They said they'll buy my iPhone 6 Plus for about $200.
When they received it, they checked it and the phone was still on my contract until September of 2016 so they said they'll give me $20 for it.
They could have told me this from the beginning and I would have saved time and money.

Wouldn't Send Phone Back
I was quoted $204 for my iPhone 5 and then upon inspection, my quote was lowered to $16. I reread the terms and conditions and they say you have 3 days to either accept or reject the new price and have your device sent back to you. I called the following day and the representative said my only options were to accept the $16 or accept her new $50 quote even though I demanded my phone back. Unfortunately, I accepted the $50 because she said I didn't have another choice because my phone was processed and my payment was submitted. The representative just kept repeating that. After hanging up, I checked and other people received their phones back. I called one more time and the new lady said that since I accepted the new price, I had no new option and told me that the original representative never told me I couldn't get my phone back!!!! So they used manipulative, misleading language to trick me.

Give misleading quote and disappear
It's even kind of a fraud. On their website they have initial quotation calculator that give some quote for your iPhone and current condition. So I send my iPhone because of that only to discover that they offer much less... ridiculously low price and int he same time it's hard to catch there customer service and cancel the transaction - they send the check without questions and just take the iPhone or any other product.
For example, for my iPhone 5 with broken screen the initial quote was $148 (it was good price since other shops gave less than $90) so I mail my iPhone and few days after I get an email that my iPhone worth $15!
I thought there must be a mistake and since then I tried to call and send email but no response, they just sent the check!!
Of course I expect that the actual price could be lower than the initial quote but not that low.. it's kind of a lie.

Cash for iPhones has hijacked my iPhones
They promised to buy used iPhones and gave estimates of the value they would pay based on the phones condition. They sent prepaid box to ship phones. I send five iPhones to them. The phones were in excellent working order without any damage and they estimated they would pay > $200 per phone. When they received the phones they said they would pay < $20 per phone on average. I have called for days but they will not take my call. I have emailed them to tell them to return my phones but have gotten no response answering my request. They have hijacked my phones.

not paying me for my iPhone
They were suppose to pay me $30 for an iPhone 4 that I sent them. The money was supposed to be there on December 20 2013. I was supposed to get it in my paypal. It has been a week. I have called and left messages and they are not being returned.
