My appointment was not accomplished, I took the car at3:45pm. for 4:00 pm appointment, when I came back at 4:40sh, they were still working on someone else's car, I guess they were behind schedule.

I was able to get in and get my inspection done quickly.

This was the most frustrating experience I've had with a business in a long time. I had a scheduled appointment time and they told me the service would only take three hours. They had my car for over eight hours. I have no idea when the work was actually done because no one called to tell me anything until the next morning. I only know that after asking when my car would be finished after they had my vehicle for almost five hours, they said it wouldn't be done for another 40 minutes. I ended up having to leave it with them overnight because I needed to get to work that evening and I couldn't wait any longer. The frustrating part was that no one was telling me anything. Every time I asked how long it would be, they said it would be 40-60 minutes. When that time frame was up, I checked in with them and they would tell me it would be another hour. When I was finally able to pick my car up, I noticed on my itemized invoice that they charged me for the premium service, a service I never asked for. When I tried to call and figure out what happened, the first response to my question was immediately, "That is the amount you approved over the phone." Although, they were correct (I did approve that amount over the phone), I personally think that is one of the most inconsiderate things you can say to a customer in that moment. I wasn't being defensive or accusatory. I was just trying to figure out how to read my bill and they automatically went on the defense. In addition, I only approved my costs over the phone because of the things that they told me they needed to do to my car. Our conversation never included the fact that I was being charged with a premium service. Mistakes can be made and that's okay, but their lack of communication and response to my concerns was unnecessary. Also, as a side-note, the service I asked them to complete should generally only take an hour long at the max.

Service rep was great. When I asked for a quote he said $90.00 which i thought was low. He confirmed the use 9 MB compatible full synthetic euro blend. It turned out to be even less than the 90 so glad to have found a place to have both my cars serviced. Thanks for the value.

Excellent service

Because of the business's proximity to where I live, and being one of those persons who digs into whatever business reviews I can about a potential source, I was comfortable contacting the Brakes Plus location I did, to schedule an inspection. After completion of the inspection, I was notified of the results. It worked to my advantage that there were openings that day to have the work completed. That helps, as d/t COVID, the shuttle services weren't available, so I was relying on "hitching a ride" from a family member. After the repairs were done, I was notified of the work, and all was complete!

S my car. Ive been coming for 3 ayears to have my car serviced, brakes replaced and alignment done. They are very respectful and considerate. They have even helped me with coupons! I will keep recommending and coming back.

Great service ... easy online appointment set. Rick and Jeremy took care of all my brake issues in about 2.5 hours. I was out the door before 11 AM. Great job, guys!

Everyone I had contact with was courteous and helpful. I made an appointment on the website and they got me in pretty quickly. I was able to use coupons printed from the Brakes Plus website with no hassle. Overall, a good experience.

I went to get my oil changed here the other day & the staff was really friendly and even took the time to ask me how I was holding up with the pandemic and how it affected me. Really nice group of guys and they had quick and efficient service.

Good work from these guys. The reviews are honest and the employees are good at what they do. After getting in for an alignment I was in and out in no time and was able to see it all done. I will be coming back for other services.

Was very happy! Got my oil changed, brake light fixed, new brake pads, rotors turned, tires rotated, brake gluid flushed! It was all seemless! Friendly, timely, thorough...I felt "taken care of"!
