I received most of the items offered in a very timely manner, and they were in excellent condition. I have to praise the customer service representative for her professionalism and quick response in dealing with some miscommunication caused by UPS delivery person. All problems were resolved in less than an hour after notifying Blinq customer service. Thanks again for your help

Waited for Plow and Hearth to offer free shipping, before ordering the solar lights my wife wanted for Christmas. They never offered free shipping, but they did run out of the solar lights. OH NO! No one has them, but wait, Blinq has one box. They've been opened and returned, but are new, with free shipping and a reduced price. SCORE! This is how Blinq saved Christmas.

This is my third order from blinq and I am over the top happy. The savings alone are great, the super fast shipping even in a covid environment is spot on. I ordered a new version of a Samsung watch that came out that was suppose to be in like new condition. To my surprise I didn't get what I ordered at all. I contacted blinq and the rep only wanted to give me a 45 dollar credit. I clearly let them know that I wanted the correct model of watch that I was suppose to get. I can't even test this watch out due to the fact that they even sent the wrong charger with it. Crappy experience all the way around. Also the two went dark one I emailed him back about this.

I was hesitant about Blinq because I hadn't heard of it. I bought a Baby Bjorn bouncer 40% off and got it super quickly. Then I ordered West Elm and Pottery Barn duvets for 70% off- again, arrived quickly and everything came in original packaging! The Baby Bjorn packaging was just a little dented and squished, but the product was perfect. I have been very pleasantly surprised with Blinq and will definitely be using them in the future!

I found an infant carrier on BLINQ that cost much less money than on other websites, advertised "like new". It arrived on time and it is a great carrier! My daughter, son-in-law and I have all used it to take my granddaughter for walks. She doesn't like being confined in a stroller, but she loves being transported in this comfortable infant carrier. Great buy!

My order took a while to get here and only the glass top was sent and i reach them they said they will refund my money if i send the glass back to them i said i m interested buying it send me the complete delivery because i didn't receive the cabinet only glass i received and they said sorry we don't have it in stock seriously why did you sell something online when you don't have it waste my time and they are not refund until you go so much pain refund them what i get from them nothing just wasting my time

An electronic item was purchased for me on Blinq. It was advertised as new. The box seemed new when I received it. However, I quickly learned after a few uses that the battery (not replaceable) was near the end of its life. I contacted the manufacturer, which showed an original purchase date of the item as over a year old and out of warranty. I then contacted blinq. Blinq refused to do anything about it because the purchase date from Blinq was greater than 30 days ago (most of those days it was in the mail or sitting at my family members house until my birthday). Key thing here is their advertising the product as new. DO NOT TRUST BLINQ WITH THEIR BUSINESS MODEL.

I like the square basket, it holds more. Easy to clean. Cook fast and crispy. Negatives: a lot of heat comes out of the back vent, trouble keeping the basket closed. It pops opened on its own.
