Bag ordered and prepaid on 22/03/19 (90 euros for bag, 20 euros for delivery).
First they lied on their delivery terms (2-5 working days) as I contacted them after 7 working days to know where my bag was and they had not yet prepared the dispatch (the number of tracking they gave me said that the handler was not yet in possession of package from the sender)
Second, they were extremely rude on the fact that they were late, not even apologizing but preferring to ignore my emails (needed that back for specific trip).
Third, bag never arrived. When contacted, Bree.de confirmed that the bag was being returned to their site by the handling agent (without any explanation) and that they would reimburse me as soon as the package comes back to their site.
To date (i.e. over two months later), and over 6 emails later, I have ZERO NEWS from their clients service, from their ordering service, or from ANYONE AT BREE.DE.
My emails are simply IGNORED, and I have never seen a single Euro of reimbursement on my card, nor a single delivery from them.
I would NEVER trust them again with an order, and believe that I definitely lost my 110 Euros, which is probably not worth it for them to take the phone and give me an explanation/apology.
