This review is somewhat bitter sweet as Brandon Carter just announced he is shutting down his supplements company. I have been using Bro Labs supplements for about six months and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the products or the customer service. Tea Rexx and Rebellion and staples and I have no clue how I am going to replace them once they are gone. I took advantage of the going out of business discounts, so I will be fine for a few months, but I will definitely miss Bro Labs.

I would never recommend buying from this company again. Paid for two day shipping and after two days I contacted the company to see if what I ordered was shipped. They informed me that one of the things I ordered had sold out and that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks. It’s been a month since I ordered and I still haven’t received anything.

Let me say that Coach Brian really saved my opinion on Brolabs. He was helpful the whole way. I'm taking away two stars for good reasons. 1 star because it took 5 weeks to receive my supplements. I didn't receive anything saying it wasn't in stock and had to inquire to find out but again with an email to Brian he would update me quickly on the status. Second star is because I didn't receive an email for the Dirext HIIT workouts. After receiving my supplements, I didn't think I received my workout DVD and was upset. With another email to Brian he called to straighten it out to notify me that I should have received an email (I checked to make sure, I didn't) containing the workouts which he promptly sent. Let me say that I will definitely be buying from Brolabs again hoping that the slow turnover was a unique issue and hey technology messes up so I get it. I just wish I hadn't gone 5 weeks without knowing I had the workouts all along. Thanks Brian for all your help.

I bought 5 cans of “Revolt BCAA Watermelon” about 1 month ago, it literally tastes GREAT, gives me energy, and curbs my appetite! I am now able to lift weights in a fasted state my girlfriend cannot believe how much more shredded I’ve have become in just a few weeks, I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors because no joke this stuff tastes awesome!

I placed 2 orders online. My first order was originally for Creatine. After placing my order, I was sent a Facebook message saying that I can get a 10% discount on my next order. Since I was running low on Keto Base and I’m always using rebellion, I figured, why not place another order for both of those at the discounted price and so I did. Shortly after placing both my orders, I got an email confirmation for a 3rd order that I did not place! It was for another Keto at full price and more shipping costs. $50! I’ve already spent more than what I wanted to. First order was $25, second was $91 for a total of $116!. I emailed support telling them to cancel the 3rd order that I didn’t place. No one has gotten back to me. The following day, they shipped it out. Mind you, I have messaged Brandon Carter on Facebook and got no response. I even called the phone number and left several messages. No one has gotten back to me. I’ve tried to contact them in all the ways possible and it just seems that no one cares. Money is tight for me as the holidays just passed so now my account went negative from the extra order that came out of nowhere and I have an overdraft fee of $35. This is costing me $85 more and making a loyal customer (before Brandon even blew up and got big) a very unsatisfied customer. Why is there no customer service? Someone needs to contact me to refund my money. I’m so unhappy with this right now that if I don’t hear back from bro labs in the next 24 hours (48 hours total), I am going to return all the products, Dispute all charges and I will never buy another product again as well as tell all my friends and family not to support bro labs anymore. I’ve spoke nothing but highly about them from the start and always recommended them for the great products that actually work, however this is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth. You don’t place another order and ship it out immediately after I just told you I didn’t place it and to cancel it right away. Funny part is, they emailed me a couple of hours ago saying my shipment is on the way. How is this order on it’s way and my original order that I did actually place and want, not even shipped out? They got it all backwards and no support or customer service to even help address this issue. Be careful before placing any orders because if this happened to me, it can surely happen to you. Hopefully bro labs does the right thing to make things right so we can continue doing business together, if not, we will have to just part ways. I’ll wait another 24 hours and will be posting another review to let everyone know how this situation was handled. Stay tuned...

I just tried calling you back several times to no avail. The number doesn't even ring.

And no worries I'm not sure how your 3rd order happened but I'm happy to make sure this is resolved to your liking. It's in our best interest to take great care of our customers and I'd like to see that 1 star review you left have about 4 stars added to it by the time we're done :)

I received this email @ 6:32pm and got the call from Brian @ 6:34pm as I was reading his email, I had my cellphone in my hand and never received any phone calls. I remember everything Brian said and I have everything logged. I have a great memory. I remember Brian telling me that the creatine was on backorder, but they have some “in-house” that they can ship out to me right away without charging me for it to make things right. I still have to wait for the 3rd order that I did not place so that I can put “return to sender” and then Brian stated he will refund me once they get that back and I will not have to pay any shipping costs. So far, it’s been a waiting period. Yes Brian did reach out to me within 24 hours, it only took 23 hours and 24 minutes total as I first reached out to them at 6:56pm on Jan. 2nd., Brian reached out to me at 6:34pm on Jan. 3rd. I was even willing to wait a total of 48 hours (another 24 hours) as I stated in my review. Since Brian is in the process of making things right, I agreed to edit my review. I had dinner plans in NYC last night so I didn’t have time to edit my review, I just added more stars for the time being. Now that I just woke up, I can actually update my review. I still haven’t received any emails confirming that my creatine is on the way. Neither was I refunded for that first order as promised. When everything is fulfilled, I have no problem updating my review and adding more stars. As of now, I am still waiting to be refunded for my first order (Brian said he will ship an “in-house” creatine to me for free ASAP). This hasn’t been done yet and I am waiting for the order I didn’t place to arrive so I can send it back and get refunded for that too. Stay tuned...

I have bought products off of Bro Labs before and the products were amazing I followed my diet and workout regimen laid out by Brandon and it gave me the results that Ive been looking for, so I saved up my money and bought from them again and the results are the same fantastic with my hard work and Brandons natural products are proving to me that if I put in the work I get my results like I want so all in all fantastic products and look forward to order again .
