The company messed up an order of mine last year and I wrote a negative review. months later they sent me an email stating that they had corrected and updated their services and assured me if I removed or modified my negative review that they would successfully fulfill my order plus give me a discount. I did as they asked and placed my order, after 2 weeks of being jockeyed back and forth between them and their shipper they told me they were still not able to fulfill my order, it took me ages to get my money refunded, plus they took over 2000 of my loyalty points that I had earned. I am in Ireland trying to place an order and have emailed them several times to get them to rectify their errors but they do not respond......They do not provide even halfway decent customer service..

Would give zero if I could!
I placed an order on Monday around lunchtime and their site states orders placed before 3 will be collected by their couriers that day and 90% are delivered the following day with the remaining 10% delivered the day following that. They also say you get a tracking code from the courier.
I have not had a confirmation email of my order, a tracking code from the courier nor recieved my delivery.
I sent an email yesterday asking for confirmation, there no longer appears to be a number to call but they say there are people available 'til late' to respond to emails.
I have had no reply but the money has now been debited from my account. I have not had any response from them so sent a further email today stating if I do not get a response by tomorrow I will report them to my bank for fraudulent payment and also to the police for an online scam. The payment on my account shows as going to a non existent website address so I feel this is a fair comment to make.
We'll see what happens but I would definitely say DO NOT USE BOOSSH!!!

I have checked online at Companies House and the holding company of Boossh, Your Health Holdings Ltd, was dissolved on 4th July 2017!
Do not make any purchase from Boossh online. You will not receive delivery or any reply!

Poor customer service
I have used Boossh for a few years. I ordered the other week using a BOGOF code, and they said I hadn't put the code in so I only received half the items. I sent them an email and they said they would honor the order which is great of them, and I was really delighted (even though they still said I hadn't used the code when I had, or I wouldnt have bought any!). Anyway the products haven't arrived and no one is responding to my numerous emails. Its a shame but its put me off. What happened to polite customer service? They have lost a customer now.

They advertise their products as being healthy and free of 'Aspartame' however they use a similar sweetener which acts in the same way called 'Sucralose' all of which are proven to have a detrimental impact on your health, particularly the brain. AVOID!

What has happened? This company used to be so responsive, orders came quickly, stock levels were ok. I made an order 4 days ago (lots of items were still out of stock), I've had no confirmation of it in my email, except from PayPal. I have no idea when or if it will arrive. Chat does not seem to be on so I can't get in touch until tomorrow. My previous order was meant to have buy 1 bar, get 1 free - mine didn't - and since calling them some weeks ago, I have not received my promotion.

I wonder if Boossh are getting the message now looking at all these bad reviews. I placed an order on the 23rd June, expecting delivery within 1 or 2 days as they would have done in the past. I have spent a considerable amount of money on these products and they do work - if only I could get my order!! I was told there was a delay, then told I couldn't use my loyalty points on top of a special promo. Fair enough. I had enough points anyway to cover the full price so that would have been fine. Instead I've had one email saying I would get a refund (none as yet), I'm assuming I've lost all those loyalty points and obviously no order ever arrived. So I have had to go to an alternative company to obtain a vlcd. Really disappointed and wondering if the end of Boossh is in sight due to their extremely poor customer service and almost all these reviews are saying the same...

Seems like a common theme, judging by the other reviews. My order arrived with the incorrect items. It is over a month later - I have sent 5 emails, 2 of which were never responded to. The other three received an answer assuring me that they would send the correct items, which have never appeared. Their correspondence is short and lacks no explanation or apology for their pathetic excuse for customer service.
I have really enjoyed the products I have received from Boossh in the past. However, the astounding incompetence and lack of customer care I have experienced over the past month means I'll never use them again.

I have always rated Boossh highly and have been using their products on and off since 2012.
I have received an awful lot of offers recently and I attempted to order one where the discount code didn't work. I emailed them and got an abrupt message back. Needless to say I didn't order.
I then ordered a few weeks later on 'doublem' offer on mealpaks. I enquired to see whether they'd received my order as the website had crashed and the money had been taken and got another abrupt response saying they had. The delivery was timely but guess what... No double offers for me. I've emailed them twice since to enquire where my additional items are with no response.
Some of the mealpaks I've ordered also go out of date this month so good job I've started straight away.
As I said, Boossh used to be amazing but
I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Complete con artists! Read the other reviews! It seems like every so many customers get ripped off. This company basically stole my money! They've ignored numerous emails from me and you can't contact them by phone. Use an alternative company, don't risk it with BOOSSH.

