Awful company to deal with- no address or phone numbers given anywhere! Need to return an item but can't as I can not contact them to find out their address m! The only way of contacting them is via their suspect ‘One for everything' online form - which is never read and I don't believe goes anywhere! Absolutely disgraceful - I'm warning people NEVER order from these people! I've reported them to Trading Standards!

Ordered Bracket 24th of April. It's now 29th of June. No bracket. Phone doesn't even ring when I call, though they never answered in the past anyway. No response to emails. Another Covid Casualty?? Save your money. I was trying to give local business a chance rather than amazon. Lesson learned. Only cost 20 quid for the lesson.

Item not yet delivered but after paying there has been a request for further payment for delivery packaged in a very pleasant email despite the product being originally free delivery. This extra 10 pound on an item that did not cost much more after having already paying seems like a bait and switch

Wrong item received. Do not respond to telephone. Have received 1 email despite sending many. Still no further forward. Stay clear

I wish I could do zero star. One of the worst customer service I have experienced. I have a Sony TV which needs special wall bracket as the back of it is not flat. I typed in the TV model and there is one bracket that is especially for that TV, I was very happy so ordered straight away. It wasn't cheap, about £30 with delivery charge. But when came to installing it, the bracket shape and the holes on the back of the TV don't match at all. So I contacted customer service, a guy called Lee responded that I actually need a different bracket for this TV which is priced at £60 and a £15 Sony screws set. So I said right if I order those ones instead, can they give me free return for the £30 one as it's not my fault they provided incorrect information on their website. Lee replied no' because the measurements are all on the page I should have checked before I buy. Seriously?! What's point of putting TV models on the page if they are totally wrong?? Then I realised this is probably how they con people, in this case making me spend £100 on a TV bracket. Needless to say I'm never buying on their website again and will warn all my friends to stay away from them.

Bought a bracket for my Sony TV. The product was advertised as being specifically for my TV. When I got the bracket, it didn't fit. Customer services tells me that I need an additional fixing kit at 50% of the cost of the bracket! They are just selling 'universal' brackets described as model-specific. They wouldn't accept that they had missold. I sent it back to them and still haven't had my refund. I had to pay to return too, which I will be pursuing.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. Despite the web listing 'guaranteeing' the bracket would fit my TV - it didn't. When I tried to return it, I was told the company don't pay for returns even though I tried to reason that this was not my error. They even admitted that I had ordered the right bracket but would need to spend £14.99 to adapt the original one and were adamant they wouldn't pay the return. So I ended up out of pocket paying to send the original back. Be really sure your order is going to work before you order - and don't believe the guarantees on the website. I wouldn't use this company again. Misleading website and appalling customer service

Ordered item on Monday and it's now Friday and still not delivered. So much for next day delivery. Tried calling them and emailing but no response! Terrible after sales service.

WOULD BE ZERO STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The servise is below appaulling, and I genuinely didn't think that was feasible. They delivered part of our order (a tiny part!!) Then held our money to ransom whilst we desperately tried to get someone to helpus or even respond to us. Seriously terrible beyond belief!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER, so please avoid at all costs!

Bad communication from seller and not able to contact on landline. Next day delivery? waited 5 days and then cancelled order for a refund. Not very professional, not recommended.

I bought 2 tv brackets - one fits and one doesn't. I opened the box just after the 30 day refund terms due to being away and they won't refund me for the bracket that doesn't fit. No customer care at all. I wont be using them again and I am actually in the position with my work to be a regular user. Shame on them! Their loss!

I have sent 2 emails to them querying the size of their brackets with locking bars and after 5 days have had no response whatsoever. So do I really want to bother dealing with a company like this that cannot be bothered to answer a simple pre-sales query. The answer is no!
So after some research I ordered via Amazon for just £17 the Goobay Easyfix Ultraslim XL bracket which has a locking bar an holds TV's up to 70 inch. I have used mine with a 49 inch LG TV. The bracket is made in Germany and comes with all fittings, wall fixings and instructions. This bracket was less than half the price of the bracket I was querying with Bracketsrus.

Ordered ceiling mounted tv bracket. Flimsy box arrived with just a pole in it, wet cardboard, unwrapped. No signature just left. Tried to contact them by normal means no luck. Raised msge through Paypal they then replied that I had only had one box there should be two, one piece in each .......for a little tv bracket !!!!???? Box states for a medium to large tv and state they will send me the bits. We will see. I will deal with this lot through PayPal. Avoid at all costs please!!!!!

Just had a really bad experience with these guys. Thankfully PayPal was able to recover my money. Items hadn't arrived & there was no sign of them. Contacted via the webite (as they didn't answer email or phone). They said that it was posted Royal Mail first class but could not provide any proof of postage. Over 2 weeks went by & still didn't turn up. They wouldn't give a refund or resend the brackets & would only do something if Royal Mail returned the items to them. Misleading "Next Day Delivery" all over their website... oh, and don't try calling the support number - Never gets answered!

Not received the order 4 days after purchasing with 'guaranteed next day delivery'. The email on the order confirmation doesn't exist, the telephone number just rings out. No way of contacting them. Look on trust pilot for honest reviews.

They claim on the website "Free 24 Delivery" but I am still waiting after 3 days. The emails from their Customer Services are short and terse and very unhelpful. Would never buy again

I asked for a refund for the bracket I ordered from them, firstly they tried to sell me another bracket when it was clear I wanted a refund and only after several emails did they finally send me the refund form I had to fill in. Once filled in and item sent back they have simply just disappeared off the face of the planet with my money! They don't seem to reply to emails and calling them main order telephone number it just rings and rings! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered what was advertised as a corner bracket for a 32 inch TV. Now bearing in mind all they do is supply TV brackets, they sent me a bracket that would give you the minimum adjustment on a flat wall, so was useless for what I wanted. When I informed them they asked me to return the bracket at my cost, then they would refund the bracket price not the postage and I could re-order. Buyer beware, do not use them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! Take your money and do no dispatch, do not reply to emails and staff on the phone cannot help, just tell you to email

Horrible company. They never pick up the telephone so customer service is non existent (probably fully aware that if they answer there are dissatisfied customers wanting some kind of service). The were late sending me the bracket, when it finally arrived it wasn't suitable and it cost me £13 to return it - so they just sent it back to me. No refund and stuck with a crap bracket I don't want. Absolutely disgusted. Please don't bother wasting your time and money, companies like this do not deserve your business.

On the bracketsrus website we entered the model of our television and it brought up a choice of brackets. We selected the most expensive at around £50. When it arrived it would not fit. Lee who I believe is probably the owner of this operation was patronising and refused to cover the cost of costly return postage in order to get a refund . Do not waste your time with them, they more than likely send the same bracket to everyone as there are no model numbers on the box or invoice. It is a hassle sending it back and from what I have read even harder to get your refund.

This didn't fit either! I contacted them again and they refused a refund as it was out of the 30 days. The reason for this, was that it took a week for the new bracket to arrive, and on average 3 days to reply to every email, and they never answer the phone. I opened a PayPal dispute and PayPal agreed to refund me as the company was at fault. Brackets r us refused to pay for the return, therefore it cost us £13 to return! So we are out of pocket due to their errors. I have also seen on another site that they are paying people to leave 5 star reviews. Beware.
