Flight prices look reasonable. I have been asked to sign up for notification of cheap flights but I have not received anything yet. Now I have been asked to review so I do not know what I am expected to say...

I found the search engine difficult to use - but then again it's probably just me lol.
Why do we have to register before being able to use the search engine?. I'd be a whole lot more enthusiastic about joining up if I found a deal that immediately appealed to me. Again maybe I'm missing something obvious...

Very very good

I have checked the prices and not satisfied. So I consulted a travelling agent in emirates. After two days the prices have dropped down for $300. This happened with Singapore airlines. I am very disappointed.

Anna was very helpful and kept the lines of communication open and responded promptly.
My experience was anything but straight forward.
I purchased a ticket for $380 and paid online. I paid by credit card and everything seemed fine until 10 minutes after completing the transaction I received an email and a phone call ro say my transaction had been declined because the airline required and extra $21 above the listed price. I was never able to understand why this $21 was required due to accent issues. The process required me to resubmit the additional payment via a secure site then prove my identity by sending my passport details as well as a bill veriying my address. Hang on guys! You had my money. It was all your mistake.
In summary I received a very well priced ticket but had to endure a 6 hour delay and some major pain points.
Based on Annas support and if she is representative of the staff employed I would use the service again but with reservations..

This apps is really helping me to choose the best flight, but in my opinion the comparison in tern of flight company still not detail. just a few famous company was be shown in front page and the other was not show in earlier stage. Anyway thanks to this web / apps for convenient for me to choose the best price of flight.
