First customer service Emily she is as rude as can be. Cuts the phone and behaves like she owns the company. Doesn’t really give people the right to speak.
Advisors here are a few i spoke to please see my review before you call them, I have spoken to almost most of the psychics.
Aisa: Tells you a false story and when you call the second time to confirm she forgets what she told you and tells you fibs!

Warren: He told me i would be in a relationship and married to my guy five months ago, here we are in September lol we dont even SPEAK!

Pilar: False information will feed you fibs until you believe it, takes advantage of your emotions she does a LOT of research before you call her and keeps a date of birth book she goes off of. False and fake save your breath. I was told with MFG i would have the job I been calling her about over a year ago never happened. Save YOUR MONEY

Kosmo: Most of her things happen while most is just things you tell her she reads off of it. She told me i would not get the job so technically she was right. She’s bearly on anymore

Uli: Tells the truth whether you like it or you dont.

Chasity: She told the same thing to both my family members lol she lies through her teeth just like Pilar and Aisa.

Caleb: He’s another blunt liar

William: Nothing he says ever happens even when he puts his money where the mouth is

If i could give them zero stars i would. I called and spoke with a very nice rep who said he was a customer himself and would refer me to one of his favorites and ask what i wanted from my reading. He took time to tell me what he looks for and what he has experienced. After 10 mins or so he transferred me to RAMONA. She asked name and asked what i wanted from the reading. I told her like the rep. I wanted to hear something positive in my future due to all this negative in the world and get in touch with past loved ones if possible (which the rep told me she was some sort of medium). After telling her my name first only, and that brief comment, she said, "I don't have a connection with you" I said, laughing, What? You don't have a connection with me? And she hung up on me! I have never experienced anything like that. I will never go to any so called Psychic again. She IS NOT a true Psychics. And knows nothing about one. I do NOT recommend them at all if this is one of their "top" psychics. Ramona is a joke? Then when i called back to tell the nice rep how awful that went, the line rang and then disconnected so i called again and they tell me they will give me back my $40.00 for the MINUTE but it will take 5 to 7 days for my refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Signed FIRM BELIEVER PHSYICS ARE NOT REAL. She was a PSYCHO!

Big big rip-off

In September of 2018, vulnerable and scared and lonely, I stumbled across this website. They lure you in by promising a fulfilling reading for $1 a minute - to start. Once you are hooked, they encourage you to keep calling back. They book different psychics on chat or via phone call at different per minute rates.

I called over a two month period. At the time, I was involved with a man named David on Plenty of Fish. Also involved with a man named Timothy Baker (both names were alieses.

I connected with a couple of good psychics, but for the most part, I was given very poor advice by inexperienced psychics. One psychic named Nancy said if I needed her, she was only a phone call away at $4.00 a minute.

I would book frequent readings. Some were with Izzy some with Johnnie some with Seymour and various others. Only Johnnie and Seymore were accurate.
The others told me David and Timothy both were my soulmates.

I spent $3,6000 between September 18 and November 5, 2018. I tried to get my money back at the beginning of April. I talked to a couple of very snotty customer service people.

Finally, I got one who spent an hour with me detailing the charges on my closed account. They totalled $3,600. She told me the name of the reader, the per minute rate and how long it was.

The next day, I called customer service and spoke to a very flustered woman who told me that no psychic was 100% accurate. The next day their credit department called me back. Very cooly, the man informed me that no, I would not get any money back; that too much time had lapsed. When I said this was dangerous, he said he wasn't interested in the details of my experience.

I called Capital One who manages my Mastercard the very next day. They detailed the charges with me over the phone. Greg, the customer service guy had to detail them one by one. He said I would have my money back by mid-May.

I think Capital One lost the fraud case.

I want my money back and I want it back right away. Capital One even changed my credit card number.

They only go by "first names" as far as managers on California Psychics How convenient.

Do not use this company they will take your money and you will get no satisfaction from them try Keen psychics they are way better I didn’t even want to give a 1 Star !

This website really is awful. They don’t require their psychics to post schedules, which SHOULD be required from any site. Some of them don’t come on for days/weeks at a time. Wh you would employ such fickleness, I don’t know, but it goes horribly against the company itself.

