Got the initial sticker's however ever month since they have changed their name on the creditcard bill and charged me 19.97. The phone number is the same for each of these charges, their bluelinebuy.com website is a fake with all clickable links 404'ing. no response to texts, emails, and phone calls and messages. SCAM - taking advantage of our Fallen Officers--stay away.

I received an email thanking me for my business and that my membership was in effect and my credit card was charged for the membership fee. I did NOT authorize a membership with these people. The first time I called I had to leave a voicemail for Dorothy. Never got back to me. Got thru today, don't know the gal's name. Couldn't make it out. She canceled the membership and said my membership would be canceled & my credit card refunded. No problems. Now I will have to watch to see if my credit card has been refunded by them. Who do they think they are pulling this????

BLUE LINE CRATES/CAUSE CENTRAL. I have been scammed by this company as well. Ordered blue light bulbs to support police and was informed by email I joined a membership to receive goods monthly. Here's the kick, you don't get to pick what you want and IT'S NOT RETURNABLE! tried several attempts to cancel membership on their website: http://bluelinecrate.com/?inf_contact_key=21f49f5a2eaa36fa3345c6c3710e0d8ee1dd931a51cbdfa1b66b29afad6b620c
But have been unsuccessful so far. You call their number: 936-224-7000 and all mailboxes are full. The only function that works on their website is the one s that take your money... Go figure. Since I can't cancel a membership I didn't sign up for, my only recourse is to cancel my credit card to stop charges. They already bill me for the fist "monthly" unknown shipment two weeks after the start of the "membership." It's really unfortunate some has jumped on scamming people who think they are supporting law enforcement and the Blue lives matter movement.

I saw add on Facebook about $2.97 flag for Blue Lives Matter. I purchased in March. Month later I was starting charge $19.97 to my credit card. I still never received any merchandise so far. But It is for a good cause so I just waited. Then month later I was charged again for another $19.97. I called number from charge and left many massage but no response or no call back. So, I disputed and cancel my credit card. Using Law Enforcement reason for scam is most awful to do.

They offered "free flag", just agreed to pay $6.95 shipping,,, they charged my bank account $19.97 No one ever answered my MANY phone calls, got to a mailbox one time, left msg, NO RESPONSE; sent 4 emails, NO RESPONSE; sent text msg, received return text "how can I help you", I responded and received NO RESPONSE.

I ordered flag and 5 bumper stickers in Feb. Not recieved them. Tried contacting them, only got voicemail for a Dorothy. Left a message but have not heard back.

I ordered a thin blue line timber December 30th and received a confirmation email that my order would be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. It is now Feb 12th and I have sent multiple emails asking for a status update. The response to the first email stated I would hear from someone within 24 hours. I never did. I sent another one and the response asked for my full name, email, and last four of my card number. I REFUSED to give any further detailed information but left my phone number and order number asking for a call. I heard nothing.

I ordered a flag, got the wrong flag...tried for over 2 weeks to return flag and get credit on my card. No one answers calls, posts on facebook (they blocked me) so i started a facebook page called supporttheconfederatebattleflagsucks, texted, and emailed. I have over 26 documented attempts to remedy the situation. They dont want to and now I'm finding scam charges on my credit card and I believe its them

I Odered (2) Police Support Tumblers, (1) handle for (1) tumbler, support stickers and an America flag on November 5, 2016! Paid by credit card in Full. A week later I received an email saying my order was being processed and then going for an order inspection and then it would be package and shipped. The emails said I would receive a tracking number once it shipped! After multiple phone calls to the number listed and all the mailboxes were full, I was force to write emails. Emails were answered several days later and they would say they are sorry, but the are a small family run company in Texas and their production is running behind. I wrote 16 emails! I wanted my money back, they would not refund my money! I wanted the products I paid for if they would not refund my money! Yesterday, Dec 23, 2016 I finally received my order. Except I only received (1) cup! Nothing else that I ordered! Call them and of course all boxes are full and no one answers the phone! They stole my money, which is one thing, but they stole it by saying it was going to support Law Enforcement Officers who have died!
