Slow and unprofessional customer service, don’t expect any help.
Waited a week for a reply for a detailed question on why the microphone did not work with a Mac - got no reply just a automated request to send more info about proof of purchase - so they don’t care their products are a mess - they want you to proof you both it first because of you have their products - why help their clients?
Sent the product back to Amazon, never again.

This customer service rep, Joshua Dudgeon, is not helpful at all. I made a mistake on an order, requesting to cancel. Guess what, he didn't cancel it and asked me what went wrong. At least put the order on pending right? Nope, he let it ship out anyways because who cares!

Blue microphones are really well built. I use my Blue Yeti every day to talk over the microphone in game and the voice recording is clear. Distortion is zero and you can even select different modes to use. This is definitely one of my best purchases I have ever made.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My Microphone was great but it broke during the warranty. They offers to fix it if i sent it to their warehouse. I had to pay for that shipment which is at least half the price of a new one. Now i'm siting with a broken mic i'm never going to pay the price to get it repaired.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My Microphone was great but it broke during the warranty. So i opened a request with Blue as stated on the site and without much delay they offered to return for a replacement. However, as i was an international customer they asked me to send it to another company in Amsterdam, which i did in the correct way, including the RMA number on the box.
I tracked the package and after a few day i could see it was delivered and signed for.
After about 10 days i heard nothing about my microphone so i went back to the website and replied to the open ticket for any update. Another 2 weeks went past and i had no response, i asked a few more questions with still no response.
Then i received an automatic email I assume saying that the RMA was not received and will be closed in 15 days if not received.
Again i responded, i was trying to explain that i had sent it and i had proof of delivery..but no answer
They closed the case 15 days later with another automatic email.
I received no help or response to any of my messages and now I am minus a microphone, even though i followed the procedure correctly and have proof of delivery
They may offer quality products but their customer service is terrible, do not expect any support once purchased
