Ordered pancake syrup with very short expiry date. Too bad, cause I don’t eat pancakes twice a day. Offered solution of a 2,50 coupon is useless I explained. Mailing cost is higher alone, and I am not ordering any other products. I ordered before. Not sure why you wouldnt offer better service :-(

Bought Nitro-Tech protein shake from their website. It stated on the website and packaging that it contained 86g/100g of protein.After my second purchase of the same product I realised that it only contained 68g/100g of protein from Muscle-Tech's website. After more than a month's arguing via email trying to make my case of in essence having being sold the wrong product, I was offered a 5 euro discount on my next purchase.
Incredibly slow and frustrating process, and in my own estimation completely untrustworthy. Considering the seriousness of the mistake, I would advise all potential future clients to check the nutritional information stated on the website of Body& Fit against that of the original manufacturer.
In my own estimation, Body & Fit should have rectified the nutritional values for future customers, phoned to apologise, and refunded the money paid since I had received and used a different product than what I had paid for. Potentially along with many other customers who bought this protein shake based on the claimed 86g of protein per 100g.
Phoned Body &Fit myself,spoke to Jordy which had a good comprehension of the situation and finally came to agreeable solution.

i bought proteine for 64€ on the 28 of august ( 2 tubs of isopure protein) it never arrived after 2 weeks of waiting and i really needed some protein i made another order ( 32€ for a tub of smart protein of their own brand) and in the same day of my second order i sent an email regarding the whereabouts of my first order, someone answered me saying that it appeared to them that my first order was sent back for no apparent reason but nobody from body&fit contacted to ask me if i still wanted my order or if i wanted a refund, they only answered because i contacted them first, and this already should have rang my alarm bell, but i wanted to give them a second chance, anyways i asked my order (64€ one) to be sent back, in the while i received my secondo order, waiting some more time for my first order that has been resent, but nothing so yesterday mobring i sent another email saying my order was resent and i actually received it which is absolutely not true! i received only one order, the 32€ one, and they claim they sent me another order of 32€ (which i never received) but even if this was true it would be 32€ shorter of the first order i paid for which they admittedly said that was sent back. now they are claiming they sent me another order which is not true. but anyways who replace 2 expensive tubs of isopure protein for 1 tub of their “chaper” smart protein? i have been buying protein from other companies for many years and never ever in my life i have been ripped off like this and treated in such a horrible way! and they even stopped answering the email, they are basically saying i am trying to get a free order from them, when i can actually prove what i paid for and i never receive! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

I contacted their customer service about a complaint. They said they would contact me. Two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing. They also censor negative reviews on their own website.

Also ich muss mich leider vielen anderen Bewertungen hier anschliessen. Ware die zurück gegangen ist wartet man unerträglich lange auf eine Rückbuchung. Wenn man schon solch einen Online Shop betreibt sollte man über die verfügene Korespodenz verfügen und die Kunden nicht verärgern. Wenn ich etwas über Paypal kaufe wurde immer der Betrag bei anderen Shops zurück gebucht und das sofort und man wartet keine 20 Tage und wird dann nochmal auf 10 vertröstet. Ich kann diesen Shop nicht weiter empfehlen , entweder wird man ignoriert oder es wird auf das Thema überhaupt nicht eingegangen! Was hier wohl hilft ist nur der Weg zum Anwalt wenn man sein Geld zurück bekommen möchte.
Unfortunately, so I must join to many other assessments here. Product it has decreased one waits unbearably long for a back reservation. If one already such an online shop pursues one should dispose about verfügene Korespodenz and not annoy the customers. If I something about Paypal shop the amount was always booked with other shops back and immediately and one waits no 20 days and then is put off over again about 10. I cannot recommend this shop, either one is ignored, or it is not entered on the subject at all! What helps here only the way to the lawyer if is probably one his money would like to get back.

Delivered a fake product; had ordered Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey and what arrived was a fake. I have been a user of that protein from the past 10 years, the packaging was faulty, the powder didn't look or taste right and the scoop was a cheap Chinese clone.

