very happy with the quick service and honesty of this company. One small problem and we feel that not much can be done with this problem,many people in B.C. use the credit union as their bank and many of these debit cards do not work.

Had a sudden programming issue with our machines that was totally unexpected and caused us to not have any POS for a few days. BNA did ship replacement machines and after a day and did reprogram our original machines, so they stood behind their product but still shouldn't have happened in the first place
