Great product and customer service, highly recommend it.

Hi my wife likes the colour of the bikini & style, but feels it does not fit as well as some other bikinis she we have had from you. There. Does not seem to be a bit less elasticity in the fabric so does not fit as well. It may be she would have been better with a smaller size. She found it ok to sit & walk around on holiday but felt unsure to swim in
Otherwise all ok all way.
If we had not been going on holiday just after purchase may have returned for smaller size

Great products, good prices, good size the only small issue is very slow delivery time otherwise it would be five star.

So you can read about the whole journey below, but essentially I ordered from the Brazillian Bikini Shop the first time and didn't get the order. I tried to reach out to get some help and didn't have much luck until I used Trustpilot. Once I did that, I got quite speedy feedback, they were very great about getting me the items I ordered.

I would give 4.5 stars if I could but I'll stay shy of 5 stars because of the hassle.

The product itself is amazing though and I'm really happy to have it.

Update:
I reached out via email as instructed and they responded. Unfortunately the tracking information is coming up empty but they asked me to reach out to USPS which I've done. Will keep review updated.

Update II:
They've elected to send out new ones. So I'll just write a new review with the story in full when/if I finally get the items I ordered.

Great products and swift delivery, and a promotion on which helped with pricing!! Delivery to UK was kind of OK - very slow (more than 2 weeks) and the tracking didn't work properly - but the item arrived finally and was great!

This company supply good quality products and I have bought a number of bikinis for my girlfriend which she has always been pleased with. I would give 5 stars but they are a little bit on the expensive side.

I made an order two weeks ago but I don't even have a shipping tracking number. I sent e-mail, called too many times. I can't contact with anyone. Customer service is too bad.

I can't contact with them, yes it's true. They don't send me any shipping tracking number. But, I take my product just in time. They wrote 6-8 days on their website, Post office call me end of the 6th days. By the way, product quality is good.

Great products and I love how all my bikinis (7 so far) sit on my figure.
The only problem is very slow delivery to Australia - around 3 weeks.

My first bikini was a size smaller than my normal size and my second bikini purchase the top was a size larger, but generally fit ok. Prices are reasonable considering the bikinis are better than average bikini designs on sale elsewhere. Delivery and payment is secure and efficient.

I like to review products that I buy online, however the review section is cumbersome and does not easily allow anonymous reviews. All other online stores that allow reviews make it easy and anonymous. You do not.

Reviews make it much easier to determine if the product is what I need. Have a look at Amazon if you want to get some idea of what I'd like. I'd buy from them again but their overseas delivery sux.

It's a while since my purchase but from memory the order tracking was not good. The product arrived quickly, but there was this bit in the middle where I had no idea what was happening.

Plain paper packing instead of branded postal packing would be appreciated.

But, as I said, great product.

Very good. Shipping company lost my first goods but the Sent another one free of charge.
