Your service is a discrase. Aside from abnormal waiting time (2 hours) there was total mayhem at the desk as the system was not working properly

1. The car assigned to me has been rented out to someone else after a flight delay,so they offer me another car( of course more expensive) at the desk.
The TWO CHEATERS at the desk told me that the car would have cost 10 euro more a day and they made me sign a contract on one touch screen without show it to me and they told me the contract were gonna be sended to my email.
The total to pay supposed to be 140 euro but on the contract it s written 240 euro!!!
Now I ve been charged for 220 and didn t get yet any invoice!
2. The TWO CHEATERS told me that the best gor me was to return the car almost empty fuel because they charge for diesel only 1,20 euro per litre, but reading carefully the contract the price per litre was gonna be 1,57 euro because they don t mention the tax when they offer you the " amazing fuel deal".
Luckily I full tank myself for 1,39 at the neatest tank station before returning the car.
3. They give me a car with summer wheel and without snow chains, the TWO CHEATERS offer me to rent chains for 4 euro a day for a total of 60 euro, but i bought them in the nearest shop for 25 euro.
They are cheaters and steal money from people!

READ CAREFULLY WHAT THEY MAKE YOU SIGN AND DON T TRUST A WORD OF WHAT THEY TELL YOU AT THE DESK!
EVEN BETTER DON T RENT CARS FROM THEM!!!

On October me and my wife arrived in Italy for a honeymoon trip to the Amalfi region. We rented a car about one month before, an automatic and compact car (mercedes-benz A-class) from the airport. (naples airport, italy)
When we got to the reception we were greeted by a guy named Vincenzo, in the first ten seconds he was nice. But after we saw that the vehicle we received was not in the category we ordered (Opal Corsa Station) he started to be unpleasant and forced us to take another vehicle and a manual (Peugeot 2008) that again is not a small car and not automatic.
I decided to try drive with that car and we went with him towards the hotel, the ride was terrible because I have not drived on manual for many years. and its hard to drive with a large car on the roads of Italy too. I felt that I was endangering myself and those around me on the road and I turned to Budget facebook customer service to try to replace the car.
tge facebook customers service responded quickly and were courteous, they asked drive to Budget location and replace the car. I arrived at the location in Solarno the next day where a guy called antony helped me, he did not have a small automatic vehicle so he made call the airport budget and make sure they kept me one (he spoke to the vivana).
when i arrive to budget naples location I was talking to a girl at the desk called Mina. She listened to the whole story and spoke to the manager of the location (viviana) and again offered me a station car. I was already desperate and told her I would wait until someone will bring back a car in the category I ordered (compact and automatic) after half an hour she saw that I was not going until she solve that.. then suddenly she find car in my category (Renault Scenic Automatic)
after she give me the key i heard Vincenzo (the guy who start this saga) laughs at me with the workers and curses me
I am very disappointed with budget service in Italy and want you to know that, The first two days in my honeymoon were terrible because of budget.
