I have used Bodyguardz skins for years, used them on numerous iPhones and iPads and always found them really good and last a good length of time. My disappointment is in the shipping of the product, whilst they do say there will be custom charges its not made obvious at ordering. Which is a real shame.

I have been buying Bodyguardz for years and, yes, they break, but they have always kept my screen from breaking, until now. The ones my husband and I got wirh our new phones were not tempered glass like the old ones. His phone screen is already cracked. It cracked under the supoosed-screen protector. It is junk, and I would not recommend it to anyone anymore, even though I have been recommending Bodyguardz for years. When he called Bodyguardz, they would do nothing to help and now we will have to pay $150 to get his screen fixed. I will never buy or recommend Bodyguardz again.

I've ordered macbook ultraskin proterctors several times, as my boss gets a lot of macbooks for him and his family. They are the only ones that have the specific protectors and they are great. Their delivery time from the US to Europe was always the same. 2 to 3 weeks, which is expected. This time though, I made two different orders with a week distance one from the other. The second order arrived a month later. The first order seemed to be stuck in customs and never arrived. I expected the delay due to Covid19, but not the non-arrival. I contacted their customer support and they replied in 24hours telling me that they are sending a new order with no charge. As they did!! The product arrived a month later. I really don't know what they other reviews say, but they have an excellent customer service and I will buy from them again for sure!

Two protectors and I’m done. First one I paid $45 at the AT&T store when I got my new phone (that was my bad.. I knew better but was just lazy)..Cracked in 24 hours even though I treated my phone like precious antique crystal. Replacement shipped at $7.. cracked in less than a week. Again.. no drops, bumps, nothing. This company is straight up fraudulent. Someone needs sue these thieves.

Worst screen protector I’ve ever had. Broke same day in my pocket. This is my 3rd one in 2 months. I think they have some kind of side hustle with usps

Total scam. Purchased for 40$ at at&t and it did not protect my phone from a 3-4 foot fall from my nightstand to the ground. Found out that my phone was the one that sustained an injury and not the protector days after I ordered a new one, which, BTW had to pay 10$ for shipping and if you don't send the damaged product back within 60 days, you are charged full price. At&t offered me no refund. Totally out the money and now I have to go replace my phone screen. Thanks bodyguardz.

WORSE customer service. Need a replacement? 1. You return the old item and they don't let you know. Not even let you know when you sign in in your account. 2. Treat you like you are wasting their time. 3. I opened two tickets online and no responses.
SCAM: the screen protectors after the 30 days start separating and of course you can not have you money back.
I gave them one star because they don't have zero stars.
Check for yourself: more than 67% negative comments.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your money. I’ve gotten $5 screen protectors on amazon that have easily lasted 6mo to a year, and so far I’ve gone through two of these Body Guard screen protectors in a less than month from simple drops, nothing crazy. So stupid. Such a waste.

I have used the product for at least 7 years, but I have to be honest. You must have patience you decide to use them.
I received “item shipped” notice within 24 hours and when I tracked it, it took 1 week for the tracking service to receive the package. That means Bodyguardz sat on it for a week!
They need to stop using whatever mail service you have. There is no reason ANYONE should have to wait 11 days to receive ANY package! Does your warranty cover phone glass breakage while you wait 9 days too long for something the size of an envelope?

Overrated, too much money for what you can get for less money’screen brakes easily ,the good thing is you get a lifetime garuntee but they want the old back and when you send it they claim it didn’t come so they will charge you ,(I emailed Maddie but not much help)

I like the product and the warranty replacement is ok...BUT no return postage on the return envelope is the biggest pain in the backside. For this reason only, I will not buy their product again. Instead of putting the return envelope back into my mailbox, I have to find my way to the post office just to buy stamps. STAMPS? Who buys stamps anymore? I have no other need for stamps than to send my Bodyguardz back.
For goodness sake, add the postage into the shipping fee during the warranty replacement.

