Very efficient and organized in general.
Pick ups to and from airport and to the hospital we’re exceptional, always in time.
The hotel was very nice, suite and 5* with good amenities.
On the day of the surgery things could be explained a little more. I feel that When the final drawing of the hairline and beard is done (which is a very important stage it was very rushed and in the same room as the surgery which is very dark. Certain styles could be shown especially with beard line and explanations given.
After the surgery was also very rushed. A meal was served but after beard implant it was impossible to eat as I could not move my mouth. Soup and bread would have been better.

One of my colleagues have had an HT operation earlier this year, and recently I've been noticing a increasing number of acquaintances getting their hair transplanted and I could tell the satisfaction they had cause they never stop talking about hair transplant and it is now a daily discussion within our office, so it got into my head, since I am already suffering from hair loss in my front-line. So I recently traveled to Istanbul Turkey where this clinicexpert everyone is talking about is located.
First thing first, I am a bit skeptical about clinics and these kind of operations, even so I saw some results on some people but I never trusted that it will work in my case, so I did my research both online and offline, it is true, Clinicexpert was the most relevant one, huge number of reviews, everyone you meet in turkey knows the name, some bad reviews exist yes, but so does every other clinic, since I am an IT guy I took my time doing serious risk/success rate calculations and comparing clinics and I ended up at Clinicexpert's office 3 months ago. I asked for a diagnosis and here where things got interesting.
They told me that yes I may need a hair transplant, but they refused to do it, I asked the medical consultants why, and they told me that the best solution for me is to take prp injections because I do not have a big bold area 'yet' (which they explained as some treatment where they get a blood sample from me and mix it with plasma or whatever, then they inject it back in my scalp to make my follicles more active and some other medical terms I know nothing about :'D ), so I either I take the prp injections or I should funnily wait until I lose more hair and then they can assure the success of my hair transplant operation, until then they wouldn't promise that if I insist on going through the operation it would be a success, and that's why I was amazed about these people, ofc I did not insist and I already showed unwillingness to take the PRP injections because again I am skeptical, even tho they insisted that it's the best solution for me. I had the chance to tour their office and talked to many people, the staff is friendly, I've been inside their 'base of operation', talked to officials, managers and even patients, lots of them, I also got to know the details of how this clinic works and how they coordinate their daily operations and the services they provide to their visitors, I doubt that the experience I had is accessible by anyone but I could tell that they are doing a great job trying to up their game to higher standards. I ended up accepting my faith, that I will may be bold one day, but with a smile on my face cause at least now I know the hows and whys.
To conclude, I am currently using some natural treatment (oils and stuff), it is true that my experience wasn't practical because I did not actually do the operation, but made me sure that in the future, if I ever make a decision, clinicexpert would be my choice as it should be everyone's else.

Very service oriented, which was impressive. The facility seemed professional and up to international standards. My only concern was the lack of medical professionals before and after the surgery. I am now, 2 days in after the operation, satisfied with how it looks. If I didn’t already know someone who was operated here and had good results (8 months later), I would feel a lot more anxious because of the fact that I haven’t spoken with a surgeon or doctor after the operation. The products I bought were sold to me by employees with no medical qualifications. This was stressful. Everyone involved was extremely professional and attentive to me. You are taken care of from start to finish. I believe you have made the whole process very cost-effective, which allows for more people such as me to have access to an HT operation. The downside is the anxiety created by what is mentioned above.
UPDATE : It's now my 7th week after the operation. I'm impressed at the fact that I didn't lose all my transplanted hair and the ones close by, as i was expecting (and feared). I lost a lot but my sister says I have more hair now than before. I think the credit has to go towards the surgeon's skills. The back (donor area) of my head is still a bit red and sometimes itchy. I can't say if the shampoo and "oil" I bought at the clinic are making a difference in the overall process. I paid +/- 700$US for 12 bottles of shampoo and 4 months worth of "oil" treatment (use 1 small bottle every 3 days after 21 days post operation).

Please be warned, that you will be treated by bunch of technicians with no actual Doctor or surgeon involved in procedure.
I had my hair transplant done at this clinic in April 2018. According to them they transplanted 5100 grafts in my forehead and crown area.
During the procedure I had to screamed many time because of pain. Only they the I would be given the local anaesthesia for pain relief. Please also be warned they noise of machine taking healthy grafts out of your back of head for transplanting could effect you long term psychologically. As it is in my case, i can still sometime feel that machine noise in my head.
Coming back to the main review, so now after year and half I can see my hair are thining more reapidly and have seen couple of hair transplant surgeons in London, according to their evaluation I have only received 2500-3000 grafts. Also according to their guarantee certificate they will guarantee you that hair will not fall and if such situation occurs they will pay for the procedure again and all the expenses except the travel tickets. Now when I have contacted them again for the issue, firstly they will not understand the English, secondly they will treat as a new customer with aim of you spending they whole money again. They will completely ignore their warranty certificate and most probably will not have your records that you were treated by them at first place. Now explaining everything to one of their representative on WhatsApp I was told to contact my original consultant and explain them in order to receive my treatment again under their guarantee.
Overall I did not my problem sorted and I am still not getting a satisfactory response by them.
Kindly give yourself a favour, and have the treatment done in your own country, at least docotrs would be easily accessible in case anything goes wrong.
They did not book my hotel for my full stay, i was forced on the road after three days by the hotel people as they only booked the hotel for three days. Prior to arriving in Turkey I told them I meed hotel booking for two weeks and will be the booking cost for one week as I was promised one week of stay by them. But only after 3 days I was on the road and have to arrange for the hotel again paying a hefty sum.