You have to call every two days to reset your position in a queue unless you want to be kicked out and they don’t accommodate you. I had been fifth in line for over THREE WEEKS with a psychic that rarely logged in and whose queue was always full. I got kicked out of the queue four days ago due to time expiration and immediately called CP. what did they do? Nothing but apologize. Now, the queue is full again and I have to wait until ???? or taking a gamble and when it’s your turn in the queue, the call drops and/or doesn’t go through. Extremely unprofessional. Extend the callback queues longer than 48hours and start forcing psychics to post schedules, even if they’re only going to be on one day a week! Maybe don’t hire psychics that have such limited availability. Maybe then the queues won’t be so damn long and you’d have less people closing their accounts. Absolutely horrible and I closed my account yesterday. Not coming back here. I’ll use Keen before I go back to CP. their business model is much better.

This is a review for TYLER I am finally throwing the towel with her! For these last 3 years I was with a man that was still technically married and he told me he was “ seperated” Tyler would tell me that there was nothing going on between them and for me not to worry about it.. well guess what it was a LIE! Tyler also said that the divorce was in the talks it was partically correct but he never did go to a lawyer! I had confirmed with his wife everything and guess what he was cheating on me the whole time! He also had broken up with me in May because Tyler said that he was going through stress and the relationship was on a pause and no there was no other woman involved which was a LIE he was with a younger female! He went to Vegas with his “friends” and specifically called Tyler and asked her why I haven’t heard from him and she said “ oh don’t worry he is with the guys” B.S he was with another girl! He went to Cancun with “friends” it was with her! I remember calling her almost every day to ask how he was doing and all she was doing was giving me vague answers “ oh he’s taking it in” “ there are no girls involved” it was all WRONG! I have wasted 3 years on this so called relationship when it was all a lie to began with! She says that we are so called soulmates but I can I ever trust him again??? He cheated on me and since he got caught he doesn’t want to talk to me! I never thought twice about our relationship because I trusted him and to what Tyler would say. Now I don’t believe anything she says. I would take her word for everything and it everything she told me was a lie! I am not reading with her anymore and be aware she DOES NOT see everything as a remote viewer and she is very misleading don’t trust her! I feel like I wasted money on her so called “ gift” she might have some remote viewing skills but it has worn off. Because everything that was hidden from me had been confirmed with the wife and this younger mistress! Now that everything has been cleared I have seen all of the wrong predictions that Tyler has made and people around him I am just disappointed that she didn’t see his unfaithfulness and lies. Once I told her everything that had happened she just forgets of the wrong information of what she had told me goes on and says that we are still soulmates! Enough! He cheated! He lied! He doesn’t want to talk! She didn’t pick up any of this for 3 whole dam years! If she would have picked up on it I wouldn’t have been with him whatsoever!

This review is for VICTOR. ext. 6717. He is supposedly a "Staff Pick" and is relatively new to CP. I registered for a callback when he had 49 minutes in his queue. It was 12:15 AM EST. I figured that the phone would ring at a little bit after 1 AM. The guy had no schedule posted, so I decided to give Victor a chance to show me his talent. I set my alarm for 1 AM and tried to get to sleep. The phone never rang. At 1:15 AM, I called customer service to find out that the clown had logged off for the night 30 minutes earlier, knowing that he had a call waiting in his queue. For some reason, Customer Service thinks this is a good level of service. The psychics are "contractors" and CP has no rule that the contractors have to post their schedules, or that they not log off early. I find this to be inconsiderate and disrespectful to those of us who pay our hard earned money to be treated with some tiny modicum of respect. Victor will never get another penny of my money. FIVE THUMBS DOWN ON VICTOR. I will never get in that guy's queue again. CP - you need to make your contractors treat your customers with more regard for our own schedules. Waiting up for an hour in the middle of the night, expecting some reader to call back, is not a positive experience. They need to post their schedules and adhere to them. Very poor form. Thank you.

I will never call these people again. 1st call the lady was completely off. 2nd lady was a joke, no clarity at all and the 3rd person told me he needed a minute to connect after 3 minutes I hung up !!! Folks save your money and find another source !!!!! 3 strikes for me !!!!!

They scammed me out of 654.00 claiming I were only paying 30. 00 for package and plus an extra 15 minutes reading. But my card were being charged for 10 cents a minute for two 30 minutes reading never again. I reported them to the BBB

what a rip off, they are ALL so fake.....she hot on Nothing....all she pushed was relationships, I did not want to hear about that ......NOTHING was true....so vague.....she kept asking me questions....