I accidentally left my phone on my bf’s roof today and he drove off and my phone got run over by at LEAST one car. It was like it never happened bc of the Body Gaurdz case and screen protector!! I thought i was surely F****d. I had gotten this phone only a few weeks ago so I am especially grateful and relieved!!

Be careful with this company. Months after sending back the old protector they charged full price on my account. Don’t trust them anymore.

Dont order when your in Europe!!! Just ordered with this company and the package never arrived.. When checking with the customer service they told me this is my problem and I need to chase the customs the department to get my package, while I already clearly told them customs is not answering me. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER!

I have had my new phone for 7 months and replacing this screen protector for the second time. I don’t know how it cracked the first time. This time, I dropped my phone while sitting outside on the ground. It cracked in multiple directions. At this rate, the 5 replacements wont last long. Extremely disappointed.

I replace my screen protectors all the time and the company claims they receive them sometimes, and sometimes they don’t. They tell you don’t use a drop box but even when you go into the post office and return they swear they didn’t receive it! This company is a rip off!!! We are in a very trying time right now and I’m not working so taking money off my card from my kids mouths for something I returned via USPS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will never do business with this company again! Horrible return policy in place!!!

WORST SCREEN PROTECTOR EVER. I drop my phone so frequently, I was willing to dish out the ridiculous $45 for this case when purchasing my iphone XR because I figured there are lifetime replacements. They actually purposefully make the tempered glass so fragile that you have to replace them frequently-all so they can charge you $7 for shipping, which pays them the cost of the screen probably 7000x over. This is no better than a screen you get on Amazon for a penny and I could've bought 4500 of these at the price I paid for the first one. I bought a new case from Eyejust for the blue light blocking and was pleasantly surprised at how I've dropped the phone dozens of times and already and there isn't a scratch on the tough tempered glass. Now that's what tempered glass is supposed to be!!

I bought a BodyGuardz Pure2 when I purchased my iPhone XR. The actual screen protector worked great, I dropped my phone and it kept my screen from breaking. I took advantage of the Advantage Free Lifetime Replacement guarantee... followed the instructions exactly for returning the broken glass when I received the replacement. I sent the broken glass back in the envelope provided, and even added extra postage to ensure it got back to them. A few weeks later I received an email explaining that they had not received the broken glass back. I explained I sent the glass back in the envelope provided, and honestly couldn't explain why the had not received it. Never received any other communication, and though they had certainly received it back within the 60 day limit for returning the broken glass. Guess not, because I just received a charge for $47.00 on my credit card. I will never buy anything from BodyGuardz EVER again. Feel totally ripped off, and if I had know their return system wasn't reliable I would have sent it back certified mail.

I ordered a replacement screen protector and received it with no problem. Three months later I was charged full price for the broken protector even though I sent it back in the provided envelope the day after the protector arrived. I emailed them and was told it is their policy that the old screen protector needs to be sent back. I'm sorry that I didn't read these reviews prior to buying the protector because this seems to be their common practice. If they are not receiving these envelopes perhaps there is a problem with the envelope as it is rather flimsy. Therefore the "lifetime replacement" is NOT true...we are paying for it. Has anyone contacted the Department of Consumer Affairs?

I got my first Pure 2 Edge protector about 14 months ago when I purchased a new iPhone at At&T. It has kept the phone's screen intact, but being rigid, it seems more prone to breaking or cracking--more than the "plastic-y" ones I've used in the past without damaging a phone. I've just replaced this Pure 2 Edge for the third time, at a cost of about $8, including tax, every time. I have learned that I need to count the cost of using the life-time warranty and consider it when making my next protector purchase.

Ordered a replacement screen protector since they are guaranteed. Received it no problem. Three months later they charged me the full price for a screen protector automatically. Even though I sent mine back in the envelope they provided. When I reached out for a refund they basically said it was my fault for not purchasing tracking when I sent back the broken screen protector.
