The cashier push for you to get Century 21 credit card and when you try to pay they charge $9 to pay on the phone and their website payment is terrible
They scam people with all the charges and fees and ruin your credit
I recommend not to open a credit card with Century 21

I shop C21 both in-store & online and some of the things I find there blow my mind! You have to keep in mind it's generally higher end stuff than at Marshall's or T.J. Maxx so it's a little more expensive, but if you shop at the right time it will reward you. For instance the other day they had a 40% off all clearance coupon & I got a pair of earrings I'd been eyeing for $3.99 & they're still in style. I wish the store had a bigger and sectioned petites section and there aren't many petites online, but there are great bargains to be had like 1000 thread count 100% cotton sheets for $99.99. That may not sound like a bargain, but it is and sheets of lesser tc's are a steal.

I called to make my payment at April 17 they give me the confirmation numbers I received a email for full payment that I made... After that in April 27 I receive the new statement without paying my bill plus late fees... I call costumer service again the girl that spoke with me was very unprofessional Maria was her name she lives me more than 30 min to wait in the phone and didn't give me any solution for charges me $30 for nothing. I'm very unhappy I never never again I'm processing something at that store...

I had a bad experience with an agent but when I went to main office I was treated with lots of respect and my problems were taken care all I can say now is century 21 is best real estate dealorship

Worst shopping experience ever
Worst shopping experience ever! Just one bad thing after another, so I will never shop with this company again.
First problem: they took $117 off my card for a purchase that I didn't even make. I had my bank look into it and called them myself, but they couldn't even find an order number to go with the price and said they would have to investigate the issue and get back in touch with me. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK from anyone. My bank had to issue me a temporary credit and decided that the charges were fraudulent, so fortunately I got my money back thanks to the bank and NOT Century 21.
Second problem: I ordered two shirts that I still haven't received. No confirmation email, no shipping update, no NOTHING! I have been waiting for these shirts for two weeks now and still haven't got an update about my order. Calling customer service is just a complete waste of time because you will be on hold for literally over an hour just too have the phone hang up automatically. Then you have to call back again, to wait on hold, again.
Third problem: the online shopping is a joke. When you try to check out it tells you to use another card or call customer service to place the order. Once again, what's the point of calling CS if they aren't gonna pick up! And if my card "doesn't work", why are you saving it on file and charging me for something I didn't even buy days later!!!!
Overall, this company is horrible. They literally stole money from my account for an order I didn't even purchase or authorize that they couldn't even verify in their own system. How do you charge someone $117 for something, but you don't have any idea what the order was??? Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT shop online with this store for your own safety and sanity. Maybe the in-store shopping experience is better, but shopping online with c21 is a NIGHTMARE and you will get robbed at some point.

I shopped today at c21 in the downtown brooklyn area. I bought a few outfits for my grandbaby. Very pleased. I shop there for myself as well. Love the handbags. The fragrances as soon as you enter the store.

I love shopping @ Century21 Excellent customer service and great prices I shop at the 86th street Brooklyn branch all the time for my husband and grand kids and also my home there I usually find great clearance prices and very good brand name clothing and I love the extra percent off which they offer at times not to mention my points reward it's just awesome every bit of savings help thank you Century 21 for all your amazing savings:)

I've made a purchase online and went to the store to return a several items. It was not easy at all. They offered only portion on what I originally paid due that I was using my rewards. I was offered $0 for one item and $19 for another. 2 identical items. Basically they offered me $19 return on my $40 purchase. When I've asked to talk to the supervisor, the employee told me "Take all back and return online. Bye" So rude and unprofessional. When the supervisor showed up -- same attitude!!! It took me an additional 20 min to get that item they took for 0$ back from them. Terrible "upgrade on a website as well" More to that, she went to other employees at the registers and was talking laud on me while customers was standing in lines trying to pay for their purchases. Some of them just left. This store is loosing its good name......

Cant make any order online .. we have to call him (for 30min-1hour) to make an order !! And after that it may b cancelled too ...
The only pros their prices !!!!

On November 23, 2018 my aunts purchased prescription glasses during her visit to the US. Upon her return to Jamaica, her home, she realized that the lenses had a cloudy dark mark. The glasses weee mailed to me, her niece, and I returned it to the store for repairs. Nereida accepted the glasses and reported that her manager and district manager agreed to fix the defect, express mail the glasses back to Jamaica and pay for any cost the process may incur. However, her glasses were sent via regular mail and as of today she is without glasses.

my first time experience was when i bought Micheal Kors perfume . before i placed the order i checked the reviews , i was a bit not sure but decided to buy it anyways since it was cheap . I got the perfume faster than what i expected ,i was impressed by the quality. my Second time was a pair of RayBan sunglasses for 89 dollars , very happy with what i received . i have a long list of items in my save list , i will be placing more orders .

This review was given to Century 21 webstore where I have an "elite" account.
User interface: the website is frequently down, glitchy check-out that makes you think your order went through but it didn't, inconsistent search results, insufficient product images, unreliable sizing info, stock not updated real time. As a result, several of my orders got cancelled days after they were placed as they were sold out.
Warehousing: it takes longer than the average 1-2 business days to ship an order. I had an order cancelled after a week for the reason that it was sold out, but as it turned out the warehouse couldn't locate the item until weeks later. I've also received shipment of wrong order.
Customer service: due to the many issues with the website and warehousing, speaking to customer service is inevitable. Unfortunately, it hasn't failed to be so frustrating and unproductive that makes the call centers in the Philippines seem 5 star service. And don't bother to chat with customer service on the website as you'll waste more time without getting an answer or solution and be told in the end to call them.

C21 stores have a great products to buy. I purchased Velour Backpack and very happy to buy from them. Nice quality as it displayed on their website. Would buy something else in future.

I bought a pair of designer jeans from this company, and after my first wear two buttons came off the fly. Being that I just bought the jeans, and the amount I paid I was kinda heated. I called the store to ask for an exchange. They told me it was nothing they could do being that I wore the jeans. And suggested that I take them to a cleaners to get repaired. So I call the company who designs the jean and explained the situation, and they agreed with me, and was will to repair them for me... but I will not take another gamble with Century21 clothing store again. And thanks to Cult of Individuality for understanding a customer concerns...
