At the $65 price each, I thought I would be receiving a couple really nice shower curtains. One came very blurry and pixelated. The other less blurry but you can see text imposed on it. Actual letters! Hello, quality control, anyone there?!?! I'll be watching my bank account too, given some of these reviews. I should have skipped this site.

I placed my order on 2/11 and payed for expedited shipping so it would arrive on 2/14. It is now 2/28 and I have still not recieved my package. 3 day shipping? More like 30 day shipping! I am starting to doubt this was a legitimate purchase.

I bought a rug from them, thinking it would be a normal rug, its not its a throw rug that you cant even walk over without messing it up and its cheap meaning its just printed on kind of thick material. Man I got duped its always hit or miss with online shopping I guess. I should of read the reviews first. It was pretty pricey too 150.00 for a 5x7 rug.

I sent a picture to put on two T-shirts one for my brother and one for my nephew. It was a picture of my father now deceased along with a good family friend and Willie Nelson. A picture I had taken. Willie's shirt said bastard sons of God Johnny Cash on it. Café press refused to print it saying that it violated copyright law. They initially said that was because it was being used for a commercial purposes. They then changed Their tune when I pointed out that was not the case. They continued without citation to anything to claim copy right infringement on the picture that I myself took of a public figure and two close family friends. They pointed to nothing to support their claim. I got it printed elsewhere no problem. See no reason to use them again or to be bothered by their changing stories

I bought two shirts and had them customized on this site and we absolutely loved the outcome. Shipping was a week or so and the prices are pretty normal for clothing sites, but the ability to customize the items is what makes the site stand out. Very easy check out too.

I ordered two t-shirts with logos on them. I ordered them early to give as a gift to my son before he went overseas and it was almost $9 to ship. They didn't arrive until two days after he left when they were supposed to be delivered two days prior to his departure. This was back in mid August.
I shipped they to him overseas an additional cost. He was very appreciative but said that the logos are already washing off. I've tried contacting CP but nothing. They suck.

Sent message regarding return instructions...they replied they would get back to me in 24-48 hours, and that was almost 2 weeks ago!! Sent a second message as well....still no word from them!! I order a shirt September 18 and was told I would receive it September 30. As of October 7 I still don't have it. I've called 3 times and been told it's "in production" but they would "expedite" the order. I finally asked to s peak to a supervisor but she is "not available". Terrible customer service.

So I was looking for another Patch to add to my Bag, and I found (from what I saw from the site.) a great looking Iron-on Wendigo Patch (4 x 2). Since it was only a Patch, it only took about three days to get to my house. (Three because of Sunday.) I get it and one thing is right, and two things are off.
One, It's clearly not Iron-on. And two, It's the patch of the full picture, not the one that was displayed from the Store. Keep in mind, the only reason I bought it is because of the Store Picture.
Overall, I will say the Picture is great, and the Measurements are correct, and the delivery time was good. Though it's a bit thin to be a Patch. So I'd recommend not getting patches from Cafe Press.

