i am trying to unsubscribe with this lot as they keep bombarding with emails.
When you unsubscribe they say sorry to see you go and under they have a tab YES /NO. I have tried both and they still keep on sending crap emails.
What can I do????

Order placed on the 24th April, now nearly 3 months in no order received - many communications saying “will be despatched” clearly a lie.
Refund agreed on the 4th July, still not actuoned over two weeks later!

As per previous customer. Waited weeks for my Polo shirt. Money taken, nothing received. No communication from Nancy Dias - other than 'will be here by end of week'. This appears to be the typical response. I have logged all communication and suggest customers who have made purchases do likewise. I shall be contacting trading standards regarding this company. Disgusting lack of service.

I've called them an outfit because the word company legitimises them too much (I would use a more robust expression but I'm sure it would not be printed!). Bought a few Hillfiger shirts last November in time, or so i thought for a Christmas visit from my brother who was flying in from the USA. They didn't arrive so I cancelled the order immediately after Christmas as my brother had gone home with a different present. They did not respond to my message(s) which I sent three times. I was going away on 6 January so e-mailed Brands Village (BV) again to tell them not to try and deliver as I would not be at home. When I got back at the end of January the parcel had been delivered to my elderly neighbour. I then e-mailed BV once again and sent the e-mail trail and told them that i no longer wanted the goods. On the third attempt they sent me a returns note and I duly sent the parcel back to them. That was the first week in February - I have e-mailed them constantly to try and expedite my refund and finally threatened them with a solicitor and 'lo and behold' they refunded me today some five months after I placed the original order. I should have looked on Trust pilot before as the majority of reports show what an awful outfit BV is so UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you are in a similar situation go legal as it is the only thing that gets them to act.

Bought an Armani top 3 weeks ago received a confirmation email but that is as far as it goes. Contact number is fake emails are not replied to, no communication whatsoever. So angry with myself! Arseholes.

I’ve had a similar experience to many others. Orders placed in December and January but still nothing delivered as of 26 February. Phone goes straight to a machine. Money is taken when you order but I’m becoming doubtful they even have the goods.

Placed a order on 9 Dec 17 which I finally received on 19 Jan 18. On checking the code on certilogo.com, it confirmed that the tops were fake. I sent an email advising this and was sent a returns label. A Nancy confirmed that they had a received my returned package on 19 Jan 18 and after numerous email requesting an update I finally received my refund on 22 Feb 18.
WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS SITE, IT SELLS FAKE ITEMS AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A REFUND

i have reported this company to the trading standards, as the goods they sell are also fake, based in India not giving the online clothes market any credibility.

Was just about to place an order as the prices were so inviting. Had that thought .... it it looks too good to be true etc. so thought I'd look them up and see what others have to say. Suffice to say basis the feedback below I will not be continuing with my order - so thank you to all those that have given future customers the heads up. As a small thank you I thought I would leave the following information for anyone who is owed money by them.
I looked them up on Companies House to see what I could find out. The company is registered under 'Intriangle Solutions Limited', Incorporated in January 2008 - their company number is 06462367. Previously they were known as VSWORX INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED. Companies House is a free website and anyone can access - you can see their returns and details of active and previous Directors etc.
The Company Secretary is Meera SAXENA, Seth Kali Charan Road, Shahjahanpur, 242001, India
Nilesh SAXENA is a Director and can be reached at Richfield, 16 Suite 213, Signal House, Lyon Road, Harrow HA1 2AQ
It looks like the company was potentially struck off by companies house but then reinstated in 2015.

Do not order from the company. Still waiting for items from September. Asked for refund. They tried to get me to give them my card number, expiry date and security number - clearly an attempt to defraud me. This is a shambles - if not a sham - of a company. No-one ever answers the telephone. Joke.

Scammers. Stay away from them. They took my money in the middle of December but I still haven't received my goods. They keep saying they will ship it out next week but they never do. I'm in the process of getting in touch with trading standards. They need to be closed down!!!

This company should be investigated it is just dreadful. I bought an item which took months to come when it came too small returned it incurring more costs as had to be signed for delivery. I have proof of delivery etc but no refund has been given this has been ongoing from December. LOTS OF COMPLAINTS WHICH I WISH I HAD READ BEFORE I ORDERED.

Brands Village assured me that they only sell genuine items however Stone Island do not supply clothes to them - so they MUST be fake. I got refunded for one top, had to contact them again regarding the second top . Still waiting for the second refund and assurances that the offending Stone Island items have been withdrawn from sale. Apparently the refund is being sorted out. No word on the withdrawal of Stone Island fake goods from the site though

I ordered some clothing mid November for Christmas presents and they never arrived in time. I was told time and time again that the clothing would be dispatched in time and it wasn't.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Honestly the worst, fraudulent company EVER. STAY AWAY. I ordered a tennis racquet for a Christmas present the very first weekend of Dec and paid £47 for it. 2 weeks later.. still nothing. Contacted Nancy (defo a fake person) who assured me I would get it before Christmas. Another 4 days went by.. nothing. I asked for a refund- no she said it would definitely be shipped in 7-9 business days. Eventually after saying I would take legal action a refund was agreed. 10 days later still no refund and Christmas had now passed so had to pay for another tennis racquet from elsewhere. Again still no refund by New Year so I contacted trading standards and the credit card company who said they would dispute it. The next day the tennis racquet turns up with a sticker on it saying £22 even though I had paid over DOUBLE that AND cancelled it! The credit card company then send me their proof of postage saying I need to pay it as I received the goods and should return it which I would obv need to send tracked and would cost ME money. So angry. I have taken this to trading standards and will take it further if need be. What an absolute scam of a company. STAY AWAY.