I placed an order with Boossh in April, having used them in 2015 with great service. I never received an order email and found myself 4 weeks later with no order. I have made many phonecalls asking them to call me, which they appear to have an aversion to. I am now in the position where I anticipate taking legal action to recover my money. How difficult could a phone call be? I will never use this Company again or recommend it.

I've been using Boossh on and off since Oct 2014 (I think) and have had no negative experiences with my orders or customer services.
I hate shakes and don't find the soups to my taste, but I find the main savoury meals really delicious and far better than any others I've tried. I also used to buy their bars (really fab and a good selection), but now there really isn't enough variety for me.
My only niggle is that sometimes things are out of stock for long periods.

I placed an order on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery today and it turned up just as expected with exactly what I had ordered.
There was some confusion with DPD sending me confirmations for a parcel that didn't exist as Boossh had changed my consignment number but the customer services team was quick to respond to my query (although a little more information online about Saturday deliveries would be useful!)
But overall very happy with the service I have recieved and will be starting tomorrow :)

I have Boosshed before in the past and found it to be a very good experience , but last year in June 2014 my order had meals missing from it. After chasing them for 3 months, I was eventually reimbursed saying they no longer did the products I required ( yet they were still on their shopping page ). Due to this problem I decided to try another diet for a while but as I enjoyed the taste of their food I thought I would give Boossh another try in November this year. Unfortunately my first new order was once again incomplete. I contacted the team straight away and was assured they would forward the missing bars a.s.a.p. Six weeks and counting and many, MANY e mails later and phone calls which were not put through due to high demand! I find myself in the same situation. Promises of refunds and the re sending of the missing items have not come in to fruition so I would advise new Boosshers to be very aware of this as I am not the only person on here with this same problem.

I ordered £195 worth of diet products from Boossh on 14th April, having had one satisfactory order previously, the only part of the order I received was 10 individual cereal packets. When I informed them they said they would send again, still nothing received so I asked for my money back. Over three months later still waiting on my refund. Absolutely no explanation from Boossh as to why I haven't received either my goods or my refund, and they never return phone calls. I can't afford to just lose nearly £200 and haven't been able to spend the money with a company that can deliver whilst it's in Boossh's bank account. I can't understand why Boossh are behaving like this and can only speculate that they must be in some difficulty.

I really want to say something good about this company but they make it so hard. I started using Boossh in January, the products tasted great and it worked however, the company is so unreliable. I lost my first stone in February and submitted my rewards claim, which was accepted. I am still waiting for the rewards even though I was assured they had been sent out.
I ordered white chocolate and apricot bars on two orders, and received chocolate and caramel on both orders. When I contacted R & D they assured me that I would receive a refund for the bars, as my actual selection was out of stock so the chocolate and caramel bars were substitutes. I am still waiting for the refund. I am so tired of emailing them, that I have now decided to go back to the previous VLCD that I used. The service they provide is so much better and they are very reliable. Shame on you Boossh you have a great product but have let yourself down with such poor service.

I ordered directly from Skinny Pasta and after 2 months waiting and trying to contact the Skinny Pasta team without any luck, I contacted Boossh on facebook and my package is now on it's way with tracking number! The Skinny Pasta site is in every way refering to Boossh company - they link to all of the Boossh sosial media and on my payment it states Boossh Inc.
The Boossh team have really been helpful getting my case sorted out and making me satisfied customer. My next order will be placed at Boossh, not at Skinny Pasta!

This is the third time i have contacted Boossh...so please reply!!!!!!! I am desperate to order for the New Year, as this diet really does work, & the packs are so nice. However my last order was incomplete. My dessert mix was to follow...but it hasn't. My multi pack of bars was 1 short, plus there were only coconut & apricot bars....the caramel was missing...& that is my favourite! Please, please can you rectify your mistakes...i do not have time to keep e mailing you!!!!!

I have been looking for a VLCD diet with the range of products that Boossh offers. The website is easy to navigate and when I did have a problem both people from the customer services team were excellent and very thorough in their response. The products arrived the next day and all flavours are far more tasty than any other VLCD I have tried.
Overall I'm so impressed with Boossh.

Im quite frankly losing the will to live with this company! I ordered on the 9th december and no order arrived the next day. Enquired where it was and told the bars were out of stock but other items would be available from the following monday. I asked for a refund on the 13/12/14 and was emailed back on the same day to say they would refund. Its nearly a month on and i still have no goods or a refund.
Previous orders were fine but this experience has put me off ordering from this company again.

I have found Booshing to be the best VLCD I have experienced. The flavours are amazing and because I can add a vegetable and protein allowance daily, I feel satiated throughout the day.
Also, because it is delivered next day to my home, It saves me so much time and effort.

