I was pleased with the customer service and the ease of completing the original online process. But I wouldn't have needed customer service if I had been prompted to save or print the detailed cost breakdown which appeared sometime during the process. I'm also concerned that the $299 fee may, despite the company's claims, not be all that competitive. The reason I say that is because my "parent" company is only reimbursing $175, which would seem to mean that if I had used the one they recommended I might not have spent as much. That said, the ease of getting everything done might have made the higher cost justifiable.

RESPONSE TO COMPANY'S RESPONSE: "Despite your apprehension on price, I hope you found our service pleasant to work with as we'd love to continue serving your business endeavors moving forward." I think that's a fair summation of my experience, except for the need to tell us to print the detail of the charges for the services when they first appear. Thank you.

Easy but without Anonymity
I thought that filing with BetterLegal would provide me with anonymity when filing in Wyoming. Instead, I am still shown as the Organizer in public records. This cannot be changed. I don't believe at any point I was asked if I wanted BetterLegal to show publicly as the Organizer. if so, I would have chosen yes.

FAST and EASY!!! my only issue was the look and feel. The website can be a little more smooth and friendly (UI/UX); it would be nice not to have to keep re-typing same info in multiple sections (check box for same as above ).
Credit Card Info input was designed with current popular methods, had issues, but was quickly resolved.

Fast a fair. Received documents next day

Everything went very smooth except I bought a EIN number separately not knowing that was included in the price. That could be more clear and I think the price could be lower for the overall service.

The service, speed, and cost associated with BetterLegal earned 5 stars. Inwas dissappointed that I did not receive my 1st choice LLC name. I am certain that my first choice was available, but feel that it was on hold through the SOS because I inquired about the name via another service. I chose BettterLegal based on price, but believe I missed out on my initial name request. There needs to he an option to go with a second name choice and BetterLegal did not give that option. In the application process a second choice was required and acquired all in the same application.

It was a pretty simplified process the only thing I could say would maybe possibly be a little cheaper.
