i returned the tablets on Sunday morning to your branch and last week you mentioned the tablet will be couriered to you over-night and i will receive initial feedback by today with confirmation of my refund being processed by Friday. Today is Wednesday and i have not received the email promised last week, or any further communication and i have no contact information to contact you, forcing us to continue our conversation over this review

I have been trying to get cellucity to attend to my query since last week Thursday. Friday I logged a query on their online portfolio, yesterday morning I logged another query whereby I got phoned straight away. I was told that someone that can assist me will phone me ASAP. It is now Tuesday, I have queried again 5 minutes ago, and I was told the best they can do is have some one phone me. I have asked if there is any management or complaint channels and I was told no. So could someone please tell me, how do you get support and information from Cellucity, because their online portfolio does not work, nor does going into the branch, nor does Phoning their head office - Cape Town Branch... All you get is... We will contact you!!!!! Not impressed!!!

I went to Clearwater to get upgrades done and I was assisted by Chris. There was an issue with the system which resulted in a delay for the process of the upgrade however Chris was in contact with me daily keeping me updated with everything. Upon arrival to pick up the phones, he was ready for me and assisted me efficiently and quickly. He's good to work with, was impressed with his service.

I called to find out if the Clearwater Branch had stock of the phone my hubby wanted... Chris answered my call and asked for the number in question - which I gave to him - told him we will come by later to come do the upgrade - about 20 minutes before closing time ... just before 19:00 we walked into the store - Chris was waiting for us - all paperwork done and ready to sign - helped with all our questions and queries - he even took the time to print out a quote for us on another number that was due for an upgrade... also... all paperwork done already - I have never, ever - and I consider myself a bit of a cell phone guru - received such amazing service from any cellphone store employee - Chris was amazing - so professional and efficient ... he is definitely someone to hold on to and come incentive or bonus time... I would definitely reward him enough for him to stay around.... Cellucity in Clearwater will be my go to store for all future contracts THANK YOU CHRIS

Went to the Clearwater Mall branch for an upgrade. I rushed from Sandton to try and make it by 7pm. Not only did Chris greet me with a warm smile when i arrived, he had already prepped all of the documents needed to do the upgrade. He was a delight to deal with, we completed the transaction in no time and i left feeling like a million bucks.
He is a real asset to the Cellucity organization and has set the benchmark for customer service. I have found my new favorite cellular store for future purchases. Thanks Christopher, keep up the great work.

Yesterday we visited the branch for a 'routine' upgrade, and our visit was anything but routine. We had the most amazing customer experience from Nobatembu who patiently took us through all the options - she was phenomenal. We were there for quite a while and could help but notice the 'fabulous culture' that seems to be a norm for the staff members of this shop. Well done to all of you for such a memorable experience, we will most certainly be back in the near future.

After trying to take out a contract with Telkom, nightmare experiance I might add, I called in to Cellucity Canal Walk. The manager advised that he would get someone to call me back, and I thought right... it won't happen. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call from Mark and from this point on it was a fantastic experiance. Mark didn't have stock but sourced what I needed and constantly kept in contact with me.
I would like to recommend Cellucity and in particular Mark to anyone looking for excellent, reliable customer service. Well done to an awesome customer orientated business and Mark you are awesome. Thank you.

Terrible WhatsApp chat service. WhatsApps are only answered after a LONG time. Took nearly an hour to get a first response and it wasn't even the correct response because the "Frankie" never even bothered to read and understand my question properly. What is the point of having WhatsApp chat? It's meant to be "instant" and providing a little more detail in your answers would go a long way too.

My brother asked me to assist him with buying a phone. Huawei Y6 2019 Smart phone (Dual sim). They took the money from his account on the 18 June 2019.
Delivery was supposed to be on the 28 June 2019 (he included a special note that he should sign for it himself as he lives in a home). Not only did they not provide confirmation of the order to our e-mail, they never delivered the phone, even though they took the (quite a bit) money from his bank account.
Head office doesn't answer / no answer on whatsapp. Just lodged a complaint online. Lets wait and see.
Awful service. My brother is very upset by this.

I was assisted by Chaylee from Cellucity Clearwater. Chaylee did not slack or give up until my query was resolved. I have NEVER received such outstanding service. She would even WhatsApp me on her off days and in the evenings with updates.
Even though I couldn't get what I wanted at the time, she provided an alternative that was even better than what I was looking for.

We went to THE GROVE branch and received the most amazing service from Lebogang when we upgraded my wife's contract and arranged a wi-fi dongle as well. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, kind and patient and has so much happiness that is infectious to everyone around her. Byron was also awesome and remembered us from previous dealings, we will definitely go back.
