Without a doubt the most God awful home phone service, home internet service and cell phone company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Having only one choice for home phone, home internet service and cell service due to where I live, I am stuck with having to call Claro tech support and customer service every week to complain about their lack of services and no service despite Claro being aware of all the problems only to hear meaningless apologies and unfulfilled promises of repairs that never get made.
Was left without home phone service for 3 months (four years prior to Hurricane Maria) yet the monthly bill still showed up without being given any credits for not having any service at all.
Home phone service goes out at least twice a month
Internet service has never worked properly.
Have never fulfilled internet speed.
Are now using the aftermath of Hurricane Maria as their golden shield excuse for why their service is so bad even though their service was bad before Hurricane Maria.
Claro rarely takes responsibility for problems with their service.
Claro makes it very difficult to get answers to any questions answered.
