I was booking a flight for April 2020 when something would not line up with the flights. I was able to talk with Erica Bell and she was very kind and courteous with me. Even when we were disconnected as I was using my cell phone, Erica called me right back and was able to fix the flight situation and now everything is set. Erica, again thank you very much for all your help. Bookit, it is my hope that all your customer service representatives are those helpful and friendly!

Was going great until the day before we left. Tour guide didn't show up twice on the same day. Come halfway across the world to sit in the hotel and miss out on what we traveled so far to see. Very disappointed, will be contacting my card services when I return home to see about getting my money back.

Terrible customer service! Website advertised 10% off price and when I entered code at checkout message popped up that said the code that they currently had plastered all over the website to get you to purchase was expired. I mistakely went ahead with my booking thinking that after completing the transaction the correct amount would be charged, this was not the case. I logged in immediately after receiving my confirmation email which contains the password required to login and cancelled my reservation 8 minutes after it was made and I was charged a $50 cancellation fee! So I had to pay $50 for being duped by false advertising. To top it all off booking directly was over $200 cheaper anyway. Do not book through bookit, you will regret it!!!!

Seriously am debating if bookit is a legitimate site. Not only can one NOT find an English speaking comprehending representative on the phone their website is difficult to utilize. I have always booked with Vacation Express and was convinced to use bookit. I will follow this up once the vacation is over and funds Are transferred correctly. I am very skeptical. I had to call the 800 number several times to get a Simple question answered about splitting the payment. Asked to speak to a supervisor and that never happened either.

I had never heard of BookIt.com before yesterday but the website is fantastic with an easy to read and navigate layout and amazing prices on vacations! Looking forward to the trip I just booked for Feb and will definitely use BookIt again!

It was a very easy experience booking through Bookit, and when I compared their pricing to other agencies they had the best deals for the resort that I was looking at. I did see that the pricing changed a bit when I came home vs checking on my work computer, but it was a minimal difference and wasn't work the time to call and ask (less than $100 total).
I appreciated that there were so many options out there for resorts, rooms, and flights, and that I could really customize to my own preferences.
I do think that one area of improvement would be to make the "upgrade price" based on CURRENT selection and not from the prior option, as that was a little bit confusing to me and seems like it could feel a little odd.

We booked over the phone after having some trouble with the website. The first rep we talked to was very kind and patient. She walked us through the entire booking process and was very thorough. We had to call a second time because we’d found our same booking cheaper on another site. The second rep we spoke to was just as pleasant and patient as the first, and even helped us with a price match. They made the process so easy and really relieved a lot of stress from us. I called n and got someone on the line that didn’t know what they where doing and they charged my card $845.38 and they told me that I will get it back n 7-10 business days....smh I’m fine with them at this point I don’t wanna take no trips with them again

I had a problem with my original reservation made by booking on lined. I immediately called bookit asking for help. The reservation had listed me as the primary traveler and the listed me as the other traveler even though I had put in all my wife's information as the other traveler. I spoke to two different young ladies, the first told me her computer was running slow couldn't help me and told me to hang up and called back. The second one said she had to re-boot her computer and would call me back in 15 minutes. I waited for 1-1/2 hours with no call and finally a 3rd person called a Mr Jerry Jones and he was extremely helpful. He explained my options and he waited on the call till I rebooked the reservation completely so I had to put a second charge on my credit card to re-book and then he cancelled the original room reservation as well as the flights and he immediately sent me confirming e-mails. Although it took me a total of almost 4 hours to get this straightened out I am glad you have employees like Jerry who can explain things correctly and then help with options to finally straighten things out.

I made a reservation with bookIt and arrived at my destination with no reservation. I traveled out of the US to my international destination and had no place to stay. BookIt charged my cc and confirmed my stay without informing me that the resort would not get my booking until Monday. This was a scary and stressful experience for us. The hotel informed us that we would have to pay for the night or we would have to make other arrangements. I will never use BookIt again!

Awful experience. Called customer service to change a flight time, was charged $50, the customer service rep confirmed all the details with me and booked the WRONG flight. I called back and they advised me to cancel all bookings and rebook. They stated I would have the original booking refunded within 24-49 hours and expdited. I had to rebook the flight and hotel for a higher charge. I’ve also received no notification of a refund being processed or a processing time.
It’s been 48 hours since original booking and all charges hit my account. I called customer service who stated she has no idea why anyone told me it would be 24-48 hours to refund and that it takes up to 7 business days after the original charge to refund. The charge was process 2 days later (did not show as pending as most transactions do and the customer service rep stated that’s probably my banks issue... which it’s not,all others show). So now I have up to 7 business days after the 2 days it took them to charge for my money to be refunded, meanwhile I’m out the amount of money it costs for 4 flights and 2 hotel bookings I’m not using.
I’m currently on hold with customer service to send me an email confirmation that my funds will be transferred. back into my account. I’ve been on the phone for over 30 mins. Awful experience, awful customer service.
