Paid for Ed Sheran tickets in Ireland, booked flights and hotel, total cost of £600, lost the lot, no reply from the company, no calls, emails, bunch of robbing thieves, the whole thing is a scam. Contacted my banks fraud squad and might get the ticket money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Skanked to the tune of £219 for Bob Dylan at Royal Albert Hall, 25th October.
Paid with debit card so bank will re-imburse, but six wasted months of looking forward when I could have bought from somewhere honest. Somehow they managed to insinuate themselves in front of the official web site without my realising.

Brought two Ed Sherran tickets of them in February for his concert on 11th July and they still haven't arrived. Have emailed them and ema just bounced back and no connection on the phone. Absolutely gutted. Luckily my bank are refunding me back the money but its heartbreaking knowing that I have been scammed. I normally do my research on company's like this and I thought I did but clearly not hard enough.
We paid £181.00 pounds for the tickets and got email confirmation and even a text message. They are very clever! Do not use!!

Like lots of other reviews on here, I too have been caught out. Purchased tickets at the end of April for Take That on 4th June. Received an email on 26th May to say that my booking was cancelled! After many wasted phone calls, waiting on hold, I finally sent an email and did receive a reply on 3rd June. I was told that the billing department had issued a refund cheque on 2nd June. I think it must be coming by snail mail, as it still hasn't arrived, and I very much doubt that it ever will.
One thing that I have found 'very interesting' , is that when I checked out most of the positive reviews for this company, they are written by people whose profiles say they are in Pakistan, India or Egypt!!??

Like a large number of other reviewers I have also been scammed out of a good deal of money for tickets that will never arrive.
Sadly I checked Circle Tickets on Trust Pilot and the reviews were very good which is what led me to purchase tickets from them in the first place. It now seems that many, if not all, of these reviews were fabricated. There is evidence posted on Circle Tickets' Facebook page of request they made to freelancers to post fictitious reviews on a number of sites.
It looks like their website is finally out of action so at least nobody else will fall victim to them.
Lodge a report with Action Fraud online and then talk to your bank about recovering your money.

A U2 fan ever since I can remember and thought I would finally see them for the first time. £210 taken and hotel booked for the O2 on 25th October as travelling. Money taken from a scam, reported to action fraud, local police and these are flagged with banks. Still waiting to see if I can get my money back but doesn't replace being robbed of this event.....gutted ☹

Looks legitimate but far from it... Used a company address which when you contact the address they've never heard of Circle. You phone up and get put on hold for ever (probably also raking it in from the 0844 number). It's a total one circle, no closed loop and certainly no damn tickets at the end of it. WHOEVER IS BEHIND THIS SHOULD BE UTTERLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES OR DAMNED TO HELL, please remember - what goes around comes around, rather like a CIRCLE.

We ordered tickets for Paloma Faith at Hampton Court Palace a couple of months ago - the concert is tonight and our tickets have not arrived. I have sent CircleTickets numerous emails and received no response. I have tried phoning them many times and just end up on hold. I paid with credit card so I have just initiated a dispute, so hopefully I'll get my money back. I'm not sure whether CircleTickets is just incompetent or criminal. Either way DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought 4 tickets in January for my 12 yr old granddaughter, her friend, and adults to go with them to the One Direction concert at Millenium on 6th June. Tickets were due 10-14 days before concert, I chased tickets when not received 8 days before. Couldn`t get through on phone except to their cover office in Canada, only got reply to emails (eventually) saying tickets would be sent as soon as received. I then got an email on 1st June telling me that their supplier had been over-subscribed and my ticket order was cancelled. I chased refund and was told by email that a cheque had been sent and should be received in 2/3 days. Now 8 days and no cheque received. I have sent 3 more emails, left 2 messages on answerphone requesting an immediate call back and heard nothing. My problem seems to match many others who have been let down and cannot get hold of anyone to speak to sort it out. This appears to be a definite company to avoid. Check with the venue for authorised ticket agents for the event you want to see this will avoid scammers

I bought tickets for Take That and 4 days prior to the event they emailed to say the supplier didn't have enough tickets, so had to cancel my order.I was assured I would be refunded fully within 7-10days.One month, 5 emails and numerous attempted calls later (nobody answers), and they still haven't refunded or answered my messages. Never again will I use them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Like so many other people on here, no tickets received with a week to go to my concert, nobody responding to calls/e-mails. I have to break the news to 3 people that we won't be going to see Take That next week thanks to this horrible 'company' that quite clearly don't exist. I will be taking the advice of the other people here who have fallen victim and reporting them to Action Fraud.
Just to update, my Take That tickets for the show in Manchester never arrived. Please everybody who has been affected report them to Action Fraud so we can put a stop to this.

I would like to meet you one day with my 12 year old daughter and then you could maybe explain why you think it is okay to have robbed her of her first concert experience. I checked you out on trust pilot, phoned you and spoke to a lady who assured me that you were a reputable company before I spent £299.00 on Taylor swift tickets Hyde park London, 27 june you then sent confirmation emails and a text then a recorded delivery letter explaining when my tickets would arrive. I then purchased return virgin rail tickets from Manchester to London £125.00 and hotel accommodation £276.00, You are a disgrace I have reported you to the fraud team to my bank and other necessary agencies. I am an ordinary hard working mum and don't have money to give away, this treat was instead if a summer holiday, now we get neither. Shame on you.

Spent a fortune on 2 sets of tickets for Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. I have no tickets, no responses to emails or messages and given the number of reviews of a similar nature, I've now accepted that I am extremely unlikely to receive any tickets. Barclaycard (who according to the website are their official payment partner) have never heard of them.

Terrible company to deal with, complete con artists!! Steer clear of them it's a complete and utter scam, any good reviews were definitely fake! if you have bought from them then please make sure and report them to Action Fraud asap!
Review by Srigooal Cranson4 years ago
Purchased 2 tickets to see Taylor Swift in Manchester in June this year, and paid £190 in total. Received booking confirmation and a text to confirm the purchase - we were told tickets would be with us 10 days before the concert but they never arrived.
Eventually it transpired that this company are fraudsters so please save yourself the heartache! Their office on Googlemaps is nothing but a scaffolding site, their website now no longer exists or won't load, their number just rings our and their message box is full. They WILL take your money, and we strongly recommend that you do NOT use this site. We now know that they pay people to write good reviews on sites like this to reassure people, but be warned, it is fake.
Please do alert Action Fraud as we have sent in our case - the more people that do this, the more likely it is that the culprits behind this scam are caught and sent away for stealing the money of hard working fans! Please do contact them, you can fill in a form online and submit your case, and we've also submitted our story to BBC's Watchdog in the hopes that they might discover the people behind it.
In short - A TOTAL SCAM, you WILL lose your money and WILL NOT get your tickets.
