We had a very bad experience with our airlines who made traveling a torture for us. Thanks to claimcompass, we were able to recieve compensation without much hassle, all we had to do was give them a few information and they did all the work for us! Claimcompass takes 15% of your claim as commission.

I was really disappointed in my experience with Claim Compass. They did not seem familiar with EC 261/2004 and filed my claim with the airline under the wrong provisions of the regulation so my claim was denied. When I asked them why they filed the claim under those wrong provisions and why other sections didn't apply, they finally responded saying that the airline isn't cooperating with them and something about a problem because my itinerary was made on two separate bookings (which it wasn't and which shouldn't be material under the regulation anyway). And then told me to take it up with the airline myself.
Maybe for easy cases, they can do a good job, but then you should just do it on your own if you have an easy case! Their lack of familiarity with the language and specifics of the regulation make them not very useful.

My experience was very pleasant. It took a while as the ait company would not collaborate, but in the end my case was solved sucesfully and I am just waiting for my compensation to settle on my accoint. People from Claim Compass were very devoted and patient, even when I was on a verge of loosing hope and patience. So I would highly reccomend Claim Compass as your mediator in claiming compensation from any airline. And just be patient and wait. That is all it takes. Thank you Claim Compass

Ot took a year to take the response of the airline and it was negative ! Then, several months later, surprisingly they finally gave me the refund !

I was skeptical using this but I was really pleased with the whole process. They handled everything and updated me through out the process. They took out exactly the fee they said they would. Once my payment was ready I received literally two days later. I was extremely pleased with this.

Great experience. Just send them your info and they do all the work and I got my money. 600 euro each. Such satisfaction to be compensated when they leave you stranded and can care less. Its strange when something happens the airlines always seem to ignore you and give you very little help and they certainly wont tell you about compensation. If they would give you compensation in the first place the entire situation would be diffused and less aggravating and stressful knowing that they are going to make it right. But no, they seem to treat you the worst when things go bad instead of treating you well. Thanks claim compass for being there!!!!

First of all we received compensation within around 2 months. Reason I gave 4* is simple. We were awarded €400 each compensation. 25% commission Claimcompass charged which in our case was €100 each. So we should receive €300 for every person. Surprisingly I received €297.88. When emailed company why...got reply: DUE TO CONVERSION RATES.....yes conversion from € TO € :)
My wife and kid received €596.38 instead €600. This time there was no conversion charges. This time was transfer fee despite we're within SEPA zone.
Maybe amounts are minor but it is about principals... If someone tells you: "no additional fees" that means no extra charge!!!
Thank you Claimcompass for bringing our case to happy ending but I will definitely won't take your service in the future...
