Flying back from Tirana to London Stansted when all of our party were told we had no checked luggage, despite our booking and the airlines website stating that we did.
Customer service did not give a damn and treated us with contempt resulting in €135 of additional charges. Speaking to Customer Service online subsequently they recognized that their system was incorrect but presented a "so what" attitude and stopped replying.
Avoid this crooked airline!

I have to give this airline 5 stars because they have been so clear and helpful. I have not taken the flight yet. I booked through Opodo and my name was written incorrectly which I understand can mean that on the day I might not have been allowed to travel. Opodo could not help me and referred to Blue Panorama itself. I was able to speak to someone in English, it is an Italian airline. She was patient, kind and efficient, re assuring me she would confirm the change in an email and there would be no charge.

Pay the extra money for a more trust-worthy airline. This company refused to let me fly because I didn’t list my middle name (yet the website doesn’t tell you to add it or give you any warnings). They made me buy a last minute flight for an additional €240 which I had to pay as travelling with friends. They didn’t have any customer service or last minute website sales. And the guy laughed at me when I tried to explain. Not worth the risk - fly with a different airline.

We recently flew from Santorini to Rome on Blue Panorama airlines. Upon arriving at checkin we were forced to pay an additional E300 to Blue Panorama due to the fact that my wife’s middle name was not shown on the actual booking. For clarity her name appeared as it does on her passport, the booking was in their system but it merely did not have her middle name shown on the booking.
I explained that her legal identity was the same as the booking and showed multiple forms of identification to no avail. I am not sure how this could be the case but we were nevertheless forced to pay this extra amount of E300. We witnessed other passengers being stung in a similar fashion and one family of four was forced to pay E1200.
When I objected I was told “no pay no fly”.
This is outrageous and amounts to no more than theft and is in my opinion a complete scam being operated by this airline.
DO NOT FLY BLUE PANORAMA AIRLINES THEY WILL ROB YOU AND ARE HEARTLESS THIEVES!!!’

Worst company ever!!! Attention: If you dont have all your names in de boarding pass they will charge you 299,99€, for each passenger. Until March the fee was 50€, after March the value is 299,99€!!!!!

This airline company sucks!Worst airline ever!Iv'e never had any problem in all the airlines like this before.We missed our flight because they want us to pay 300 euro each for not putting our middle name.When we booked our ticket online,it doesn't say that middle name is mandatory.It says optional.
We tried to call the airline but they no answer and the customer service doens't know how to speak english.
So we ended up buying another ticket in Santorini and booked for hotel overnight.

Second experience with this airline. After being charged 50EUR last year to add my middle name on the ticket, I told myself I would never use them again. However, Blue Panorama was the only airline operating on the route I was interested in this time.
Take off was scheduled at 6:30am. At 5:50am, there were still about 10 groups queuing for check-in. After checking in our luggage, we had to pay for a "fast track service" to skip the queue at security in order not to miss our flight. This would not have happened if the airline had planned correctly and opened more than one check-in desk. After passing through security, we found out that our flight was delayed. We were told that the tires of the aircraft needed to be changed. The airport staff said (stupidly repeating the information from Blue Panorama) that the plane would be flown to another airport to have the tires changed. However, the aircraft stayed on Bergamo airport's tarmac the whole morning. We didn't see any technician working on the wheels. Lies, lies and lies... We eventually took off at 11:30 (five hours delay). The crew did not even bother apologising for the delay. Is it a common situation for them?
I am now trying to claim my compensation (250EUR per passenger). Blue Panorama does not have an online form to fill to ask for such compensation like most airlines. You need to send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to their office Rome.
I am a frequent flyer and have never seen such low level of service on a European airline.

The worst. Charged me 50 euros because I made the reservation with my first name and they said it didn't match the name on my passport (the 2nd name was missing). They told me I had 2 options, either pay 50 euros or not fly. I said I wanted to complain or report this since it seemed illegal. They told me: the police is there if you want to report it. The flight was delayed 2 hours with no explanation during that time. And it was not even a cheap flight.

I was meant to go to Bologna Italy on the 26/08/2018 my flight was scheduled to leave at 19:45 at night the flight did not leave until 6 am next morning 10hrs late!I was visiting my sick relative in Italy, no apology no refund which they are meant by law!Trying to claim my 295 euros for a single ticket i think this company behaviour is disgusting.

This company has very poor business practices and customer service. They are charging customers hidden fees and if they do not pay are refused check in. When questioned about their policy I received very bad customer service and no help whatsoever. Instead was referred to a post box where I could send a handwritten letter. The inexpensive flight will most likely result in hidden fees and frustration so reconsider using this airline. I had booked my ticket before they posted this policy and was still refused any assistance. Many passengers are having a similar experience.
Additionally customers should consider filing reports and complaints with DOT (airconsumer.dot.gov) regarding these overcharges and the poor customer service and business practices of the airline.

They charged us a fee of 50 euro to add our middle names when their form did not specify a place to add it on your own. They claim they do this bac they offer lower prices. The ticket was 45 euro. I had bought two one way tickets at 45 euro a piece because round trip was 135 euro how that makes sense I don’t know other than that they could only charge you once for a name change on a round trip so they charge more. On the way back we didn’t check in at their help desk and did not have any issues not having a middle name on the ticket when they had told me they wouldn’t let us through. Such a scam and complete rudeness. They said you people (Americans) always make this mistake we won’t refund you. He said if I had put the first and middle name together no spaces in the first name box I would have had a problem. Even though it says as on passport and that’s not how my passport is. I probably would have been charged to add the space or remove the middle name. Also they said infants were free but wouldn’t let you add them on their site and charge us 50euro to add her. SCAMMERS!!

We wore abandoned at the Pisa airport after a change of a destination because of a strong wind at the Florence airport. No bus was shown for about 5 hours to pick us of to our final destination. Total assho...es at the phone, no help whatsoever. I hope they pay every thing.

I confirm as well that this company has very poor business practices and customer service. They charged us 50 euros because the second surname of my daughter was not mentioned on the reservation. Checking the situation with other passengers, they are doing that inconsistently but apparently always for foreign customers.
This is the first time we are faced with such a situation. We have tried to reach the company on the phone more than 10 times, no answer. They do not provide any email address or online contact formularies. Definitively, reconsider using this airline!
