Love Bobbi Brown products... hate their customer service. Tried to resolve a billing issue and spent two hours of my time only to be disconnected from both a phone call & on line chat. My issue was never resolved!
It's 2020 not 1995, get it together Bobbi, customer service should be a priority!

I've never had so many problems ordering online. It kept kicking me out. I tried for days. I finally called customer service to place the order. It took forever because I got the new person. I got an order # which is USELESS because there is no where on the website to check order status! And the account that the new person started for me shows NO ORDERS. So what am I supposed to look up? How can a website not have a check order status where you can put the # in? Oh... it's a site that sucks you in wastes your time. I will never order from BB again.

I love this company. Even when they sent me the wrong colour, they sorted it quickly and didnt make me send the wrong item back. They have their priorities right ! Great customer service.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My experience w the several orders ive places during Covid have been pretty great as far as delivery times. I’ve gotten every order within 5-7 days. They have a chat AND people are answering the phone when you call Customer Service! That is.not the case at 95% of all other retailers I’ve been dealing with. They have sent my free gifts, I’ve chatted on the site w questions and also called and spoken w someone. I may have had a longer wait in the phone but at least they’re answering unlike some major companies like Macy’s and amazon that just say ‘sorry no CS, and hang up on you’

I recently went on line to order a compact (little did I know how seriously Bobbi Brown Cosmetics takes the meaning of the word compact!) only to receive the tiniest sample size compact I have ever seen! I honestly thought it was a sample and kept searching the box. I will NEVER buy this label again it’s a blatant lack of respect for customers. $48 for a corrector compact it would barely last a few weeks! It is smaller than a 5ml teaspoon

I placed an order on the 6th of June. I did not get a confirmation e-mail and the money was taken from my card! I have been trying to call them and e-mail them, but they do not respond. What a disgrace. You lost a client forever. Do not order!

Horrible horrible customer service. Took money more than a month ago without sending me product. Who knew I would have to get my congressman involved and all the others who have made the exact same complaint. After speaking to many it appears they are trying to scam people. Using supposedly wrong addresses, not responding - In summary the principle is we are not going to let them rip us off.

Wow, am I ever sorry that I did not read up on this site before I ordered $400 worth of items. I need to return my foundation but before doing that I need to contact their customer service, well believe me, there is no such thing! They don’t respond to emails, you call and you will be on hold for hours and hours, so try a chat on line, haha, no one there either. I am reporting them to the better business bureau ! Their beauty agents are only there to help you spend your hard earn money, but get the wrong shade, it’s yours for keeps and you will find yourself out of money and a product that you cannot use!

Confirmation email showed wrong product. Phoned ASAP but order was unable to be corrected. Order was cancelled after being on hold for more than 20 minutes.
The refund wait is 4-7 working days which is longer than their delivery time!
Please be aware this company does not have the ability to amend an order even when the error is on their behalf and the order had not been processed in any way.
Bad experience.

I would Not say the customer service is horrible as they indeed don’t have any customer service provided.I placed my order on the 5th of April, my very expensive order (3855250538) is not sending to the correct address. I have contacting the Bobbi Brown and the Currier for a month but I did not receive any response or refund or issuance. Please do not purchase from Bobbi brown if you are not prepared to be the only victim of all the mistake of all parties . No matter who make the mistake, your voice will not be heard and you will be bearing all the risk and responsibility .

I have got 3 products from this store, a foundation, a concealer and a blush. I use them a lot for my dance shows and they do not crumble or stay caky after sweat or heat. This product is handy and in my opinion has a very high quality and I like it a lot. The only reason i didn't give that 1 star that could've reached the 5 stars is that the price is a bit over the bridge.

I bought the Creme eyeshadow and after a while the color tip started to fall out. Then the sharp end started to chip. I cut my hand on the sharp tip !!!! When I complained to Macy's where I bought it they said there was nothing they could do. I have a picture of this tip which acts as a weapon but your website does not allow downloading. Send me an email address and I will send you a picture of your atrocious packaging! It does not accept iphone pictures ! [email protected]

I made an order at the end of November- I was never given a tracking number or shipping notification. More than a month later, I still have not received my items. I have contacted their customer service three times, have never received any response. Seems very much like a SCAM! What other legitimate company doesn't respond to customers looking for their missing orders?????

Firstly their customer service is based in US not Canada and that alone makes it so difficult to coordinate them with warehouse(which is in mississauga). I placed an online order that i wanted to cancel within 1 hr of placing it, i called customer service and they were unable to find my order unless i told them that i am calling from canada. Long hold on phone, 20 mins and then they said they have sent an email to warehouse to cancel it. I was pretty sure it isnt cancelled and yes i was right, the next day i got the email that my order is shipped from mississauga warehouse. Also their returns arent free so beware.

Like a manicure that chips about an hour after you have it, this cosmetic packaging is deplorable. It breaks apart at the hinges or caps damage easily; product easily snaps or cracks into pieces. I thought it was just a fluke but not so. After several purchases, I've given up (reluctantly). These plastic cases and pencils are the cheapest in the marketplace. Bobby Brown can do better.

Horrible online service - Live Chat assistant cancelled my order when I didn't ask for it!
All I was asking for was my shipping status when I was greeted by a virtual purchase assistant. Then a live representative took over and suddenly cancelled my order when I didn't say a single thing about cancelling. I repeated I didn't want to cancel my order, and asked the rep if my order is still processing. The rep says it is processing, and a few minutes later I receive a text my credit card transaction for Bobbi Brown purchase was cancelled. Then another rep takes over and reconfirms that my order is cancelled. I'm like.. what is going on with this live chat service??
Overall, a simple shipping inquiry turned into almost an hour long conversation of low efficiency with three live chat assistants. This was not definitely not expected and I truly hope they improve their poor quality of the service.
