I custom ordered two throw pillows for a couch. Fabric is fabulous. Quality and quality of workmanship is intolerable and should be an embarrassment to this company. Throw pillow are meant to have four pointed corners. On each of two pillow, there were reasonable attempts made to create two corners. However, on the corners that met the zipper, there is no corner, no square, just a Mashup of fabric that look similar to a balled up piece of aluminum foil, albeit softer. And on one pillow, a fabric item tag and it's accompanying little plastic strip that connects it to the pillow was sewn directly into one of the seams. Impossible to remove without cutting stitching on pillow. But because it was a custom order there's no refund. I asked customer service what my recourse was because of the quality issues. They suggested I place another order. Really?? Why would I want to gamble and double my loss?

I purchased a bonded leather power recliner and I was not familiar with the bonded leather so I asked the salesperson about it, he replied that it was as durable as regular leather if not more so. I purchased the recliner and here I am about three years later with a recliner that looks like it is peeling in the middle of the headrest area. I emailed customer service and was told the warranty was one year but they could look into what it would cost to get a replacement for the affected area. The recliner works great but the bonded leather is failing. Nothing like the 10 year old leather arm chairs I have that show virtually no wear. I asked the store if I could get a credit towards the purchase of a different fabric recliner and was told a flat out NO. I am not looking for a new recliner but some type of accommodation would be appropriate in this case I believe.

Both of the salesmen that we worked with were excellent and attentive. From helping us create the couch that we'd want for our new space and then helping us find the right mattress that works with 2 very different styles of sleeping, it was a pleasant experience! I don't know why we ever look at other furniture stores, we always find what we want at B&P and it's ALWAYS for the right price.

Furniture not damage and as ordered. I am giving 2 stars because the delivery was suppose to take a week and it took a month. I was relocating and not brining the old furniture to the new place. I made my salesman aware of this along with 2 customer service reps. So I went without ANY furniture for a month. Also, I had to call them to find out what was going. They only called me once the entire time about delays.

I purchased 6 bar stools 4 all wood and 2 with upholstered seats.
The Salesmen was very helpful and explained the difference in the height of the stools and finish. He also recommended that we seat on each to make sure they were comfortable.

From the moment we walked in we were stalked around the whole store. We were shopping for my son and his wife and they were not sure what they wanted, so they just wanted to walk around and sit on stuff until they had an idea of what they wanted. The salesman that greeted us as we can in followed not far behind as we made our way around the showroom. We stated that we were just wanted to try stuff out and think about what might look good in the room at the house. My son's wife wanted to leave as the salesman just followed us around and would interject comments as we tried stuff out. We told him once we had an idea and were ready that we would come and find him, but this didn't stop him from hovering around us every time we moved.
We ended up staying and putting in an order. The sales guy who followed us around ended up helping us. He told us that we could have the furniture delivered Friday 6/15 and my son said Sat 6/16 would be better as he'd be home from work. A few days later I got a call saying that the computer was wrong and was somehow off a week and now things would not be ready until 6/23. They were excited to have the furniture before Father's Day as they are planning on having family over.

I found out on Monday I needed rotator cuff surgery, Monday night we picked out a recliner with a delivery date of Saturday (surgery was Tuesday). Thursday I received a call that delivery would be on Tuesday because the manufacturer did not send it on the Saturday truck. I explained my surgery was Tuesday morning they said I would be on the first delivery. Delivery was at 1:30 not a new chair but the floor model they forgot the power pack and had to return with that. I received my new chair on Friday. I do appreciate the fact they let me use the floor model (hence the 4 stars) but my daughter missed out on work more than the 1/2 day she planned while waiting for the “early delivery”. Plus the added stress of if I would have a chair post surgery was not needed nor appreciated.

Service at the store was good - the right balance of offering help but not breathing down our necks as we looked around. Delivery was scheduled fine and I appreciated the reminder calls the days before and then the half hour and 10 min warning calls. The guys delivering were friendly, did everything quickly,were careful and didn't damage either furniture or my house bringing the pieces upstairs.
The only complaint was that either the headboard can be put with either side facing out and they put it with the wrong side facing out or if it had to go that way then shame on the manufacturer because there was a big warning sticker about bunk beds and the delivery sticker on top of that right on the top right corner of the headboard. I had to take goo-gone to it to remove it and you can still see somewhat of an outline. I think this side could have been facing the wall as the back seems to look the same as the front and maybe I will reverse it as some point.