Dr Mahmoud performed my surgeries.
The procedures I had were Abdominoplasty, breast lift and breast augmentation. The doctor was very polite and seemed, at the time, to know what he was talking about. I trusted him and his advice. I told him I wanted to be a size C cup after the procedure. I was not sure as to whether I should have the implants placed under or above the muscle. Dr Mahmoud suggested below so that the implants would stay in place. It had nothing to do with future breastfeeding because he was aware that I had had a hysterectomy years before. I trusted the doctor and the advice he gave. He suggested getting implants that were 200 CC's and I agreed.
I arrived in Turkey on May 16, 2018, and the assistance I received from the time I arrived at the airport and at the hospital was excellent and professional. I had travelled alone but my translator/assistant was wonderful and treated me as if I were his own mother. He checked on me regularly and was there before I went in for surgery and when I came out. The pre-tests were done quickly and everything seemed to be done very precisely, accurately and on schedule. The surgery took place the next morning of May 17, 2018.
I stayed at the hospital for 3 days and it was a terrible experience. The nursing staff was impolite, rude, and unsympathetic I know it was the beginning of Ramadan. I am Muslim so I understand fasting. However, I was a patient there. The nursing staff acted as if I were a burden and made me feel terrible. As I stated, I had travelled there alone so I had nobody to assist me. Within hours of the procedures, while recovering in my room, I needed to urinate. The nurses acted annoyed because I was unable to get out of bed to urinate. First of all, if a person has abdominal surgery of any kind, they should not be moving about right after surgery. The nurse proceeded to place a bedpan underneath me but again was annoyed that I was unable to lift myself up on it and then became impatient because I was not urinating fast enough. She kept asking me in Arabic if I was finished. I experienced this kind of behaviour the whole time I was there. The nursing staff would ignore my calls for assistance and if they did come it was as if they were doing me a favour. Although I asked for water several times, they did not give me any. Instead, my translator was kind enough to buy water, juice and biscuits for me from his own pocket. The remote for the TV disappeared when I went in for surgery and never reappeared nor did anyone try to replace it during any of the three days of my stay. Even though the translator and myself asked them repeatedly to look for it or replace it.
The food at the hospital was cold, tasteless and quite uneatable. Again, I understand it was Ramadan but that does not mean the service should slack and the patients suffer.
The hotel was beautiful, but again I was not provided water although I asked for it several times. I had to buy food every day and was not even provided with free breakfast. The food was 2 star. I ended up boiling the water from the sink in order to have something to drink and ended up with stomach problems.
I arrived back home but soon informed the doctor that my wounds had yellow discharge. I provided pictures of every incident. He replied quickly and insisted that everything I was experiencing was normal. I followed his instructions and washed the wounds with antiseptic and applied an antibiotic cream. I was not given any post-operative instructions when I left the hospital. I had to look information up online. I wore the binder and special bra all day, every day for 8 weeks.
In July, I began to state my concerns that the implants were still high 2 months after the surgery. The doctor said it was normal and to not do any strenuous exercise or heavy lifting. I followed his instructions. By October the implant on the left was up under my arm and the other had not dropped either. I was told that the doctor wanted new photos of the breasts so he could see for himself. I sent more photos. I was told to wait until December and that I might have to return for my surgery. I never heard back from Dr Mahmoud again.
Instead, I went to my friend, who is a plastic surgeon here. He said that my stomach was botched, I had an umbilical hernia, the implants were the wrong size ( A cup), and they should never have been placed under the muscle. He agreed to do surgery in December 2018 to replace the implants with 300 CC's and to put them above the muscle. This cost me 5500 Euros. He could not fix the terrible scarring on my breasts and around my nipples nor could he fix the horrific scar on my stomach. I am left with a terrible scar on my stomach and a hernia. This past March 2019 I underwent an additional surgery to fix the umbilical hernia that Dr Mahmoud caused. I am telling all this as a warning to any woman who is inticed or wishing to do surgery in this place. STAY AWAY
Yes, I had written a good review of the hospital, but it was stating the professionalism of the assistance and cleanliness of the hospital and hotel. I did not comment on what I went through. Believe me, I would never recommend anyone to go to this place and risk being put through what I have gone through. Or have them be scarred as I have been.
I hope my testimony will help prevent anyone else from going through what I went through. I truly regret using Clinic Expert.

I had hair transplant 8 months ago at their hospital. Actually everything was ok. probably not the best hospital in Istanbul but I am happy with the result.
I contacted them through the WhatsApp and spoke one of their experts, in couple of days I decided to go. The price was hotel and transfer included. Hotel was not too bad. Transfer vehicles were good. Doctor and the all staff did their job. 4500 grafts and now I have got my hair back.To be honest I had a good experience. I can recommend this clinic.
