We are waiting for our delivery for 2,5 months now.
They delivered the wood after 1 month finally, but some pieces are missing. I have been calling every week at least 2 times a week since then but still the items are not there.
Bad service if something goes wrong... They say they will do something about it and make promises, but I am still waiting and I can't start the project that I was planning to start in July!! (september now)
Even not a sorry or some payback of money or other replacement.

The shipment arrived late and they forgot to send half of my order... Totally screwed up the shipping numbers led to me wasting hours with postnord and Byghemma's customer service. Package tracking showed my order had shipped in full but only one box out of two arrived. Took several days to figure out who screwed up but apparently they admit it was Bygghemma's warehouse. After realising the mistake without any apology they suggested that I personally drive to the warehouse to pick it up. Seriously? Not ok.

Kastastrof !!! Kan absolut inte rekommendera ! allt gick fel from beginning to end, deliver the wrong floor !! aldrig mer bygghemma.se !! The list is long !! Stay away !! Buy in Bauhaus instead you can always trust Bauhaus .. But you cant trust Bygghemma !!

Horrible Customer Service
Bygghemma has horrible customer service. As an established company, we placed an order with them and they didn't proceed with the order because they didn't want to send an invoice. Waited days and even weeks for the product to find out that they didn't want to process the order.
Don't buy from Byggemma, go to Bauhaus instead!

Ordered various products for around ~100k SEK. What a mistake.
Never use their service. This company is a scam. I lost at least 20 hours on the phone trying to solve various delivery and product issues with them.
The complaints department was useless as well.

If you have damaged goods, this company is explicitly making it hard for the customers to reclaim damaged goods.
An example: I got delivered a damaged oven / micro-oven and after contacting customer support sending them a video of the oven and type number (what a hassle...), they only proposed unrealistic options on how to get it fixed.
They proposed to send out a technician during Maundy Thrusday and the only other alternative was 15 days after during the last of April (which is also a day a special day in Sweden). I told them that I wasn't available during Maundy Thursday and then the alternative was to wait almost a month before a technician get sent out.
In the end it means that I have no way of cooking for a month and they are willing to bring the case to justice, which I will of course proceed since I know that they are making it explicitly hard for the consumers to make claims.
My recommendation is to buy your stuff elsewhere, you will put yourself in a big risk since it's virtually impossibly to make claims on damaged goods.

Absolute worthless. They can't get anything right. First it took them 7 different orders and then they loose some of my return packages which they come and charge me for a year later.

I´m extremely disappointed, they could not deliver the door that I wanted to order to another shipping company that would take my door on a boat to an island in Stockholm archipelago, without me being there at the shipping company receiving the door. They could of course not deliver the door to the island themselves either...
The sales support agent even told me to buy from another company.

It took more than a month to get my bathtub and when it finally arrived the cold water tap was leaking continuously. I contacted the company and they asked me to send a video which I did. They "ordered" a replacement for that part and it took more than a month to arrive. I had to install it myself which meant to lift the horribly heavy and impossible to hold bathtub.
This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a company and I surely don't recommend anybody to buy products from them.

Ordered produkt in stock and it says 5-10 days delivery!
And after order it says in verification it vill not be sent before 10 days and then an other 5-10 working days shipment time !
So warning about this company!