I have ordered many products from this shop. I found the quality of the product of their own brand are very bad quality. The Super Food, like the Nutsmix, tests very old. The Pindadskass is very liquid like a pote of oil, comes in a very bad quality plastic that I suspect to be toxic and tests horrible. The supplements that are supposed to be healthy are full of E numbers.
In short, for me, it is clear that they just care about making money by selling crap products.
Now I stop ordering by them.

Bad service!!! I purchased 6x Pure Whey and the problem is that all of them have an expiry date of 03/10/2018, I will not be able to consume all before expiry so I requested a refund for 3x whey. Since March 2018 I ordered whey a couple of times and I always received them with an expiry date of 17/07/2019. That is why I was confident to make another purchase so I was shocked when I saw that the ones I got a few days ago. They will expire 9 and a half months sooner than the ones they have been shipping since March.
I told them that I am happy to return them but I cannot drag this big box to a PostNL location as I am small woman and I won’t get a back injury just because they failed to send me products with long enough expiry.
Their answer was: “Sorry to hear that you find the expiry date too short. Unfortunately we can't pick it up from your house. I understand that for you it is too short, but it's still 4 months away from now and when customers purchase one, the date is just fine. You can return it to us and get a refund, but then you will have to send it to a PostNL location.”
When customers purchase one, the date is just fine…LOL!!! Who cares. If you want me to order just one then maybe your system should not allow me to purchase more than one. But if I am allowed, obviously, then you make sure you send it with a long enough date of expiry.
Of course I asked for the refund again, almost 48 hours late still no reply! Congratulations, this is how you drive away a relatively frequently ordering customer.

Sinds maart 2018 heb ik whey een aantal keren besteld en ik heb ze altijd ontvangen met een vervaldatum van 17/07/2019. Dat is de reden waarom ik er zeker van was dat ik nog een aankoop zou doen, dus ik was geschokt toen ik zag dat degene die ik een paar dagen geleden kreeg. Ze vervallen 9 en een halve maand eerder dan die ze sinds maart verzonden hebben.
Ik vertelde hen dat ik ze graag terug zou brengen, maar ik kan deze grote doos niet naar een locatie in PostNL slepen omdat ik een kleine vrouw ben en ik krijg geen rugletsel alleen omdat ze me niet lang genoeg hebben verstuurt.
Hun antwoord was: "Het spijt me te horen dat je de houdbaarheidsdatum te kort vindt. Helaas kunnen we het niet bij u thuis ophalen. Ik begrijp dat dit voor u te kort is, maar het is nog steeds 4 maanden verwijderd en wanneer klanten er een kopen, is de datum prima. U kunt het naar ons terugsturen en een terugbetaling krijgen, maar dan moet u het naar een PostNL-locatie sturen. "
Als klanten er een kopen, is de datum prima ... LOL !!! Wie kan het schelen. Als je wilt dat ik er maar één bestel, dan moet je systeem me misschien niet toestaan er meer dan één te kopen. Maar als ik het mag, natuurlijk, zorg dan dat je het verzendt met een voldoende lange vervaldatum.
Natuurlijk vroeg ik om de restitutie opnieuw, bijna 48 uur te laat nog steeds geen antwoord! Gefeliciteerd, zo verdrijf je een relatief vaak bestellende klant.

OK products, good prices; seems like a semi-dubious company with good customer care. Just money-oriented rather than into quality. 16.000 different products? You guys don't even know what you sell. Barely any information on your products at your website. Even ingredients are just copy-pasted from some product label that aren't even easy to read because of the low resolution of the pictures. You guys need to breath in and size down , that's my impression.

Its very strange and funny to evaluate a nutrition supplements based on the company's customer service and their employees being friendly. I order the banana flavor Whey again. Last time I bought 5KG but it tasted 'natural'. I complained that it is not the correct flavor. They said it was and said all batched 'might' taste different. In the end they only gave me 50% of my money back. I will never order again.

I've already ordered some supplements there a couple times and I really like this shop because of its fast delivery and service! Moreover they always pack in gifts and the quality of their products are very good!
For me it's worth ordering my stuff there because they're way cheaper than other shops and ordering from Germany was no problem at all.
