As a doctor and entrepreneur I have to admit that the service of this company is unbelievably bad. After paying a high commission for finding an apartment (the communication and organization was more than bad) we wanted help with the handover (moving out), because we had big problems and very bad experience with the landlord. Jamie Black (manager) from Better homes reacted very rude and wanted to charge us high extra costs! This service is a rip-off and not recommendable!
