So far, here is my honest experience with Boosted company. I ordered a Boosted Rev 14 weeks before its shipment date. My shipment was delayed 2 weeks with no explanations from the company and still by today (after 3 weeks of my email) I have not received any response. They basically ignored my emails regarding my concern over the delivery time. Nonetheless the product was delivered so I wanted to forget the bad taste. Now am I being rewarded for payin $1600 for a scooter that was delayed multiple times and then shiped at the same time with the orders of 1 week ahead. No!. Anyhow, I didn't mind it until I used my scooter for one day and then the battery started to fail. I contacted the customer service and despite being 4 days (into 5) noone has returned my calls or my emails yet. The Boosted app is broken and the instructions on how to assemble your scooter is wrong (there is a reddit forum on this). So at this point, I am very disappointed with the famed customer service of Boosted and the prime product which has already been reported by few people as having issues. Now that I would probably ship it back to CA and turnover will be 3 weeks. So a summer and a fall is spent. EDIT: Reduced to one star as it has been 6 (into 7) days and I have not received a reply back from customer service nor the technical support by today.

I would recommend anyone who are Interested in purchasing a electric longboard. Boosted customer service team are awesome! Two thumps up :)