I've contacted this source several times over the years and I have yet to get a good reading. This last time I in fact just feel suicidal after the reading. I called about a twin flame relationship and the psychic actually told me that he cares Little and that I'm like a computer game to him. She told me the only DESTINY we had was to have same fight forever... and YES, she said laughing... that is your DESTINY. Then she wanted to quickly skirt onto telling me what I should be doing in my career, after I told her I loved crystals and used to make candles.. She told me I should be making crystal candles and selling them online!! What a revelation! The woman was likeable enough but I read the tarot and I could have given myself a better reading. I won't be going back to this site for readings.

I have met only a few real psychics on here. But lately I get silence when I ask a question. Worst they just keep shuffling cards and say nothing much. The last one Layla was like waiting for me to say something. It’s really bad when they have a profile that’s says they have gifts. I think they just want to clock the minutes. I just called again. This new lady said she was an interactive psychic. What’s that ???

This site is a complete scam, don’t waste your hard earned money. They are trained professional scammers who will tell you fairy tales instead of the actual truth. I spent thousands of dollars calling them asking about a guy I was seeing and instead of them telling me he was a lying cheat who would never commit and I would eventually walk in on him with the wh*** he cheated on me with, they would tell me things like he had problems in past relationships, and that he will come around and propose, she’s just a friend, he really does love you. they would give me timelines and with each one passing without him contacting me or proposing I’d feel a letdown after a letdown. The fact that they won’t allow negative feedback is a red flag in itself. Why shouldn’t people be aware of a Paychic is inaccurate? I’ve called one that was 15$ a minute once Telling me him and I would marry, and guess what? We’re not even on speaking terms. I finally got myself out of that viscous cycle and am trying to move on with my life. Please don’t call these scums or any of them really, trust what your own intuition is telling you it never fails.

found out nothing in the TV advertisement is truth.
i talked to 5 different psychics and they all said different things about me.
they had no idea, just trying to speculate.
it made me laugh and of course the fee is non-refundable!

I have been reading with California Psychics for years since 2010. It was related to love and relationship with this guy! They told me to stick it out, if I leave I will regret it! He loves me and he just having financial problems. He neededntime! I left him along and he came back running and I thought it was some truth to what they were saying. It took 7 years to find out the truth that I wasn't the one he wanted to be with!!! I should've left a long time ago. I ended up having a child with this guy. They told me we were going to get married! He end up marrying someone else and I'm dealing with the emotional distress! I called back and told them the reading was wrong all these years and they said people have free will . If that the case, why tell people stuff you say you know for a fact will happening if they have free will! I feel used by this company and I calculated the money I WASTED I could've had a house paid for! Now, I'm really depressed! I've been used by the advisor and by this guy! I'm reaping what I sow. Don't be like me! All my money i wasted, all these years i wasted on a man and now, I have a child by him!!!!

This is the worst company. I always heard bad things but after seeing the commericals so many times I decided on a whim to try it out. It is seriously a joke. I tried two different people and it is so embarrassing how bad they are. I have been to psychics and mediums before and I 100% believe in these abilities that people have but none of these people are legit. You are much better off going to someone in person or even a phone reading with someone local. Please listen and do not waste your money.

My first and only experience with California Psychics. I wanted to apply for a job so I decided to call California Psychics customer service and get a recommendation which psychic was good. He said WINTER was the best but I would have to pay $100 for 10 minutes. I agreed even though my budget is very tight but I didn't want to be disappointed. Well, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. WINTER told me I was going to get the job and gave me a time-frame. Well... I didn't get the job and wasted $100. California Psychics is a RIP-OFF.

The quality of your psychics is not there anymore. I was addicted to your site and the valuable information that I received, but now, I rarely get one who is qualified. At one time, you had so many gifted psychics it was hard to pick one, so I tried them all ( my bank account suffered). Your customer service is another area that is suffering. The tone when you call because you paid money, and the psychic did not answer your question--they give you the third and fourth degree. You can look at my account and see I have paid thousands of dollars to talk to psychics--why would you give me the third degree like I am trying to get a free reading. I spend a lot of money a month--do you think I would worry about a "Free" reading when this woman is dropping hundreds of dollars a month--, please. I would give a free reading just because she is a valued customer, you know by now she is going to keep coming back, and yet, I get treated like I am trying to get over--really???!!

i hate when pepole promise you whatever you seek to hear. :(

Just find a reader in your community and not on the phone. Save your money.
