I booked a wine tour with you. You willingly took my funds. I had to cancel as the trip from the USA didn't materialize. You've refused to refund my money. Instead you 'give' me a credit to your company. I live in USA. I will never, NEVER, be able to use a credit with your compnay.
Please, PLEASE, refund my money. I've sent numberous emails and you've answered NONE, ZERO.

This company refers to itself as a 'leader' in hire care service, not only is it not a leader but it is not even in the ballpark of 'good'. It charges a premium for a premium service - $112 for a less than 20km service to the airport with two pickups. I could get this service for $80-90, I chose to pay for the premium service because I wanted a premium service, what I got was a lesser service than I would get from a Melbourne taxi driver and a much lesser service that I have had from previous hire car services. The trip to the airport was straightforward, except that we had to listen to 3AW - a completely biased and politically incorrect station - at full volume. At the drop-off, we were told to meet the driver on the return trip across the road outside of an airport hotel. This was not what I was expecting but before it could be discussed the driver was in the car and gone. When we returned to the airport we did as ordered and made our way to the hotel across the road. Passing by all the other services that are waiting outside the international exit with their passenger's name held up and who help their clients with their luggage from that point. The appointed pickup time was 5.30am. The flight had landed early so we were there at 5.15am. There were many other people getting picked up - mostly by taxis or friends. 5,30 came and went no driver, no text. 5.45am, still no driver. 6.00am - I call the only number provided which is a 1300 number, no answer so goes through to voicemail. I leave a message. 6.15am I phone again and leave another message. no response, no text from the driver. At 6.25am decide to hail a taxi, and the driver comes around the corner from the carpark. No apology for being late, it was all excuses - traffic, road works, etc. There were at least 20 drivers waiting outside the international exit and at least 20 groups of passengers had been picked up in the hour we had been waiting so this just didn't wash - they had all managed to get there on time. We then had to follow the driver around the hotel to the car park taking our own luggage and listening to excuses but no apology. When we got in the car 3AW was blaring again, The driver was asked to turn it down, he switched it off. We got the silent treatment for the rest of the trip and no apology at the end of it. I do not blame the driver for this, he has only been with the company a few weeks, but he has clearly not been trained on the difference between a taxi service and a premium chauffeur service. They need to have a look at their competitors and learn, then they might just be able to join that group - but they are a long way from leading it.

Please do not use this company - it was a horrible, disappointing experience.
We booked a van to take 10 people out to a winery and to return at 4.30pm to take us home.
Firstly the van that arrived was just that - a van! Not a Mercedes Sprinter or a Renault Master. It was a delivery van with 10 seats in it.
We received a msg at 3.03pm via text message that there was a mechanical issue and he would update us with an ETA.
We then received another text message at 3.55pm saying he was 90 minutes away. We replied that was too long as we had 3 families (2 elderly couples) that needed to get home.
We did not hear back again. They left us stranded!
We have rung the company to request a refund and have not heard back. We have emailed the company requesting a refund and have not heard back.
The worst experience, the worst company. Please do not use this company, I would even go so far as to question the legitimatcy of this company!
