customer. Grazie.

Shame that the coffee machine does not come with a jug for the milk. Also because the dollar exchange now the machine was reported to be worth a lot more than the first time I bought one. I had to pay an extra $311 in duty so does make it more expensive than if I had purchased in Australia. Shame really.

I’d give them no stars they’re to be avoided at all costs, I received a faulty machine and now they’re completely ignoring me won’t even give me a return address, BUYER BEWARE 🤬
We were within the 14 days return period NOT the 30 days stayed in Coffee Italia’s reply that’s simply a lie, we were entitled to a full refund but they even hung up when we tried to speak to them and stopped answering emails, like I said avoid!

Avoid at all cost the worse company I ever dealt with .
This is howCafé Italia in the UK Advertise they products.
2 YEARS WARRANTY
In case of defective articles: collection and delivery of the device to the nearest service center or authorized service center.
When they send me a broken Twisted coffee Grinder at a cost of over £230 they are refusing to acknowledge my first 10 emails than when asked that I will take matter further they response was for me to dismantle the whole machine and it must be a stone blocking the Grinder inside the mechanism .....this explained how unprofessional and unsafe the whole company is ...they expect the customer to fix the broken goods . After several unanswered phone calls they emailed me and asked me to return the very heavy catering grinder registered delivery to Italy at my own cost .
