I ordered a pad roll for my swamp cooler and haven't received anything... I got the email that they would contact me when it's shipped but nothing and there is no phone number to contact them. I tried emailing them with the address they enailed and still no response. Do not order from this web site... it's a huge scam and it seems everyone is being scammed by these people.

FRAUD!!! Do not order from this company. I ordered a $250, 21 lb item that I never received! I submitted a claim with Paypal for a refund and the company had the audacity to send me an empty 1.4 oz envelope, then reply to Paypal with a mail tracking number of a confirmed delivery....of an empty envelope! I'm still fighting for my $$$ back.

This merchant is a fraud.... i never received my item, my credit card number was stolen and used after this purchase... THIS MERCHART SENDS EMPTY ENVELOPES SO THE TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED.

Horrible parasitic losers. Thank goodness I’m smart and won’t allow some loser to take my money. Buyer beware there’s a reason they have low prices...it’s a scam and hopefully this company and who ever runs it goes down. PayPal should disassociate themselves from them.

Zero or negative stars should be an option. This company is a complete scam. I too, like other reviewers had received an empty envelope with tracking instead of my order. Addressed to no one and supposedly from a courier in MO but postmarked our of Oklahoma. Too fishy for me to throw away and thank goodness I didn’t. It was so they can tell Paypal they sent you something and continue to make you jump through hoops to get your $ back. Through PayPal resolution center Bkoog stated I needed to rerun the item in less than 10 days-to a phony address in New York. Send back the empty envelope?! I finally got my $ back through repeated calls with PayPal. PayPal needs to disconnect with this company. I also filed a compliant with the federal trade commission against Bkoog (FTC.gov) The empty envelope instead of 20 boxes of tile was the last straw. These people need to be held accountable.

After waiting 3 weeks for my order, I sent an email.
I was informed that the items that were advertised for sale were not even in stock. The original listing showed IN STOCK.
I even received an email saying "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
FALSE ADVERTISING and the worst customer service EVER.

Saw a piece of furniture that i had been looking everywhere for for a year. Ordered it THEN saw the reviews here. I asked what the status was and was told it was on back order. My husband convinced me to keep the back order because if it doesnt ship then im no worse off than if it does. It took about 3 weeks but i woke up to an invoice saying it was ready for shipment and asking for me to pay because they had never charged me. I checked. No charges and nothing out of the ordinary. I paid 2 days later it shipped. It wasnt a full 5 stars. Really 4.5. But I'll give 5 because there was no issues and my end table looks amazing. Not sure how they got it because its still sold out everywhere else but glad they did

I placed an order for cups and a photo-drop stand on 06jun2019. Received an order confirmation email right away. Two weeks passed and until now did not hear about shipping or anything at all. called their number and left several voice messages. Emailed three times. No answer!!!!
Their phone (909-500-2099) shows CA number, the address on website shows UT. Their phone message states that due to high volume of calls it is requested to email and they will respond ASAP. So did email. But did not receive any responses either for voice messages and for emails.

Definitely a scam. Ordered a TV, paid via credit card through paypal, 24 hours later there were fraudulent charges on the credit card. Tried to email the vendor through the email on paypal and it's a fake. BEWARE!!!!!

Bkoog finally emailed me again and explained their seller for the item I had ordered had an emergency and couldn't get back to them asap, so they cancelled my order so I would know it was not processed. They explained they would never fraudulently charge a credit card and had not done so in the case of that other rating where the woman claimed they had. Said the woman msy have just been trying to get back at them bcuz her order was backordered. They are having a time with keeping up good customer service, i.e., timely responses and info. bcuz they are understaffed and going through growing pains. Probably customers should give them a break, as I see it. Seemed like good folk to me.
I ordered an item on Bkoog because I had searched the web for such an item and the only place I found it was Walmart and Bkoog and Bkoog was cheaper. But I hadn't read these ratings! I see one of the ratings warns about Bkoog stealing and using your credit card number. May have happened to me, as well, bcuz:
1) their website had Paypal option, but when i clicked on it nothing would happen (no link). So I finally gave up and used my credit card. My order was taken and I got a confirmation email.
2) But then two days later I got an email from Bkoog that my order was cancelled! There was nothing else, no explanation as to why.
3) So, I tried to call them. All you get is a voicemail telling you they are busy and to email them and you will get a reply "asap".
4) emailed them, but now two days later, still no reply. Tried their phone again. Same message. Sent another email today. No reply yet.
5) Checked my credit card. No fraudulent charges (Yet).
Maybe they aren't stealing my credit info to use fraudulently, but at best they have terrible customer service and I will never try to use them again. Ordered my item for a small amount more on Walmart. The new order is confirmed, so I know the product is not discontinued.
Use Bkoog at your own risk!

Ordered a couple weeks ago and they shipped 3 days later. No issues and no damage to the item upon arrival. My only issue was that the instructions werent very clear. The second knob would not fit the drawer. Looked it up on YouTube and figured it out. You pop the knob in from the inside. Whoever came up with that is very annoying. Especially when the other 2 knobs SCREW IN from the outside!!!

I ordered an item and received a confirmation email. 2 days later I received an email that my order was cancelled with no additional information. I assumed the product I ordered was out of stock, but when I returned to bkoog.com the item was in stock, yet it had increased in price by $102.00. I find this incredibly deceptive and fraudalent advertising. I company should satisfy orders which were placed for the amount listed- NOT cancel orders and raise prices AFTER orders have been placed and comfirmed. I reached out to customer service @ [email protected] gmail.com , yet never received a response. Don’t to business with this company - they cannot be trusted.

Ordered from Bkoog. I admit I was scared after I read the reviews. I immediately contacted Bkoog and they replied and that massaged my fears a bit. My table shipped 2 days later and I honestly love it. Will be trying them again in the future and will update if something goes wrong

Ordered a toy that was a discontinued item by the manufacture, but it was listed on their website to purchase.
I got a confirmation email from the company email address which isn't their own domain email address. The confirmation email had a couple of very odd spelling errors which I suspected that it was perhaps done by non-English speaking employees or not auto-generated confirmation email. Again, the email was sent from not their own web domain address.
A couple of days later, bkoog emailed me back that it is out of stock after I inquired about when it will get shipped and requested to provide a tracking info. They don't know when they will get the item in stock and asked if I want to cancel the order.
I canceled the order and never been charged my credit card even when I placed an order initially. It was very odd that e-commerce will not charge my credit card immediately when I placed an order.
What I realized now is that my credit card has a fraudulent charge of $403.30 made by a person for one way ticket from TUL to SLC Delta.com. I immediately submit a fraud claim and cancel the credit card to get a replacement. I believe this is THE ONLY charge I made online as well as stores in person that could have gotten my credit card number and the 3-digit security code to steal my credit card.
Even if the item bkoog are selling looks good and price is decent, you must know that it's a risk you will take with your credit card number being sold to a criminal outside. Looks like a person in Tulsa has used my credit card and she has been arrested in the past. I have the person's name, but I am not allowed to post the thief's name in this review.

They are selling a couch that is on Walmart but sold out on Walmart. We need it and we got the last one on Walmart but it was damaged. I asked bkoog If they would price match and got a no(not even trying to give any type of discount). I found out they’re close to me so I asked if we could get a discount if we pick it up and got an immediate no as well. Not great customer service. They didn’t even want to try to make it work to make the sale or have good customer service.