So I'm using Boossh to Fast a couple of days a week. I want to be able to feel comfortable at Christmas when wearing my party clothes. I work in publishing, and have worked with various diet brands. I can honestly say hands down that Boossh is the nicest range of products I have tried. The food packs actually look and taste like real food - and I say this because others I've tried have tasted quite fake. I even made my husband a curry last night and didn't feel like I was missing out as I had my Thai curry Boossh to look forward to. The hot strawberry cereal is actually amazing! And as I write this I'm eating the Sweet and Sour - which is lovely!! I'm thrilled that I decided to try Boossh. I have a busy lifestyle and always make the usual excuse 'I don't have time to lose weight' well now I do, as Boossh makes it so easy. Looking forward to stepping on the scales in a few weeks :-)

Great service all round !!
Before I placed my order with Boossh I spoke to one of team on the phone who was happy to help me with all my no doubt stupid questions. The lady I spoke to was friendly and clearly very knowledgable and made a huge effort to make sure I knew all that I needed to.
I placed my order with Boossh and it arrived 2 days later,
I couldn't be happier with the products that I have tried so far and look forward to opening the others tomorrow.

I have tried Cambridge and lighter life products as my friend had spare that she didn't use, she originally started on lighter life but was too expensive so she changed to Cambridge. Thinking that was all there was out there I tried her soups shakes and bars, they were just awful and I cou even get through one meal pack. I gave up and put on even more weight. I stumbled across boossh literally by pure luck!! And wow what a difference 6 weeks in 2st gone, the support and reliablility of such a caring team is astounding and I now know I have found "the one" and the weight will soon be gone, and with so many plan choices and amazing products I have found my solution and know I will be in control forever more!! More important is my various health issues are well on their way to disappearing. Thanks team boossh.

I ordered the 5week bundle at the beginning of December with a view to using it as a bit of a detox in the new year. I had tried some of my friends meals before and liked the taste very much. I ordered the 5week bundle as this seemed to give a lot of variety of products and give me plenty of supply for the dreaded post Christmas slim down.
The next day I received a message from the courier to say they didn't have a parcel to deliver. Over the next two weeks I had a series of unanswered emails in which I ultimately asked for my money back.
I then received some unexpected GOOD customer service in which the person apologised, explained what the issue was (some things items were out of stock and only one flavour of snack bar). I explained I wasn't in a rush for the items and the one flavour of snack bar was fine. They said they would replace the out of stock items with equivalent priced items and some additional items as a good will gesture. Frankly I was relieved not to have to deal with this anymore so readily agreed. No next day delivery AGAIN. After chasing it my order was delivered. I did a inventory of the delivery and found they not only was there no good will gesture, there was an £18 deficit in product over what there should have been. No snack bars or ready to drink shakes either. Extremely disappointed. I haven't complained, what's the point. Just want to warn others, be prepared! The real shame is I'm actually really enjoying the food. I used to order Cambridge diet shakes but got bored of the limited flavours and the rtd shakes were disgusting. Despite this,I'm going to go back to Cambridge after my 5weeks is up. Thoroughly unsatisfied but felt I gave enough chances and options for them to redeem themselves which they chose not to take.

Ok so I read all the recent reviews on here before trying Boossh.
I'm going to be completely honest & not exaggerate which i think sometimes can happen.
I ordered before 3pm & sure enough the order arrived the next day.
What I should have done is checked all the contents on that day - because I would have been able to spot all errors if there were more than what is mentioned below.
I chose one of the take-away meals - I never received it but the dispatch note read "to follow". It still hasn't arrived over two weeks later!
I e-mailed on 11-Nov & asked for a refund - nothing has been refunded as yet.
I opted for the pack of snack bars that offers 3 different flavours - I received two flavours without an explanation - but there was no notice on the website to say only 2 were in stock???
I ordered 5 beef flavour veg curry - none of them arrived & whoever packed my parcel must have chose other options for me...which has left me with too many of the meals I'm not a great fan of.
I pointed all 3 issues out to Boossh and guess what - no apology - not once.
In my book that's just very rude customer service.
This first order has put me off for life - I have asked to return everything I have left - lets see what they say.
To those lucky ones who have received good service - I wish I was in your shoes as Boossh is cheaper than LL but in my opinion - a lot less professional.
Just one apology & a decent explanation as to why I have 3 major errors on my first order would have left me re-assured. But I think their reasons & lack of apology is highly unprofessional & off-putting.
*I would recommend everyone checks their order as soon as it arrives...that's not a dig but genuine advice.*
