Jason bell got to be my assigned agent, from the beginning I told him That I have a mini clover and I wanted to upgrade to the bigger clover, flip type which his company is selling on amazon. We spoke several times because I wanted to switch my account once so I wanted to make sure this was done once since it was my first time in retail business. I asked Jason about the fees and this machine that they were selling on amazon he Asked me about the cards I was accepting and the volume I do and he would tell me why this machine is so good and so nice for my business and so on, he would tell me the rates that I would be charged even for the debit cards but he never mentioned even once that this machine doesn’t accept debit card he kept that fact from me all along until I signed up and paid for the machine, few days later I realized the the machine is not accepting debit card I called clover and they told me this machine is older version and doesn’t have the chip for the debit card and when I confronted Jason bell about it he denied the whole thing even our conversations about changing my account and having a mini clover although he was telling me that he was honest frequently He kept that fact from me all along because I think they make more money( better percentage rate) if they treat debit cards as credit. I gave Jason couple of chances to rectify the problem, dishonesty but he ignored them all. I’ll never trust him again. I don’t have very good experience with him , buyer beware.

We were so excited to get our Clover POS! However, we have had nothing but trouble with it since we started using it. First, they Brilliant closed out account, and we received no funds for almost 8 months. It is pretty impossible to run a business without funds in your bank account. They would never tell us why the account was closed. Every time we inquired they tried to pawn our question off on someone else. After months of asking we were told that we had been sent an email that said they were going to close our account due to lack of funds. This is an email we never received. Once we were finally sent our check and had that issue squared away, we came in one day and our system had completely reset itself. When I tried to restart it, it told me that our merchant number was incorrect, so I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what happened. We finally figured out that this had happened to multiple businesses that day and got ours back online. I went to run a transaction for a client and realized our inventory had been completely erased. Thousands of items that we had spent hours and hours logging into the system were gone. I immediately emailed Cody, our representative, only to receive no response. None. Not a single word. This was months ago. So during the Christmas season we had to manually key in EVERY SINGLE ITEM purchased!! And to this day no email or call has been returned regarding the issue. Completely unacceptable! Cody has been less than helpful ever since he swindled us into this system. My one main selling point on this particular system was that it integrated with our website. WRONG again. We were lied to. So now I have to spend an additional sum of money every month to integrate our POS and our website. If we hadn't shelled out so much money to start with this POS we would definitely switch, but we are a small business with limited funds, and I can't afford to switch at this time.
