Just do not use these guysJust do not use these guys. Book directly with airline. They will sock you for booking fees and extras. Then when you try and call them on their price match promise, they hang up on you. their booking system is misleading, simply terrible beware!I tried to book a direct flight to LA, and even though I chose that option, their system took it upon itself to book me a flight with one stop in Seattle for 4 times the money that showed at the beginning, with no chance to agree what was doing. of course, I cancelled it all. I was explained that things can change quickly (in a matter of 2 or 3 minutes) then, I booked a similar flight with the same airline on Expidia, and no problems whatsoever. The company needs to fix web site issuesThe company needs to be more transparent and upfront with the price and fix numerous issues with the website. The website is fine for booking but good luck getting the breakdown of fees or anything else. They also violate some business practices by not adding confirmation to adding things such as seat assignments. I was charged without ever accepting the charges. That seems to be illegal and fails credit card agreements. Also there is no way to change an email after a booking. We needed to use someone other than the traveler's email. Now we cannot get this onto their account so that they can see the itinerary and confirm flights, etc. Customer support is very good though. Very pleasant and patient customer service staff. Pleased with ending outcomeWe purchased two round trip tickets straight flights paid for insurance for both flight and luggage. Two days after purchase our flights were changed going from a 4hr flight to a 12hr flight going and a 24hrs flight returning home on a different day. They agreed to refund our money for the flight but not the $56 for the insurance which they claimed was non refundable. That wasn't said in the beginning I would have never purchased it. I'm not in the position to be giving money away for something that I'm not going to use. Will never use again. 2/17/23 Spoke to an agent today and I am very happy to say that all of the money we spent is being refunded, thank you cheapOair. CheapOair sells services that don’t existCheapOair sold seat upgrade for a flight that does not qualify for this option. Now they are reviewing the refund because the airline had a schedule change since I purchased the ticket 2 months ago and the airline cancelled the seat. According to the airline this ticket never qualified for the extra room option. CheapOair does not know the airline rules, sells services that are not available and passes the blame on to the airline.