I was a long-time customer/seller on Cafepress. Admittedly, my sales/purchases had been sporadic, over the past 15 years. (Yes. Fifteen.) (I had, personally, purchased probably less than $2,000 total, in that time so, sure, I was not terribly lucrative for them.)
I recently placed an order from my own designs, totalling over $100. I was shocked that the est. delivery date was so far off in the future (2-3 weeks), but still, I had planned a month in advance, and it was expected to arrive a week before the date of the event for which they were designed.
I order online quite a bit. Not only had I never had any trouble with my previous Cafepress orders, I know that one should simply wait til the expected delivery date before contacting any company about delivery of a pending order. So, when the items hadn't arrived when expected, the day after the expected delivery date, I went back to my account and looked at my order summary. (Note: They never sent any shipping/tracking information; only an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. All other Cafepress emails were advertising various sales, of which I received probably a dozen, during this period.)
Now in my order history in my account, I am shocked to see a tiny Auth Declined" next to that order. This is the first I'm learning of it, 4 days before I will leave on a trip.
I contacted the company by phone, and had the single-worst Customer Service experience of my life. That CSR was almost immediately hostile, accusing me of lying, negligence, and kept talking over me the entire time. She said they had not only sent me an email about my order being cancelled, but had called me as well. When I explained that I had not received any notification, incl. any calls from Cafepress, she then changed her story to say I had incorrectly entered my phone number. (I hadn't.)
I tried to calm her down (being the customer, this was truly surreal), and simply asked that she pass along this information, up the chain, since allegedly 2 forms of contact had failed, leaving me without the items I ordered, and no time left to replace them.
She then said she'd cancel the order and issue a refund. That email, which she allegedly sent, also never arrived. Ironically, a promotional Cafepress email arrived in my inbox at that exact moment. (So...there's no problem with their advertising emails.) I called back later that day, and the new CSR manually sent a cancellation email, which did arrive.
I was so outraged at the poor communication, and insulting CSR behaviour, I closed my shops and cancelled my account. It took a week for them to unsubscribe me from promotional emails.
When I posted a review (at the company's request), a CSR replied to it, simply stating they sent me an email and called me about the order being cancelled. Of course, no actual evidence of it. Just the claim.
One would think a pending order would require them to get some sort of customer confirmation...either acknowledging cancellation or resubmitting the order? Something? (Imagine ordering a new car and waiting the 6 months listed on your order confirmation, only to find out they cancelled your order at some point, and you've been waiting all this time for nothing. Wouldn't you wonder why no one confirmed anything with you? They just cancelled the order and claim to have sent an email, but did nothing beyond that? They weren't bothered at all that you had not contacted them or, as in this case, hadn't even logged into your account since placing the order, confirmed cancellation of the order, etc?)
In writing a review of my horrible experience, I noticed another customer, ON THE SAME DAY, detailed a similar experience. We both successfully submitted our orders and received order confirmations, only to later discover our orders had been cancelled with no notification received. (We found out when we found out, on our own.) The only obvious connection was we'd both placed our orders using a Canadian AMEX. (So, they may have an issue processing Canadian orders with Canadian AMEX. But that still doesn't explain why there was no order cancellation notification.)
Just... How...? How can any company be THIS awful and still be in business?

I order 12 latte mugs and received them in a timely manner and just how I had ordered them. No complaints on quality or service. BUT -- and a huge BUT -- each arrived in an individual coffin of thick styrofoam. 12 mugs took up a very large box. Granted, each was in PERFECT condition, but I now have TWO huge garbage bags of styrofoam to throw into a landfill. Ugh. And seriously, in this day and age, who does this??? Very very disappointed with this company.

I ordered a custom shirt (just one) and I recieved it within a few days of ordering. It said 2 weeks or earlier and they shipped it out the very next day. Also I called in to customer service and had a blast with the nice lady on phone. She asked about the funny message on my shirt so I gave her the back story and she was almost peeing herself laughing. The shirt turned out perfect and I know it will be a hit at the party it's for. Creating Something To Sell Is A Horrible Experience. You will spend hours in laggy screens and pages that don't come up right. Tried different browsers with the same experience. I also don't like how they plaster your image on everything in bad spots and you have to fix each one. No Thanks...Fix your site.

Their customer service rivals Comcast. I ordered 2 shirts, and after having an issue with a coupon that said "take an additional 30% off" that couldn't be honored, they finally took care of the issue. Then, after waiting 2 weeks, i was informed by USPS that they put the wrong shopping label on my package and it was given to someone else. This was a birthday gift!!!! I tried to call but the gatekeeper Samantha, wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager and just issued me a refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Update: the marketer responded quickly, but the solution didn't leave me warm and fuzzy. The simply don't have the ability to pump up the graphics, although they took a shot at it. For that reason, I'm leaving the review at 4 stars: three stars for quality, one star for the fast reply.

Purchased a lawn sign..."In the house we believe:..." I thought it was be a solid lawn sign. Instead, I received a flimsy two-side piece of plastic with three metal "poles" that you put together and slip the sign over the poles. The plastic connectors on the poles didn't hold the sign, which flaps in the slightest breeze and fall down regularly. And, to make matter worse, I spent $33.00 for it, including shipping. I sent them an e-mail to which they did not reply.
Save yourself the aggravation and go someplace else. This is a ripe-off.
