I was using facecentro and was told one price to be paid and was charged for an entirely different price. I immediately cancelled my subscription and attempted to contact centrobill support and have yet to hear from them about my refund for the incorrect charge...

I filed a refund form of $25 the same day I purchased the content August 24th, 2019. I was genuinely not satisfied with the content I purchased, so I filed the refund form. However, ever since I filed the form, I get the same automated message about the refund taking several days. Its been three days. I was lenient the first two days. But as of today, Wednesday the 28th, I grow more and more angry. This company was fast taking my $25, but turn into Helen Keller when asked about when the refund will be sent. This service is such a scam. I BETTER SEE MY REFUND AT THE END OF THIS WEEK!

Update: Fancentro was extremely helpful in my situation and understood what I was dealing with. I honestly thought I was going to have to put up a fight or go through the ringer because of all these bad reviews. Note: READ THE TERMS BEFORE YOU BUY. The terms and agreement on their website has all the information before you buy an account. It’ll list out the procedures for refunds, what qualifies as a refund, etc, read the document before you buy!!! Most everyone that left a bad review here, it was their fault. It is not Fancentro’s fault that you put in the wrong email and then made a payment on that wrong email. You should always verify your account details before you buy. Also stop blaming Fancentro for charging for free trials. Every single free trial states the date you can cancel before you are charged for that monthly fee. If you do actually cancel before that date and notice that the funds isn’t in your account, it’s not because Fancentro charged you illegally it’s because your bank or credit card is holding those funds for confirmation and it takes awhile for banks to disburse those back into your account. Banks are slow, I would know because I worked at one. And if you forget you have a free trial and try to cancel after the date specified, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. YOU KNEW THE TERMS AND YOU FORGOT, STOP TRYING TO BLAME FANCENTRO FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE. Because you just want a refund. Do your research before you post a bad review or send an email to them and threaten to take them to court because they’ve got all their bases covered and all the legalities. At the end of the day, they don’t have to be accommodating if you’re rude about it but still have tried to help when people lie or are rude to them. Realize that there’s an actual human being working these complaints and emails. We all have empathy, they’re not getting paid to do this job to screw people over. They want to help out as best as they can but you have to realize that there are certain rules and procedures that they must follow no matter what. So don’t be a jerk to them because you want your money back, that’s not going to solve anything and they will be less inclined to help. This is actually the only good review I can see for a long period of time, but you guys deserve more good reviews. All these people that are in fault are trying to ruin a businesses reputation because they wanna be cheap and petty.

Bought a premium account deal, didn’t get what I paid for, says she posts new shows every day but didn’t. Group premium didn’t post two new shows every day like it said. Supposed to get a 30+ multi girl Dropbox but didn’t. Messaged one of her friends to get everything, was helped out by the friend. Then received a message from Kallie saying that I’m spreading false rumors, that I’m immature and her account is only for 18+, and that she was going to delete me from everything. She blamed fancentro for adding 4,000 new accounts and that’s the reason she’s not doing what you paid for. She doesn’t value her members and doesn’t like doing premium anymore (actual statement about the premium and have a screenshot.) I just wanted a more personalized experience with the owner I buy from and I’ve never had an issue with fancentro in the past. I’ve emailed them multiple times but haven’t gotten a response yet but I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt since this is a weird situation. I would just like a credit to my account so I can use that money I paid for Kallie’s account, on someone that values their members and will give them a personal experience that they paid for. I just hope Kallie realizes what she’s doing and changes, or decides to step down from premium.

I can't get my refund but i just cancel my subscription before the 3 days trial. Centrobill said it is a free trial for 3 days, then i start my free trial last night and i cancel it afterwards that time only. but after they got my credits it is supposed to be refunded like every free trial scenarios but i get no refunds. Pls help.

my free 1 day trial is coming to it’s end and i still am not able to cancel my subscription so i won’t get charged for it! i understand centrobill are doing all they can and they have already contacted me i’m just waiting on another reply from them to confirm my account is deactivated and i won’t be charged for it. i have also contacted them on another account which they replied asking for details which i sent through but for some reason won’t let me post another review on my main account, hence why i am writing one on this account, i hope centrobill can read this and know who i am and deactivate my account with a refund back to me! thank you.

They took my money on two separate accounts. However, I was never added by the “influencer”. I contacted theirbuser support to see if they would resolve my issue. They replied within several days asking me to send a screenshot of my username and the “influencer’s” friendship profile. I sent them all the information they needed and now its been over a week and still no reply. They obviously have no interest in supplying you with what you purchased. Only got 1 star because I couldn’t give 0... purchased a FREE trial and I was charged for a membership. Went to cancel my membership and it tells me that I’m not using the correct email when I was looking at the damn account with the email in front of me... very displeased. Also did not receive ANY sort of content because it said it was never charged... bank account says otherwise. Probably taking this to court. Absolutely ridiculous

Last Sunday I decided to take a chance and subscribing to a women’s lifetime Premium Snapchat for $10. I must not have been paying attention and forgot a letter in my email. This is my fault and not the reason my review is bad. I noticed my mistake within the next few days. After I noticed the email I provided was wrong I tried contacting them for the next few days with the multiple ways on the website to hopefully get my mistake fixed. I have been waiting for a couple days and still there is no confirmation on my end if they even received any of my attempts to contact them. It is now basically the weekend which means they are closed the next 2 days. Luckily I was able to choose the option to put the last 4 digits of my card to sign in and see my transactions and access my payment options so that is a positive thing I have to say. Also, I tried calling the number provided and it is an automated message that says to leave a message which I did. It cuts you off about two minutes into you leaving your message and just ends the call. Once again this review is not based on my mistake rather than the poor support service.
My “supposedly” wrong email address has been fixed after I called and left another voice message getting straight to the point now knowing I only had 2 minutes. So I “talked a bit” faster and it seems that worked. It’s a “pity” that all the other ways I tried contacting support didn’t seem to work. If only in the recording would say “you only have 2 minutes to record your message” I would have had this resolved “in the blink of an eye.” Thank you for resolving this issue.

i tried to cancel my subscription, as i did a free trail to see if the influencer was good or not. To much of my shock the influncers post was not good. So i cancelled my subcription during the trail. Now I am still being charged, plus its double the amount they said they would charge. Had i satyed with the influencer. So tried to log into my account, to see what the issue was. However, I could not log back into the my account, eventhough I had recieved a email from the site showing my login and password.
I would request that I be refuned and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
